Verizon in Artesia,NM is the worst place to go. Poor customer service no one in here knows what customer service is. No one greet you, everyone is rude and I was not able to return something and no exceptions.

If you are in a hurry dont bother stopping by. I waited more than 25 mins just to pay my bill. There was only 1 girl there but her attention was elsewhere. There was a couple ahead of me but got tired of waiting. Didnt feel welcomed. This will be last time i go here to pay my bill.

The girls in the store need to be trained on customer service. I have been a Verizon customer for 6 years and have never been treated with such disrespect. never greeted when entering, they sat in their chairs, ignored customers while playing on theie phones, one kept eye rolling and smearking to show her disappreation, they even talked about meme when I went outside (while brother is sittibg inside). At one point one of the girls snapped at me when I was trying to explain myself. It was SO bad I had to call customer service and speak to a manager. He sat on hold while I tried to do a simple upgade to listen, he ended up speaking to one of the girls and was treated just asas disrespectful 1st hand. Because of their actions I did the upgrade thru customer service over the phone. I almost cancelled my service all together. I will never go back into a Russell Cellular again.

I received the best service here of any cellular store Ive ever been to. I walked in with no previous Verizon account and walked away with my smartwatch activated on its own plan with its own number!
