All of my phones (business account) were cut off three weeks after I paid a 730$ bill because they want more more more. Verizon is the worst.I should have come(back) to AT&T a long time ago. This store in Artesia is the most friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about the situation I was in. Something I thought impossible Louis accomplished in an afternoon. The customer service here should be used as an example for all to follow. Very very pleased.

Horrible service ! The store advertises it opens at 10am. It does not it opens later ! People have places to be! This is the second time it happens ! Why am I here before the agent. I waited a good 30 mins and decided to leave. This store has people waiting outside for it to open. I literally just went in to pick up my online purchase. I’m canceling my order And Complaining to corporate. It’s horribly managed.

I found out that AT&T customer service lied to me several times during customer service calls. I also discovered that I have been charged late fees for the entire time that I have been using this service, after having been reassured that my due date has been changed when in fact it wasnt and cannot be changed.

Customer service representative was very helpful. Answered all of my questions and got my watch ordered!

Not pertaining to the local store, but to customer service in general from At&t. Worst company to deal with ever. Left them as providers and never going back. My advice spend your hard earned money elsewhere. The one star is generous.....

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I went in on a lunch break and got out within an hour, not bad considering I had three phones and service to activate. I would most definitely recommend this store, its way better to deal with a real person, especially when they are cute, than to get frustrated with a faceless machine.
