Yesenia was so awesome with her customer focused help that I want to write a very positive and big Kudo review for her.My 91 year old mother is not able to use a standard flip phone and so she had to get a jitterbug phone with a very loud speaker. thanks to Yesenia, we got her the correct phone so she can stay safe.Not many times does a sales person suggest the best product for the customer. It is usually only the most lucrative product for them to sell but Yesenia did the right thing and was an angel to us.She should get a huge raise and also a nice bonus for being so excellent.

I went in to the store on 10/1 to be added to a cell phone plan and the representative in the Arroyo Grande store was very knowledgeable and able to complete the addition quickly which I appreciated.

There isnt even enough employees to serve the customers. The man who was working at the time was ignoring us and offered more service to the people before even though they had insisted that he should help us if they were going to take long, he dismissed it and helped them instead. A woman had even cut us in line and he hadnt said anything he asked Ill help you after them, them as in the people before us. It was very disrespectful and service was awful I highly going to a different location they are NOT promising.

DO NOT BUY HERE- this is not an ATT owned store. Prime communications (store owner) left a message for me to contact them, which I did right away. They own this store - NOT ATT. Don’t believe the response they left below. They haven’t even acknowledged the email I sent. ATT did finally call us and acknowledged that if I had bought at the ATT company store, someone likely could have authorized exchanging the broken new phone for a different new phone in the back stock. Because this was Prime - they just kept telling me that my warranty was with Apple and that they didnt want to be stuck with a non working phone either.The situation: I bought a new Iphone 12 pro for 999.99 and it would not set up at the store because the SIM reader was faulty out of the box. Prime ATT wouldnt refund or exchange it without a 60 dollar restocking fee! IT DIDNT WORK! They told me to take it to the Apple store and Apple apologized but because I bought it at ATT they could not give me a new one and sent this new phone in for repair. SO I AM RECEIVING A RECONDITIONED PHONE in approximately 2 WEEKS AFTER I PAID FOR A BRAND NEW ONE. I want to warn buyers that this location is NOT an ATT company store. It is owned by Prime communications. They hire nice people that are well versed in the policy that all Apple products are warranted through Apple, so if you buy your Apple product at this store and it doesnt work - even if they have stock in the back of new phones - they will tell you to take it to the Apple store.I want to be clear here, the phone never worked. When the ATT rep was setting it up, the phone would not recognize the SIM card or work at the ATT store. And after several phone calls the nice Prime ATT sales reps made to their bosses, the answer was still the same that Prime ATT had no responsibility because Apple handles the warranty. Yet when I went to Apple the answer there was that I had to send it in for repair. FOR A NEW PHONE!DO NOT BUY FROM PRIME OWNED ATT. IF THE PHONE DOESNT WORK THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT THEY ARENT RESPONSIBLE AND YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN WITH APPLE. JUST GO TO APPLE or a Company owned ATT store.

Went to this store after the Apple store was not very helpful, Jasmine was very helpful and helped me as I just switched from Samsung to an Iphone and could not change password. In just a few minutes she solved my problem.

We had multiple problems with our old phones. Jason was so helpful and knowledgeable! He helped resolve our issues. We also really wanted new phones and he found us an amazing deal!! We have been with ATT for over 20 years. Great coverage and great service.

The store manager, Jason was amazing! Weve tried for months to correct our HBOMax issue, with no success. We went into our local AT&T store yesterday, to upgrade a phone on our plan. We mentioned the HBOMax issue in conversation. Jason was able to do what no other rep could! He fixed it! We were extremely pleased with his tech knowledge and friendliness, and can clearly see why he is the manager. We will definitely go to him if there are any future problems, and will recommend him and Yesenia, the other worker. They were very professional and continually sterilized the store, in between customers. I was very impressed with my visit!

This is the only phone store where I have walked out completely satisfied. The manager, Jason, has a depth of familiarity with the products and offerings. He was able to articulately communicate our new phone plan, and he helped us save a bundle!

Jason has amazing has an amazing goatee! There’s a giant TV in there that you can watch for FREE!! Be sure to come in here to pay your bill , their customer service is amazing. They love to see repeat customers that are loyal to ATT and faithful to pay their bill on time!

Today, my husband and I dropped by this store to fix a problem with our service. We couldnt accomplish this online, and were frustrated by the lack of help. So we came here and the manager, Jason and his helpful assistant easily fixed it for us. Not only that, he said he wished he could complete our needs but could not arrange for a service call. But thanks to his help and corrections to our account, the phone call for service became very easy. We will take all of our business to him in the future when it comes to our AT&T accounts.

I came in 3 days ago to get a new cell phone cause I had the Samsung Galaxy S6 active piece of crapp.I came in with my mom to the arrooy grande store because we went to the nipomo store we walked in and the sales guy was helping a lady he saw us and said he would be with us in a bit 20 mints later we left.then drove to the arroyo grande store and Ryan was very helpful he said he had the s9 plus active and i asked for that one the ride was worth it i got it was very helpful very kind very respectful and very very acknowledgedAnd very respectful Im giving it 4 stars because I was wanting a phone and they did not have it

They dont stay track on things. My mom has ran into the same problem many times now. She will go on the phone and as to cancel something on her bill, and they will say okay. Although when she saw the next bill it wasn’t canceled. She called again and they apologized, YET THEY STILL DIDNT CANCEL IT. It takes 3 calls to cancel something? Really? And we were waiting for someone to provide to us a cable box for my grandmas new tv, we called once and they said in a week. We waited a week and nothing happened, then 2 weeks went by and my mom called and they had the nerve to say WE DIDNT RESERVE ANYTHING. We had to reserve another time and they finally came a week later. This is only few of the many times this has happened. Att needs to fix how they organize their events and need to be more empathetic about their mistakes.

Good store, they have enough people working that know what is going on so that you dont have to wait 3 hours to get a phone and set it up.
