Great pharmacy. Drive thru pick up, drop off and testing. All in place to keep others safe from illness. Gotta love them. Good customer service and even doggie treats at the drive thru. Fast refills and always happy yo do business with.

This is the best Pharmacy in town. They are true professionals. I have to go to another Pharmacy because of my wife so I can give a good comparison. Theyre fast, efficient, and very nice people. They care about the customer. Thank you

Lindsay the pharmacist is the best. She talked to me about my vaccination and told me I needed to sit for 15 minutes I said that was kind of demanding and we both had a great laugh 10/10 would recommend being poked by her!!!

I just went in to get some toothpaste and lotion, when I got to the the register there were three employees behind the registers and it seemed like they were more interested in their phones than helping me out....very poor customer service..

I’ve shopped at this Rite Aid a few times and have always had good experiences. My favorite thing about Rite Aid is their ice cream, I doubt I’m the only one. Tonight we were looking for a flavor that wasn’t on display and Linda offered to get it from the back for us! It was so incredibly kind of her to go out of her way and grab the ice cream for us. Our night was made & we will continue to shop at this Rite Aid regularly!

Nicest head pharmacist ever - a real gem! Lets all treat her with respect and patience, because, according to news reports in the New York Times and The Washington Post, chain stores like CVS and Walgreens are seriously overworking and burning out their pharmacists. The situation is so dire, it is at the point where the pharmacists are writing desperate letters to their OWN oversight boards begging for help from legislators because the pharmacists are so overworked that they are afraid they will harm the public by making mistakes. Its a really tough job, and because people arent at their best - understandably so, since they are sick - lots of pressure is put on the whole pharmacy team!

We have been with them for years and they treat us very well and always go out of their way to make sure we have what we need in time. Reda the pharmacist is the nicest and best ever. If you ever have a question hes right there to help explain it to you. Such a helpful staff too.

1690 East Grand AveArroyo Grande, CA 934201/22/2017 approximately 6:30pmI walked in with my family to get some ice cream. There was a woman with her child there as well. They were waiting for service. We stood in line behind them and waited for about 10 minutes. There were two people working the sales registers. And there were people in that line as well. After about 15 minutes, Susan, the supervisor acknowledged us. She let us know that they are busy and it would be a bit before we would be helped. We said ok along with the people in front of us. Another 10 minutes went by and she told us if we wanted we can go get a gallon of ice cream in the back, because they were busy and could not help us. We asked her if one of them could help us, and she said no, that we could get ice cream in the back. And that she will be closing the ice cream area soon. All this time, she was talking to us from the register and we were over at the ice cream area. I offered that if I stood in that line and placed my order, could she then assist us. She said no. So we looked in the ice cream freezer where the crunch and other ice cream bars were, and they were all melted! The dibs were melted, you could hear the ice cream swish in the carton! So my cousin kindly went to the register and got in line, when it was his turn he asked if someone could help the people in front of us and then take our order? She said no. The people in front of us left. Then Susan walked over to the ice cream area and took about 3 minutes or more explaining that there are only two people in the store and that they could not stop what they were doing to serve us. That they were not going to serve or help at the ice cream area. So when she finished speaking, I stated that in the time she took to stand there and explain that, she probably could have taken our order and served us. She threw her hands up and turned away angrily and went back to her register. I think she could have handled that a little better. We are customers as well. We were there to purchase an item that is sold in the store. And we were refused service because she was too busy. She could have served us when they were down to one person in line, and left the other girl to help those people. Because we waited a long while, and people who got in her line were not there for very long. We decided to leave and take our business to yogurt creations across the street. We really wanted our rainbow sherbet, but had to settle for yogurt.

Awful place to go. Was supposed to get a prescription filled. When I went to pick it up they said the pharmacist said he needed to call the doctor to make sure it was ok to fill the script, and it would be the next day before I could pick it up. Well I called the doctor and they got it straightened out. I waited for over 4 HOURS to get my prescriptions filled. The man who is the pharmacist, also works in Atascadero. He is SUPER RUDE and I would recommend going anywhere other than Rite Aid.

After helping the lady in front of me, the pharmacist told me that Id have to come back because it just turned 6pm and she needed to close. I honestly had no idea that they closed so early. I explained that it was for an antibiotic for my son that was already filled, all she had to do was sell it to me. She said no because she needed to leave town. Im a pharmacist, Ive worked retail and been a pharmacy manager for 10 years. I have NEVER turned away someone who was waiting on line just because the clock struck 6pm and their antiobiotic RX was ready .

Racially biased company accused me of stealing on the way to the counter because I put something in my pocket to keep myself from dropping what was in my hand never tried the exit the building simply with walking to the register when I had the exact amount in my hand to pay for the product assistant manager witnessed the situation admitted she was in the wrong for accusing me of stealing stealing said he would have the manager called me manager never called I called they change their story and said she never accused me of stealing only of putting it in my pocket I dont understand why it would be necessary of an accusation if there was no reason to believe I I was stealing Im six foot two half black and this woman was a Caucasian woman who was obviously motivated by my appearance I will be contacting proper representation this will not this will not go away horrible management by reading other reviews I can tell this Pharmacy has issues she was a pharmacy employee
