From the look of the reviews this is a common thing. Waiting over 10 mins in a be back in 5 mins seems like management doesnt care either. Horrible business practice.

If you value your time dont come here place has sign saying be back in 10 mins waited about 45 mins and nobody showed. Phone number doesnt work either.

The number they have is not in service. I showed up at 2pm to a locked door with a sigh that said back at 4. (Staffing issues). They should at least have a working number because I tried to call ahead. Annoying.

Recommend them changing their hours online if they’re going to be closing early. It’s happen to me before but I got there at 7:20pm 3/30/2021 and the lights were still on. Went to open the door and it was locked but I saw the employee. He looked over at me and just waved his hand across his neck pretty much saying he’s closed? Apparently I’m not the only one that experienced this. Either change your hours online or find someone else to run this location. Drove 15 minutes to the closest one in GP and he told me that is not something that he’s supposed to be doing. Probably not going to this location anymore.

Amazing customer service. But they never have bulking protein. Its not their fault because they dont make the orders, but it does suck because its the only thing I need from there

Location is closed, on hone number is a personal cell phone that is no longer in service. Franchise owned and obviously owner is linked to this false review a day ago. Killing the brand by not updating site. Only a franchise Owner, would ruin business for a company like this ...GNC Corporations would drawn on this if they knew.

I bought a few supplements last week and went in today to return one that did not react well with my stomach. Immediately when I walked in the clerk says Oh your back AGAIN with a return, which caught me completely off guard because I have never returned anything before. I told him that he was mistaken and he TOLD me yes you did. So I blew it off, he took the supplements Ashwagandha and asked why I was returning them. I told him it made me nauseas and sick. He rudely told me I doubt that because they are supplements. I was Soooooo shocked of the nerve. I asked him was he a doctor and he told me yes, he was in Med school? I HIGHLY doubt that. I asked him, how can you tell me how I reacted to a medication. He continued telling me its impossible to get sick from a supplement. I will NEVER return to this location. I had the best experience at this store. A young African American kid (well kid to me) had the best customer service and was so knowledgeable on the products. I sure wish I would have written his name down. Next time I’m in there I will get his name and let his manager know. 😬

Came here to grab something on my lunch break. I’ve only ever used GNC but when there is a paper saying “back in 40min” with no departure time I am going to be shopping somewhere else from now on. Not professional at all.

Terrible location, definitely go somewhere else. Store is a mess, boxes were everywhere even had to step over boxes on pathway. Store personnel were extremely unhelpful and looked very unhappy when asked for help, one guy behind the counter wasn’t even wearing a uniform. When asking for a product not on the shelf or in apparent sight, a quick “No.” or “We don’t have it.” is given with little to no thought of the request. Terrible overall experience, don’t go here.

Since Covid-19 these stores have closed in Arlington and Fort Worth. Shipments have not made it in to stock. I need my vitamins but cant get any. They r not stocked w/what I need.

Pricey and the clerk was. lay not interested in helping me find what I was looking for. He was rude as well.
