I just sold a bunch of gold jewelry here that my dad left me and I couldnt be more satisfied with my experience. First, these guys were really professional when I called and gave me prices over the phone. I had called three other places first and they told me I had to come in to get a quote. I went to two of those places and the first place was very rude and acted like they were doing me a favor. The second place looked ok online but when I got there I saw a guy in the parking lot going up to people asking for money. Not very safe. I just left. When I got here I was very impressed with their office and they did not pressure me at all to sell my dads stuff. They took their time with every piece and explained how their process worked and it was in a private office so there wasnt anybody watching everything going on. Kudos to them on the set up. Then the best part. I got WAY more than I thought I would get for all of it even the broken gold jewelry. I dont say this very often, but these guys exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them if you need to sell gold jewelry.

Needed a fairly large purchase of gold coins. Strangely enough your options are typically a pawn shop or jewelry store (note: and for some reason always in a bad part of town - which makes one a bit nervous with such a large transaction). Anyway, it seems like this company approach is very different .. high end office space co-located with a bank. Anyway, had a personal one on one confidential transaction and very happy with this new concept. Planning to return again once I am ready for another (oh they also buy back if desired - which is good to know).
