I had a really uncomfortable first time experience here. I came in to exchange some silver bars and a teeny piece of gold and the girl who helped me shouted out exactly how much cash she would give me. Well there was a couple who was in there before me and when my transaction was finished, this couple followed me right out of the store immediately. I have been robbed multiple times to know when something isnt right so i was fully prepared. As luck would have it, a police officer pulled over a girl into the lot at that exact moment and they split. but they need to be more discreet.

Some of the best customer service i have ever had. They also offer some of the best prices for gold. I went to a few different places to sell some of my gold chains and i was offered a far better price here than anywhere else. I will only be coming here from now on wether Im buying or selling jewelry!

Peter and his team are amazing!!! They are the best! They have a great selection. Also! They have fixed several of my pieces, including my custom wedding ring. I am very hard on jewelry. It is absolutely wonderful to have someone trustworthy and experienced to fix all my broken stuff!

This company is 2 for 2 this week in trying to rip people off!For a store that has been in business for almost 50 years; you would think they can tell the value of jewelry.They offered me $350 for $1500 worth of jewelry from Zales. ZALES!!I have appraisals so I know what the jewelry is worth but for people who does not know the value of your jewelry; stay away from places like this.

I wouldnt count on them for being helpful.My father purchased something from them a few years ago and has since passed away. We know he purchased it to give to his family but dont know what it was. We have the receipt with a hand-written description of the item so I called them to see if they can help us understand what he purchased. When I told the person on the phone what was in the description I was told to Google It. They said they didnt know and didnt offer to help further.Edited---------They call me back later, offering to help so I adjusted the grade to 4 stars. It would have been good if, when I first called they told me to bring the receipt in instead of telling me to Google it and that they couldnt help me.

Selection is good and the prices are fair. The last time I visited this establishment they were rude to me. I decided to come back again today to look for silver. I got the same rude treatment, I’m done shopping here. I may not look like I have much money but I invest wisely and often.

Walking into this place was a disaster. The lady who waited on me was rude & couldnt be bothered. I brought in a coin to be looked at. She said it wasnt worth anything, asked a man in the store & without looking up or acknowledging that I was there also said no. That was fine because thats what I stopped in for. Very rude people. Would never step foot in there again or recommend it to anyone.. They were a bunch of jerks!

Went to Arlington Gold and Silver on Saturday 4/20/19 it was about an hour before closing. I had several pieces of jewelry that I want it to be tested and perhaps trade. I was approached by Yasmin who works there and she was very pleasant with a wonderful smile. She has excellent customer service and answered all my questions and was very attentive. I felt like I was at home she made me feel very welcome. Yasmin assisted me in selecting the perfect ring guard for my ring and I was very happy about the selection. She will be doing an appraisal on the ring I brought in for me which I was very glad about. I would suggest people to come to this Location for business they are very professional and have the very best customer service. I look forward to doing business with them again especially with Yasmin and will continue to refer to them.

Not so great experience. Went to get a piece of gold jewelry tested and priced, a lady helped me first and was very nice but asked the “owner” to assist with the testing. He was pressuring me to sell as if he didn’t want to help me otherwise and even raised his voice as if I was wasting his time. He seemed upset that my Jewelry was in fact gold and acted as if he felt as tho I didn’t deserve to own such a piece.

Horrible first time experience! Maybe it was because they were going to close in 20 minutes but the girl who helped me was extremely rude, I had to bite my tongue. She acted like she had a problem already and tried to come back and say she can give me under $100 on a ring that I spent more than $700. And I was recommended by a friend. I know I wasnt walking out with my original asking price but a crazy offer and an attitude with it does not help the situation.

My 10k gold ring was appraised at a value of only $330 here. I was stunned by their estimate, so I asked them if the diamonds (one large diamond in the center, surrounded by eight smaller diamonds) were real or not, to which the lady I was talking to said Oh yes, theyre real. Prior to this appraisal, I had visited two other well known jewelry stores in the area and they both appraised the value to be worth anywhere from $2,500 to $3,500. One of those jewelers told me that the large center diamond was worth $1,500 by itself. Needless to say, I walked out of Arlington Gold & Silver feeling very disappointed and dismayed. They werent rude or anything, they just seemed detached and very business like in a matter of fact way. I dont understand the huge discrepancies between them and the other two jeweler appraisals. Oh well...

Had some jewelry that I wanted to see what the value was he spent about 5-7 minutes looking at it said the amount he would give me and I politely said thanks but Im not interested in selling it for that price. I began putting the pieces in bags separated by rings, bracelets, etc. and in 1 swipe he scooped everything up an crammed it in a bag. He was mad because I did not sell it to him and decided he was going to be rude, disrespectful, and wanted me to face consequences of my choice not to sell. I would not recommend you doing business here as their true colors can strike without any reason.
