I just moved to the DFW area from Austin last month. I work at a local dental office and my boss wanted to get brochures/flyers made in short notice. After a quick google search I decided to stop by earlier this week. The owner was extremely helpful and worked with me to get the right design and specifications for the project and they turned out perfect. My boss loves how they turned out and we will definitely be returning. Lucky I found out about this place and highly recommend!

I visited this place on a Tuesday and shared with the owner the specifications (quantity, finish, paper) of a small print job I had and notified him I needed the job by Thursday. He said no problem and when I came in Wednesday to drop off the digital file he took back his word and said the job was not cost effective for him. I understand that, however he did not mention this in our initial conversation and now Im having to scramble to find a place that will take the job with short notice. Please dont make people waste their time and be upfront with them. Customer Service basics.

Hands down the best print shop in DFW. The customer service is pleasing, prices are affordable and the quality is phenomenal. I would highly recommend this print shop to anyone!

I was surprised how low there prices where compared to kinkos and office depot, great customer service and was really satisfied with the quality. Would recommend any time to anybody!!

Never again! Apparently to the owner it is my fault they never showed me a proof of the work that was getting printed(I took them old samples of what needed to be done.) So when I show up to get my products its all wrong. I dont a apology, just a Its your fault you never came in to see a proof. What proof I was never contacted for a proof. He then turns to Fernando & says you showed him the proof right. Poor Fernando just looks down ashamed knowing I am right. Then the owner turns to me & says well its your fault you never asked for samples.... SMH-__- Youre better off buying a hundred dollar printer and doing it on your own!!!!!
