I put a order in with the company. when i was told 13 days i went to pick up they gave me the wrong measurements that i requested and my order was not correctthen its taking weeks to get my order and not a minuteman performance as they promised and they keep delaying delaying delayingso disappointed i need my products by a deadline and still don’t have them after weeks!!!! i was promised 1-3 buisness days….. to have them redo an error on there end and still a entire two weeks later still don’t have my order nor my calls are being responded too.is just a lack of care and communication.very disappointed…

Let me start by saying......these gentlemen saved my life on Friday! I was planning an event for a new practice I’ve opened and completely forgot to order banners. I called Minute Man Press Arlington and received the greatest customer service over the phone with Jac. I said to myself, “he’s really nice” and expected this would be your normal good customer service experience. WRONG.......THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! Julio, the designer spent ALL DAY making a pop up banner and a vinyl banner while also taking on countless other orders!!! They never complained not 1 time(and I was pretty unrealistic). In addition, the work was TOP QUALITY! I can’t say enough good things about them, but I can definitely say they will be getting my business from that point forward! Fastest turnaround on printing I’ve ever had. I was in a bind and needed some business cards and table tents printed same day. They had them printed in 5 hours with incredible attention to detail. Highly recommend !!!
