I have discovered this great company about a year ago and have had to visit them a couple of different times for different devices. Today, I had to bring in my surface pro, they diagnosed the issue and it was a simple purchase on my part. The best thing----they did not charge me for diagnosing the issues! That is great customer service. On a side note, when my teenage son had to take a computer that he had built in, they treated him like both an adult and a student-----teaching this budding tech genius what the issue was and how they fixed it. I have been going to champions a couple of years now. They are absolutely amazing. Their service is very quick, they always are able to fix my phone or computer, they are kind, and their prices are great!

My laptop screen went blank from dropping. They opened it and asked 250$ claiming some chip burned. Next I took it to ASH Computer repair and they said the connector was dislocated from the drop and repaired it for only 65$. Not sure why they were demanding 250$ for a simple connection.The guys in store work like Hobby to repair the computer , does not have certificate in the field computer repair and not respected the interview .. go to court ?! soon

Champion provided excellent, professional service! My laptop fell on the floor while I was doing homework on Thanksgiving and my screen broke. I was so frustrated and needed to get it fixed quickly. Prompt service when I changed out my 2012 MacBook pro battery. Had to wait for them to order it and they called when it was finished. Even though it said service battery again a couple days later, they put another in with no prob.

I had a delicate motherboard problem; I had bent the pins on the board for the USB3 coming from the tip of the case during the build. Sam at Champion repaired the connection and Installed windows and drivers. It only took half a day and the cost was really reasonable, too.

Extremely good service and very professional. Diagnosis and estimate was super quick and reasonable. Repair itself was also very quick, and they even did extra stuff to improve my laptop. Did some free diagnostics for me because I was unsure if just the fan or the whole heat sink that had failed, despite the fact that I handed them a gaming laptop. Apparently the heatsink was just slightly out of place, so they readjusted it and its actually working fine now.

Love them my motherboardWas ruined due to me wasting juice they fixed it. With a 30 day warranty. I had another problem after they fixed it the first time. I returned it and they kept they word under my 30 day warranty and fix it at no cost. Then I realize my keys was still sticking so I returned it again still under my 30 day warranty they cleaned it. Excellent repair work on my Toshiba laptop and they work on all brands of laptops, computers, and cell phones. They give you a month to bring back your repaired product in case something happens after repairs have been performed. I picked my laptop on 23 July and I have until 23 August to bring my laptop back if something happens after repairs have been performed. Great repair place, but parking spots can be hard to find some days.

I have been going to Champions for over 5 years. It started off as a referral from Frys when their computer service department wasnt able to help they sent me to Champion. Their service is fast, reliable and honest with fare repair pricing. I wouldnt take my computer anywhere else for repair.

Amazing people that work there! I got my IPhone 6s fixed there and got it back on the same day! Very quick and very great quality. Great fast service! Brought my sons laptop in that was missing the w key. I was in and out within a few minutes. I first went to 2 other places, one wasnt open yet, and the other wanted to replace the whole keyboard.... but Sammy at Champion Computers was able to fix it right away. I thought my laptop kicked the bucket for good but Sam was able to get it running and save almost all my files! TL;DR: This place is awesome, go here. They honestly want to help, great customer service.My Lenovo Yoga had been acting really funny, drivers were messing up, and I thought I might have a virus. I first brought it to Geek Squad, because I used to work for Best Buy, and they wanted to charge me $100 for a diagnostic test. I said screw that and brought it to Champion Computers, and they did it for FREE. It turned out my computer didnt have a virus and they DIDNT try to sell me something or tell me I had something when I didnt. I forgot to get the names of the gentlemen that helped me, but the second one even told me to use Windows Defender instead of Trend Micro, and it turns out that Trend Micro was part of the reason why my computer was acting so funny.They won me over as a customer. I may not have had any problems, but if I have any phone or laptop problems, I will definitely bring it to them because I know they wont try to sell me anything I dont need. Im also in the market for a new monitor, so I may hit them up for that as well.Keep up the great work Champion Computers.

I originally took my computer to the Geek Squad at Best Buy to have a virus removed. When I picked it up 2 days later, the computer wouldnt even stay on for 5 minutes without restarting itself. I took it back to Geek Squad and they still could not tell me what was wrong with my computer and wanted to charge me more money for parts, labor, etc. My computer was in worse condition than when I took it in initially. Needless to say, after a horrible, week-long experience with the Geek Squad and $285 later, a friend told me about Champion Computer Laptop Repair. The people there were so friendly and told me immediately what was wrong with my computer. They kept me informed the whole time my computer was in their care and reached out to me without me having to call every other day about the status. Their service was impeccable and they fixed it RIGHT the FIRST TIME and even gave me 30 days to bring it back if anything else went wrong. On top of all of that... they charged me HALF of what Best Buy was trying to charge me. These people really know their stuff so if you ever have an issue with your computer or cell phone take it to them! Youll be so glad you did!

I got a virus removal here along while ago, and they told me that it would cost a certain amount. And they asked me if they could just wipe the hard drive clean, and I said no, there were documents and things I didnt want to lose. They said it would take a couple of days. So when we came back, we found out they had wiped the drives anyway, saving the documents be pictures (only the ones in the documents and picture files, not to mention there were programs and things of that nature they also deleted. I could have done a hard wipe myself.) on top of that, we went to the front to pay, they charged us $20 more than they initially said.The virus was gone, put so were some of my pictures and hidden documents, and programs.I dont want any other people to be cheated my this place. Find another shop, there are plenty of more trustworthy computer repair places near here.

Just took to long to get it back

I have to be honest,...I was skeptical at first as I dont really take my computers to strip mall type places. However my older gateway wasnt running well at all. Shah, the guy behind the counter advised of a new hard driver replacement. Not only was the computer returned very quickly but he was able to address some other concerns that I had on the computer. He is a real wizard with computers, friendly, and stands by their services. I would recommend without hesitation. By the way, I am bringing a second one over to have him work on.
