Bob gave excellent service! He is very knowledgeable and patient. He explained what was wrong as he repaired my laptop. I asked a lot of questions and he took time to answer each one and demonstrated what I should do to avoid problems.

Very disappointed. Never got my monies worth. They were not sure of what the issues were with my laptop, yet I paid $45 for that service. With them, trial and error it was.

I went to the other guys to be told they were going to charge me $85 to ship my computer to someone else and within 2 -3 weeks they would call with an estimate... I was like NO WAY! So I found Ash computers and even though they told me it may take 9 days they were done in 3! And my computer was like new! I was so happy I would recommend this place to everyone I know and their prices were veeeerry reasonable! Love them thank you!!!

Charging power broke off in my iPad and I totally destroyed the port and took it to Ash Computers and they fix it quickly and the price was very reasonable. Very professional and honest about everything. Thanks Mohammad and Caleb. You Rock!!!

Fantastic place. Ash takes care of you whether your buying a new laptop or having one repaired. Will give you a run down of everything you need and ball park price so you know what to expect. If you have any repairs that need to be done or even just want to upgrade what you have I recommenced Ash computers.

I dropped off my printer almost 2 months ago and I have called twice to see if its done but they are still working on it ... So maybe for printers go somewhere else?Update: called and they could not fix the problem so I told them to scrap it.

My experience was great. Salvador was honest and didn’t over charge me. Because of that I have returned for services time and time again. They have replaced the screen on my surface pro, repaired desktops for me. I have also purchased quality items from them. They treated me like a friend from day 1. I had what I thought was a catastrophic failure in my computer. I started off at a competitors nearby and was totally displeased by the way I was treated. I walked in to Ash Computers and was treated like A person. The problem was fixed and I am back online with no issues. They have earned my business and I would HIGHLY recommend them for their quick service and ability to diagnose problems quickly.

Dropped off my PC for a power issue and was told I should hear from them in the next few days. They had it for over 2 weeks until I finally got impatient and decided to pick it up and try to fix it myself. I was able to pinpoint the issue within an hour of having my PC back.Was charged $49 for a diagnosis when I went to pick up my PC and they said it might be the motherboard when the motherboard was definitely not the issue. The issue was actually a dead power supply which shouldve been found within the first few steps of a power issue diagnosis.Others might have had a good experience here but mine was not so great. Id look elsewhere for professional computer repairs. At least he was nice.

Came to fix my Samsung yesterday 12/18/2019 employee did not know what he was doing. Couldnt tell me price and how long it would take so i took my service next door and it was done in an hour.
