Journeys and Journeys Kidz received very good customer service at the locations located inside the Parks Mall. They assisted my daughter and I with exceptional customer service. Something that is lacking these days. Very satisfied customer. Thank YOU JOURNEYS

The manager, David Deleon was super nice! He provided great customer service by helping me to find a great pair of new Tims in the size that i had been looking for but could not find anywhere. He anticipated my needs and really went out of his way to help me. He was super patient and attentive. I look forward to my return!

Horrible customer service experience. The store is full of cholas working here with no professionalism, saying bad words and talking nasty in front of children. Never coming back!!! The manger needs to do a better job and train people to be professionals at their work place.

We ordered a yellow women’s vans tee online and this store #46 sent the wrong T-shirt. Customer service (chat) online said to take it to closest Journeys to exchange it for the correct one. (Not our fault an employee picked the incorrect shirt) The shirt wasn’t at the Hulen Mall location so that’s why it was ordered online in the first place.

My mistake, I thought customer service mattered. I went knowing exactly what I wanted to purchase, a pair of Converse Retro Pop shoes, and no associate seemed interested in helping me. I had to yell over the music to talk to my husband about what I wanted and even expressed maybe I should order online. Even when I picked up the pair I wanted to try, no one showed an interest. I wish I had just ordered online. Only time anyone seemed interested in helping me was when my hubby asked if I wanted the purple or pink Converse as well. Thats when the guy at the counter decided to help me find the socks I was looking for, not knowing which pairs were which. Next time, Ill give the Hulen location a try, or Ill return to North Park in Dallas. The North Park location was super helpful and kind when my girls were looking at Doc Martens to buy. They answered every question and even set a pair aside so we could purchase them a day or so later. That is customer service. At least online, I dont have to deal with overloud music and associates who cannot be bothered to assist with a sale, except to ring it up.

Rob and his closing crew were everything I could ask for. They went above and beyond to help. If I could I would steal all of them to work with me because of their amazing dedication to customer service.
