Staff at the register was pretty cool, nice selection of kids boots. Everything was stocked nicely. Only pet peeve was I was trying to shop and I had someone watching me. Which I said out loud “can I shop in peace lol” I guess she was little embarrassed and stayed away. Overall got my daughter her boots, she was excited!

They were wonderful! I had help from the time I walked in till I walked to checkout. The store was clean and well organized. Would suggest Boot Barn to anyone🙂❤

Your employees are rude it was three people at the front while two employees were helping someone the third boy just stood there on his phone and watching me for 5 minutes and the walks over and says what can o do for you? It’s so disrespectful for the public to spend hundreds here not to be greeted or acknowledged, their attitudes are poor and I won’t be spending anymore money here with service like this I’ve called to speak to a manager and left on hold for 20+ minutes which is poor customer service or people that choose who they want to help when they want to help.

I called a Manager in advance about a damaged item and was told to bring it back that would not be an issue to exchange it. I returned to the store and informed cashier and a Manager to make the exchange. There was no issues so the transaction went thur smoothly. Happy customer!

Been here a handful of times. And every single time I go. Im never asked if I need help. Or if Im doing alright or anything. Now I would understand if there were short staffed but that wasnt the case at all. They had plenty of employees working every time I go. And I know that for a fact due to about ten different workers being extremely close to me acting as if theyre fixing something close by or something like that. But dont see that type of behavior with any other customers. I work so hard not to be judged and boom. Walk into boot barn were theyre supposed to be all about Texas and stuff. But judging isnt a Texas thing. Yall ought to be ashamed of yourselves! Never again will I spend my hard earned money here!

I visited Boot Barn on 06/26/2021 with my husband at around 7:30 PM. Overall, my experience was very distasteful. The staff was generally friendly for the most part. However, one person really stood out to us in a very negative way. As I was checking out, I overheard someone belittling the employees at the register. At first, I thought it was an irate customer. I asked the young lady that was checking me out who that person was. Her reply was “That is my manager, Brittany”. I was very surprised when she told me that. I would expect someone in her position to be more respectful, professional, and courteous towards her co-workers/employees. As a customer, I found her treatment of her peers very disturbing. Brittany was using racial slurs towards the Hispanic gentleman that was working on one of the registers. To me that is very unacceptable. I will not be returning to this store again. I sincerely hope that this situation does not occur again. I believe everyone should be treated with respect and dignity. Boot Barn needs to address Brittany and provide her with training on how to treat customers, and her co-workers.

Store was well stocked with lots of selections.I was shopping with a friend that was buying her first pair of boots. She had a hard time choosing because there were about 4 different pair she really liked so I helped her choose and we both agreed on the Tony Lama boots that happened to be on sale and were marked down significantly, I told her she is getting a great deal. My friend was also being sneaky and bought me a cool Cody James hat they I had tried on while we were in the store. The Salesperson that was in the area was very helpful, I feel bad I didnt get her name.All in all it was a good shopping experience.

My partner has wanted a pair of cowboy boots for some time. So while visting Texas we went to Boot Barn. Most of the employees did not seem knowledgeable on the merchandise they sell. But we wanted boots and bought two pairs of boots and a cowboy hat. The latin gentleman that helped my partner was the only person that seemed to know his products.

A beautiful selection. Very clean. We had to order my husbands size from their site. The shipping was free but it took 5 days to ship not 2 as advertised.

Dont come here for work boots. Everything good, and the common sizes for the average man are either sold out or not even carried in store. Have to order them. Fine for cowboy boots only.

Great selection of women’s clothing, boots and accessories! I needed help with selecting a pair of boots (my first pair—ever!) and the lady working that section didn’t seem to know much about proper fitting or boots in general. I don’t think that’s the norm there, but that was my experience. I ended up feeling overwhelmed after an hour of trying on boots and not know how they should fit, so I left and went to another store 😬 Super stylish collection of boots and women’s apparel though!

Clean, lots of inventory and the smell of newness! The staff is friendly and helpful.The only reason I minused a star was due to finding the perfect work boot without a composite or steel toe, when I asked for help finding its mate the saleswoman switched it out for a composite toe pair. Unfortunately, I didnt notice until I made it home and saw that their was a price difference on my receipt and then saw a composite toe tag on the shoes. 😞I will update my review once I see how the return experience is at this location...

The kid Mario in the shoe department is excellent he was patient and explained the shoes, he knows his stuff, he should get a raise, he is a great asset to this company, I will definitely return to the store when I come back to Texas to visit again.

After having a horrible experience at Boot Barns Mesquite and Frisco I decided to check this place is Arlington and I was amazed with the great customer experience. I met a cool dude GIO at boots sections and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. People were friendly and greet you with smile. Store is big and I’m sure if you visits this store you’ll find everything you need or at least I found everything I was looking for. Strongly recommend to visits this store and if you find GIO you’re lucky.

Love this store. However, they did screw up a refund the was supposed to go to store credit and when I went to use it, there was nothing there. Hopefully it goes back on my debit card in the next few days. But even still, the employees are always nice, friendly and helpful. I prefer them to cavanders as I find employees with boot barn are always there to assist you and you dont have to hunt one down. Better environment in my opinion too.

The main one in Arlington usually has a great selection, (bigger store), but there its kind hit and miss on getting help, because they like to stand around in groups and talk. The atmosphere is usually good, shopping experience overall good.

Went to get my hat shaped. No one was trained and they asked me to come back. The Dallas boot barn sent me to Arlington and Arlington told me to come back. That will be a no.

I like the variety of the store but when it comes to checking out it is dysfunctional! We thought we were in the right line and someone went in front of us so we moved to the correct line and then 2 people were allowed to go in front of from the original line we were in. It took much longer and no one seemed to care that we were overlooked.

The location is a bit of a hastle, however the Staff here was great and answered all my questions and werent a hastle at all even when I needed to return something. All my coworkers come here for boots and for good reason.

Anytime your in the Dallas Ft.Worth area I highly recomend stopping by the Boot Barn! There are 100s of Texas head wear, foot wear, and casual clothing to choose from. Boots come in a wide variety of styles and skins. Camean, Paramya..yes the fish! Snake and traditional leathers. The staff are knowledgable, friendly and curtiouse. Cowboy hats are steamed on site for that perfect brim.

Here is my experience with this company...After trying unsuccessfully to get help from any employee at both the Frisco location and the Alliance location, I was finally able to get help from the staff at the Bedford location. They didnt have the boot in my size, but actually found it at the Arlington location. After driving 17 miles out of my way to pick up the boots, I went to the register to pay. There were 2 registers, but only 1 uninspired cashier, so I stood in her line for at least 5 to 10 minutes while she slowly checked out 1 if 2 customers at her register. She then spoke with the other customers who needed a pair of boots stretched. While this is all happening, 4 customers lined up at the other register (the one with no cashier). The cashier then finally turns to me and asks Are you in line? I said yes and she then informed me that I had to go to the end of the line at the other register (where there was still no cashier). I told her that none of them were here when I walked up. She didnt seem to care. I told her, I dont need the boots that bad and left with nothing to show for all my troubles. 😡😡You can bet, I wont be doing any future business with Boot Barn.God I miss Sheplers!

This is NOT about the Boot Barn in Arlington but about the website and customer service. I shop at Boot Barn quite a bit, both in store and online. I earned some Boot Bucks, which are awesome. Unless you try to use them on the website. No one on the website chat, which you have to wait 45 minutes for someone to come online, can tell you how to redeem them online. They just shuck you off to the customer service number. After spending 30 minutes on hold, I am pretty irritated. If they had the items I was looking for in stock, I would just go to the store, but they dont. If you are going to give out handy little coupons, then please make sure ALL of your staff is properly trained. I am so fed up, I am about to throw my $50 worth of coupons (which I have to spend at least $200 to use) out the freakin window. After waiting 42 minutes on hold, Steven came on the line and I was checked out in about 5 minutes. He was really nice and helpful. That should have been a lot easier than it was!

Nice place, prices are a bit high. It is a bit ridiculous to pay $50-60 for a shirt made in China. There is such a theft issue, there are long lines waiting for a dressing room; each room is locked, only sales staff can open the rooms.

I went in to look at some exotics. More than once; day or evening, more than one person ready to help.It was a little business with a few reps and a few were more hospitable, all were professional.Large store with plenty of area. Will order what they dont have no problem. May be better to check online for item number so they can find it for you.They will let you try on any one of them. No pressure sales team.
