Very good shop. Great flavors and choices to choose from. I also feel the weekend is the best time to visit because the desi guy who works the weekend is knowledgeable and super friendly.

There are very few brands of vapes there. Found one I liked, bought it and it tasked burnt and hurt my throat when I smoked it. Do not recommend buying vapes there.

Please do not go there. This is my second vape I bought from there. $140 gone down the flush. The devices are more than twice the price and I am pretty sure they wont work. Its been 2 hours I bought a Smok vape stick. It wasnt letting me to submit without a star.

I came to this shop tonight and was treated so very disrespectfully. My roommate and I came in search of a tapestry (because I’m redoing my room) and decided a smoke shop probably would have a few good, cheap options. The moment we came in the guy at the counter was very busy so we kindly waited for him to finish helping other customers out. While we where waiting we decided to browse around and look at some of the items in the store until he was available to assist us. Once he finally gets over to me he was glaring my roommate down (as if he was watching that she didn’t take anything) so I proceeded to ask him if he could pull the tapestry’s out so I can see my options. He said no. Still more concerned about what my roommate was doing, rather than somebody with cash in hand ready to buy he He responds with “Is she with you?” I said “yes” and continued asking questions about the item I came in for. He said “you’ll have to come back tomorrow” and I said “sir I don’t mind waiting if you’re busy, I just would like to see the designs on the packages before I buy something” he said no you can come back. So I told my roommate (who had no idea she was even being stereotyped) to come on and go. As we’re leaving he yells at us to “Get Out!” I don’t usually write reviews but I couldn’t let this slide. Sadly I’ve given my money to them already a few times but never again. Just thought it was necessary to warn others about the treatment I received and maybe you’ll consider giving them your business as well. I came in the night of 09/01/2019.

Was give one price left to run errand went back the price was $2 more. Now maybe I misunderstood the first time but I wasnt the only one who heard it. Although it wasnt busy the lady was friendly & helpful answered my questions.

This place has not warranty on any item they have, I recommend to look for other stores around who has warranty on the products you want

One of the best shops in Arlington with the BEST prices tbh a lot of the shops around here are overpriced but you will get good prices here. Every time I’ve been they’ve had great selection and super nice staff. Also have a great selection of CBD!

Bought a vape and some other items. They didnt put the vape in the bag and wont let me come pick it up. Manager was awful about it blaming me for the employees mistake, never going here again

I read reviews and laugh rarely. This was the hardest I ever laughed. Beyond helpful and kind staff. Never had an issue in the 3 years of going. Then again, I walk in with a smile and show respect. Its easy to be happy once happy. I have found their prices are far better on certain items and often competitive with most other items. See for yourself. Just dont walk in with a bad attitude.... Anywhere... Or youll be writing bad reviews all day.

When we visited there, it was not close time yet. The clerk was going to close the store earlier than the closing time, but he let us into the store. I wanted a Red Bull-flavored liquid that does not contain nicotine, so I told that clerk. Then he gave me a liquid with nicotine. I bought it because I did not know that it had nicotine. And before I checked out I wanted to make sure it doesnt really have nicotine, so I asked the clerk. He clearly said that nicotine is not in it. However, when I came home and opened the box, it was noted that it contained nicotine. So the next day, I visited the store again to return it. Since there was the same salesclerk there, I told that I want to exchange it with the liquid that doesn’t contain nicotine. Then the clerk recommended me to use a different flavor liquid with no nicotine. However, I requested to return it because I wanted the Red Bull flaovor with no nicotine, but they didn’t have one. But the clerk told me I couldn’t return it. Certainly it was written to the cash register that it cannot be returned, but that was not my mistake. I specifically asked him if it had nicotine, but he straight up told me a lie, and said it doesn’t. So I told him the intention, but he said that when I came, the store was already closed (even though it was before the closing time), but he let us in, and let us buy the item, saying that he treated me special, so I couldn’t return it. I left the store with a liquid containing nicotine I bought on the previous day, drowned for his excuse.

Honestly one of the best shops I’ve been too. So I go to a few shops just to look around at everything, they have amazing pieces at great prices, I guarantee you can’t find a better value. It’s not cheap glass for cheap, it is great quality for cheap, ALSO if you’re a student you get %15 percent off!!! I always end up buying there!Ps: one last note, they have detoxins there that my roommates used and he’s bought it off of amazon, the exact same one and it was cheaper at this smoke shop vs amazon, what even.

I came to this place to buy a cigar as I want to try. I only had card and was told that there will be additional charge for card ($10 minimum for card transaction), but they let it slide anyways. Not a bad place to go and Im glad that offer 10% off for UTA students.

The staff are not the most knowledgeable BUT after the 15% discount for students, their prices are a little under that of every other shop. I will buy all my accessories and pipes here from now on. Good selection if youre not obsessed with brands.

This store is the best smoke shop Ive ever been in. Beautiful setup and the shisha prices and brand and flavor selections are both affordable and vast. And the customer service just topped everything off. Go check them out. I will be driving to south Arlington from North Arlington from now on.

Decent kratom prices, compared to most shops. Still much more expensive than online, which also has much better selection and quality. Ok in a pinch. Seems to have a lot of nice glass pieces... havent been in the market for any, so havent really looked around much, just come for kratom in a pinch

When I walked in the store the old man was serving few customers before me and told me to wait so I was waiting until he’s done, then when it my turn he told me he wants me to leave the store for no reason, soon I realized he was racially profiling me since I saw how he was treating other customers one after another depending on their skin color, so I declared that I was going to record him and I started recording him, then I asked him what is the reason, in response he said he will call 911 if don’t leave the store, I asked the owner information and he refused to give me any information or his name. This is completely ridiculous!!! This is a lawsuit under constitution of the United States and I’m looking forward to make a case.

Almost $30 on a vape that lasted 2 days

This smoke shop has such an amazing selection, while I have been there my friends and I have interacted with a really kind lady who was kind enough to spend time showing us different water pipes and pipes. Overall amazing store and for all UTA students it is right by campus and a must for your smoking needs.

Really nice guy that runs the place very knowledgeable. The size is deceiving when you pull up out front it looks like its very small but its pretty big place.

Bought a torch here & 3 (THREE) days later my torch breaks (I did EVERYTHING to fix it) so I come back into the shop hoping to get some help from the woman who sold it to me & I dont know? Maybe return/exchange my BROKEN item. But noSo I walk in explain my problem the shop keeper at the time tells me Im SOL & they dont do returns. Therefore I was out of $40 I spent on the torch, the torch itself & my valuable time. So I will be buying my new torch & taking my business to Gas Pipe on Collins. They always go above & beyond to satisfy the customers & work through any problems or issues that come up.

We didn’t have any issues with the store until our past couple of purchases. I would not recommend buying a vape or other electronic item from the store. The ones we’ve bought have either been broken upon purchase, or have broken within a couple of uses. We did not try to return/exchange the first vape because of their no return/exchange policy, but after the second vape (pen, different brand,) for which my husband did not receive a receipt, I took it back to ask for a refund, preferably, or an exchange. At first, the man I spoke with refused. I explained that this was the second time we’d bought a bad vape there. He asked for the receipt, which I explained my husband didn’t receive, which he argued about, saying everyone is offered a receipt. I said that someone must have made a mistake. He offered to exchange it for the same item, and I told him I would prefer not to, since the only vapes we’ve bought there haven’t worked. Then he said he would give me the amount, which he immediately retracted. We went back and forth for a couple of minutes, and I told him he could just have the vape, since it was of no use to us. He said it was of no use to him to take it back, and finally offered to exchange it for a different item of the same price ($19.99.) So, that’s what I did, and offered to leave my information when he said he could get in trouble with the owner, but he said there was no need. I shook his hand, and left.TLDR: Don’t buy electronic items here, due to their policy, and since they are likely not to work. Staff is difficult to talk to, but ultimately the situation was resolved.

Extremely rude woman that either works or own the place. I went in with a friend when their power was out apparently and she rudely demanded to see our license (Ive been asked at many places of business and smoke shops for my license and it has always been done with respect and courtesy) she snatched it out of my hands and forcibly gave it back to me so I just laughed to myself and she went berserk and screaming at my friend and I using profane language and calling us fags. So we left as she was threatening to call the police on US. This happened maybe 3 years ago when I was in school at UTA and to this day it astounds me that a place of business would treat a potential customer that way. I have no idea who she is but I would advise anyone not to spend any money at their business. Theres a special place in hell for that woman.

I am here with my friend to buy hookah flavors since we have less knowledge on that we asked the girl who was working there and she suggested flavor which is actually good but she charges us $25 where as other store charged me $10 for the same and the coal she gave us is the worst i have ever bought and i was told it was the best i really regret going in here i hope management will see this and make some changes in pricing and also the girl working there is kind of rude

After seeing the other recent bad review I thought I should share also. This review is not a reflection of their products but just how absolutely horrible the treat their customers. I frequent a lot of smoke shops and Im a current UTA student. After how rudely I was treated as a customer there I have since been putting up flyers around campus to warn and dissuade others from going there.

If you are going to go to this smoke shop only take cash the Indian guy will try to rip you off and try to get more money out of you he got me with my credit card so if you’re going to go to the smoke shop make sure you Terry cash only other than that it was great but I do not feel like it’s right to be ripped off the way he ripped me off you just have to really watch him and make sure you ask for prices because he will change them

I bought some K2 420 Summit incense here, and I did not enjoy it. The labels appeared to be fake and made with a cheap printer, and the smell was not nice like similar K2 from the Arlington PPV store which rox.
