He was very forthcoming on sales and incentives that were applicable to my purchase options. He shared warranty information applicable to my purchase and reviewed everything to ensure my satisfaction with my choices; also scheduling delivery and setup for expedited and convenient time. I was thoroughly impressed with my experience.

Almost 3 years ago I wasted way too much money on a Sleep Number bed which turned out to be a glorified air mattress. In the market for a new mattress and a good nights rest, I stopped by Mattress Firm after leaving Costco (the store is right next to Costco). Birama was my sales associate and he was awesome! I got a great deal on the perfect mattress, and it even included a free adjustable base. Stop by to see him if youre in the neighborhood. The store is fairly new and very nice. The people are wonderful and the prices are even better!

Maranda Vinson assisted me with finding the right bed for me. Her customer service was outstanding and this company should be proud to have such dedicated employee such as her. As far as the store goes it was clean and welled organized. Everything was laid out pretty well. I felt comfortable laying on the beds to get a feel for them. I am happy I purchased from that location and it’s not just because of the store looking tidy it’s more so because of the exception customer service.

We are building a new home and stopped in just to browse. We left having ordered two complete king sets with adjustable platforms!The store carries our favorite brand (S&F), and the manager, Birama, educated my husband and me on a number of sleep factors that we had never considered. He is competent and knows his product, yet not pushy. It was a very comfortable experience for both of us.I will update this review once we get the product. We cant wait to sleep on the new beds in few months!

Please save yourself the living hell that is Mattress Firms online experience and go to this store. The brick and mortar stores are the only redeeming things about this company. If the other people working there are half as helpful and nice as Jerome youll be in good hands. He also knew a ton about the various mattresses and what would be good for me. I was helped by Jay (John) and he couldnt have been more helpful. Came by on Saturday afternoon and it was myself and one other couple being helped by him. Did a great job of managing both customers efficiently.Originally wanted to try out the Purple mattress I had seen online. Ended up not being for me, but Jay showed me options that Mattress Firm had that were similar to Casper, Tuft and Needle, etc. Nice to be able to try out a mattress in person. Ended buying one in store. Happy with it and the delivery was smooth (they actually came at the start of the 2 hour window). Great experience, and I even got talked into getting some sheets and a pillow too.

Mattress shopping sucks, but it sucked way, way less here than anywhere else. The store is nice, clean, and spacious and they have a pretty big selection. Most mattresses are maybe in the $2000 and up, but I dont think the place where you sleep is the place to skimp on.We worked with Eric to get a mattress that is great, $38 above our price point, and will be delivered soon. All in all, great experience working with him. He was super knowledgeable and went the extra mile to show us the difference between the models available, which we super appreciated.

I walked in this Mattress Firm in December but with Christmas I was unable to buy a king size mattress at discount. A month later last week I came back and Shay the manager remembered me and mattress preferences. She worked with me for a purchase close to the Christmas discount. I purchased that night and delivery was the next day. Shay was knowledgable and very customer friendly. I would recommend Mattress Firm to friends.

Fantastic service. I wasnt sure which kind of mattress would be best for my sleep needs, but Biaram and Jay were very knowledgeable and patient in helping me figure everything out. They didnt pressure me at all and I left with a great mattress that actually helps me sleep better than before. After I purchased the mattress they even helped answer some questions I had a few times after coming back. This service is definitely worth going into the store.

My mattress was delivered today. The salesman service and selection was outstanding. However, delivery was a different thing. We were not told that they don’t take the old bed away. The only thing they took was the mattress. It would have been nice had they informed us that before hand. When I called the store in pentagon Virginia and spoke to a female salesperson regarding the old bed pick up policy she rudely hung up on me.

Ridiculous service. When I bought the mattress, I was NOT informed of the costs behind returning the mattress. Birama (the sales associate) made it sound like I would be getting all my money back minus a small amount for delivery charge. And now that I’m trying to return the mattress, he brings up a restocking fee and tells me that the delivery cost amount is more than what I was told earlier. I would definitely NOT suggest buying from a place with service like this.

Went in today knowing that I wanted to buy a mattress but had no idea what exactly to look for. Birama was very helpful. First, they let you your try out three different firmness levels to see what you like, then they let you try different styles within your chosen firmness level. It was a very pleasant expierence. He explained everything very clearly. There was no push to buy the most expensive mattress, just get the one you want! Also, I got a very good deal on the adjustable box springs (that raises your head or feet). I had no idea they were so inexpensive. The whole process was fairly quick and delivery is the next day (and free). They will also take your old mattress away for you. Birama was very nice and patient. There was a lady there also that was very kind but I did not get her name.

Fantastic location! Brian is helpful throughout the entire purchase! I was referred to this location (and had a small budget) and they bent over backward to show me all my options. Delivery guys were fast friendly and professional, no weirdos here! The store even gave me a call that morning to give me a more specific time frame instead of the standard stay home all day we can deliver it at any time non sense! They called again when the truck had left the store with my purchases and gave me a 20 minute heads up! Over the top customer service that you just dont find anymore. Would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone and will return for future purchases.

My Sleepys experience was honestly disgraceful. It took me from February until April to successfully get all of my purchased items in my home. My whole living style was altered because of their flakey, inaccurate, and delayed way of business. I felt like I was being conned when calling this location. Sometimes staff would be there but the man went by cell phone in case he wasnt. Then the communication at Sleepys customer care was incompetent, it took 3 weeks to successfully re-order my CORRECT headboard that was drop shipped to my house. Then another 3 weeks to get it. I wouldnt recommend sleepyss to anyone. Its not worth your time. Go to a place where service is guaranteed.

My wife turned down many other options at other stores, mainly because she didnt appreciate the forcefulness and lack of knowledge from the salesmen, and she didnt feel like those options were comfortable enough for her lower back. With Steves honesty and help, not only did we walk away with an amazing bed, but also with a happy wife! Steve was able to help pinpoint what types of beds were ideal for issues with back pain, as well as beds that were suitable for our individual preferences. We ended up with the BeautyRest Hybrid Black!! Very happy with the purchase and the experience with Steve. This is the store to go to if you need a new mattress/box spring set! The store manager, Brian, is very cool, easy going, knowledgable, honest and very professional. He took me to a queen set that was on sale, 75% off! And it was a Sealy, one of the best mattresses around! He even offered to help us tie it to the roof of the car, most managers wont do that! I will shop here from now on!

Overheard their customer service tell another employee, Theyre just impatient, when they failed to show up for an appointment. I walked out. I wouldnt even consider a place that treats or talks about their customers like that. They also got my friends number wrong and tried to make it seem like it was their fault and refused to reschedule for when they said they would be there.If you want to be disrespected, and if you want a company that refuses to make things right- this might be the place for you.
