Great customer service! Ordered online, picked up at store, was able to open up my purchase there to make sure there was no damage. An employee even helped me bring it out to my car. Thank you for the good experience.

Service was great Im just very sad they are closing. But I did enjoy the extra savings on the items.

The store experience was horrible. I wasn’t allowed to exchange a $12 rug for a $20 rug that’ll work better in my space. I didn’t have an issue with paying the remaining balance however the General Manager identified as Jennifer declined the return and was real rude and smug. She advised me to “try a different store” or “drive 3 hours to Austin” to retrieve the original receipt from my Grandmother.

I love this place because of all the fun stuff inside. Always some sort of clearance section. Employees generally nice and helpful. Its fun to just get lost in there.

They have just about anything for your house that you need. The products are quality. I get their coupons in the mail and they always let me use multiple coupons, even if theyre expired. Today I used three coupons worth $20. So, instead of $65, my cost was $45. And, the cashiers are always helpful and friendly.

Location had some ok store closing sales, but lots of items were made to appear 60% off only to be the same full price on their website or other online stores.

Want to make sure that Bria is acknowledged for the above and beyond customer service she provided today. She found me on the floor wondering around aimlessly and helped find my product on-line. Bria helped take an in-store order that required manager approval. Not once did she get frustrated. She was patient and extremely professional. I love when I get great customer service. So shout out to Bria....tell you manager you deserve a raise : )!

Bright clean store. The staff is so helpful. They no longer carry lamp shades but the clerk offered to help me look on line. A good location and I feel safe shopping there.

This is a great place but we couldnt find somebody to help us find the item we needed. We finally went to the cashier and she gave us the wrong directions!

This is a great place to shop for pretty much everything you need for every room in your house, just like their name says. They carry a lot of everything from kitchen items to bedroom stuff. They also have a wedding and gift registry. Save money with their monthly coupon.My only complaint is that their aisles are narrow. You cant pass with a cart if even one person or cart is in the aisle.

We have shopped with Bed Bath & Beyond for a long time but never had such a FANTASTIC shopping experience as we did the other day at the North Arlington Store in Arlington Texas. Kayla Warren is the epitome of a Retail Team Member that make the shoppers experience memorable enough to share with all that will listen.Kayla went out of her way to help us select products, getting ladders climbing up (always with 3 contact points) and getting us product for the highest shelves. Went in to get a decent goose down pillow for my son since he tries to take mine...reasonable prices good selections. There was a long line, but they saw that and opened all lanes up liked that.

Sales associate continuously taps her tacky, fake fingernails while youre trying to ask for help locating an item. She copped an attitude when I told her it was annoying. I informed the manager on my way out and he smelled like he hadnt bathed in quite some time.

The staff was very good to me. Read reviews on the products I bought after I got home, they were not good. So far nothing has failed me but I know this is the same kind of stuff they have been carrying for years. If it does fail, theyve either let their standards slip due to no direct competition or its stunk all along and they just dont care. Making me nervous.

The Manager on Duty Zefferey had to get involved with a return and did not address us or say hello to us but was very hateful when the young girl asked if our return was eligible by saying (No). But it was the way she said no. So very rude to us. We called customer service and although our purchase was bought before their policy changed in March of 2018 and our purchase was bought in February 2018 it was still under the old policyAnd she was told by Cutomer Service to return it she called her boss Mike Sarrat and they still wouldn’t return it.The customer service told us to go to another store. That is so sad. We also believe we were racially discriminated against because the minute her race customer came in she had a total attitude change. Stay away from this Bed Bath And Beyond. You will be sorry.

The ladies at this Bed Bath & Beyond are absolutely wonderful I came in with a very unusual need to exchange an item that was broken and they immediately assisted me in finding the best solution that was no additional cost to me Im very appreciative that they worked so hard and so diligently to make sure that everything was entered into the system correct so that I wouldnt be able to get my wedding dishes.

Staff was pleasing and attentive but the prices were too high for a going-out-of-business sale. The ads led you to believe that the whole store was on sale, but was not.

The Bed Bath and Beyond in Arlington is ok, it has less inventory than the majority of the other locations - and it’s bath section is small (having no extra items like shampoos or minis).

Went in to do some shopping during a heavy rainstorm. There were roof leaks all over the place. I was told by a store employee that this location will be closing soon due to the fact that the owner of the building refuses to fix the roof!
