I tried it again today... Another clown. Shes waiting on Sephora not to be in JCPenney. This location has the worst service. I swear they hate people.I asked for a specific brand Danessa Myers or Fashion Fair of course the chick behind the counter had no clue who Danessa was and was quick to tell me were not carrying Fashion Fair , with the stank face.. so I asked her did they carry any other black owned cosmetics and she said we have somebody thats Mexican and we have somebody thats India- well Im still looking for Black owned. she needs to be more educated. Especially when you got makeup on that makes you look like a clown.

I love JCPenney. Drives me crazy they have some of the entrance doors locked. Cashier did not give my correct credits

Jcpenney is just an old store that brings back my childhood memories.. Their prices have gotten much better over the year.. Luv how they keep up with the changing times

Was there earlier today with my daughter and boyfriend and while I understand you have to worry about people stealing I do not appreciate being followed around the store and watching me like a hawk. Was using my gift card I got for my birthday and felt extremely uncomfortable the whole time. and when I say watching me like a hawk I mean literally standing at the end of the stand staring at me while I was looking at eyeliner. For someone who has anxiety this was not a pleasant experience at all.

Aweful aweful aweful makeup experience. The girl who helped me started at 11 didnt finish until 2 and I looked aweful, nowhere near my reference photo. I hand an engagement photoshoot and I had to remove all my makeup. Still made me pay.

Service was TERRIBLE the store only had one other customer and there were two sales rep both so rude when I was wanting to check out on rep was just on her phone and the other rep when I asked can you help me check out replied “UGH HOLD ON” then comes to the counter and asked who’s next like she didn’t see me when she rang me up one of my items was as tester so instead of exchanging it she told me I could go to the back of the store and exchange it myself or not get it at allI worst service ever stick to the main store because this one does not have the same training or curtesy

I had an absolutely delightful experience with miss pinky at this sephora location! She was very nice,grinding and very helpful without being the slightest pushy,annoyed or anything. Ive never before this had such a stress free and happy experience shopping in a sephora store.not all of them are bad but this was exceptionally awesome. She went above & beyond my expectations and I felt welcomed & respected instead of like just another wallet walking in. It made me very happy and I will absolutely be making this my home store for sephora! I also like that it wasnt crowded, while there was a steady amount of customers the girls working still checked on and helped everyone. It was clean and smelled pretty. Ive already suggested this location to family members who need some makeup help. Theyre going with me later. :) good customer service matters.

Started walking around for a few products I needed, but around 15 minutes in we were being watched by security no matter which way we went, even when we asked Are you following us they said no, talked to an employee very helpful.
