This store has gone down hill! Poor customer service. The employees act as if they dont want to help you nor do they look like they want to be there! Always low on product! Inconsistent with their products as well! One visit they have what Im looking for the next visit they are completely out of that same product and dont know when theyll be getting that product back in store! Just an overall unprofessional environment! Ever since they did the name change & moved to this new/bigger location the customer service, the tone of the store & the availability of the products has drastically changed! I do not live close to be driving ALL the way over here to get poor service and not even be able to purchase what I need!! Not going to continue to give my money to a store who is okay with hiring unprofessional, rude girls to operate their business!

This store had Always been my favorite and my go to for nail supplies.I became a nail tech when this store moved to Arlington.There was a men before that was always helpful and made sure you found everything you needed. But sadly on my last visit all ladies behind the counter acted unprofessional having really loud conversations about clients in the store.It was so unconfortable i didnt finished my purchase i just needed to get out of there asap .Their vibe and attitude makes you really unconformable.Sadly this is the last time i step in to this store.

I love the smooth set monomer beyond has , they just came out with the shiny+primerless and i think that is my new favorite . i recommend this monomer to the upcoming nail techs that are just starting off because it truly lets you sculpt the monomer they way you want it too and it dries slower but it gives you time to mess with it ! Its my new favorite monomer ❤ i love the super gloss ! It doesnt chip and it stays shiny ! I went today 5/8/2021 these girls are on it they are working hard ! They where very helpful and supper nice ! They kept organizing store ! To be a store with a lot of inventory they are doing great! They have so many things I went in for a brush ended up spending 180 $ totally worth it .

Awful experience. I called to get my curbside pickup order and told me they don’t do curbside pickup. Then when I went inside, my order wasn’t ready but they said it was at their distribution center which is open 2 days a week!I drove half an hour to get there and there items are really overpriced. $5 for a magnet and puffball together! I’d rather order online than deal with this bs.Also GHETTO. You can’t bring your putsr inside.

I like the store but I do not like the return policy. I’ve gotten numerous items that don’t work, aren’t as advertised, or that stop working a month it and they never do anything about it. But it is right on the door. Just be careful what you buy

First issue, I was approached regarding my purse in the store. They do not allow purses, so I had to take it to my car or they would hang it on the wall... If a store has rules like this, Im expecting the best of the best. After walking around checking out the products, I learned that the prices are over priced, not the best grade of products, and they had less than I expected. Will not be returning or recommending to anyone.

Very sweet and friendly employees. They have signs at the door stating that purses are not allowed in store so if you are getting angry with the store for telling you your purse isnt allowed: its literally pasted on the door before you even walk into the building.

Yeah, its a no for me. My first and last visit there. They dont let you bring your purse inside unless you let them hold it and they followed me around like a hawk. Everything was overpriced. I bought their polygel and its flaking off my nails right now. I like Nail Supply Glamour on Harry Hines better.

If i could i would give no stars at all. I came from Fort Worth an hour drive cause my daughter wanted to buy some supplies only to be treated like a thief there is no reason for the employees to ask for your purse when you just entered the store! Unacceptable. y’all could of at least posted up a sign saying NO BIG BAGS ALLOWED! Or the worker could of told me that my purse was not allowed in the store period. last time i go there i will just spend my money on another store that does not treat you like thieves!

I don’t like being treated like a robber as soon as I step foot in the store . No,you cannot take your purse with you. In the past I’ve spent $200 on average each visit ... Why do business in a community if you’re going to treat everyone as if they’re going to rob you !

Just visited this nail supply store for the very first time. I was nervous as this would be my first time going to a shop like this but the ladies working here were very very sweet and kind and were glad to help me out. 100% would recommend, its small inside but they have everything you might need and they are very welcoming. Will be returning for all my future nail suuplies!! A++

So today was my first time coming here, the lady with the dark patches all over her face was extremely rude!! I asked do you guys have any hand baskets she replied with a unnecessary attitude! So I went on shopping , one of there products didn’t have a price label on the jars nor on the shelf it was sitting on so I politely asked how much it was and with a attitude AGAIN she replied do you not see it right there? Obviously I looked ! I checks 3 different jars for the price tag and scanned up and down for a label and there was nothing! But I ask you a simple question and you quick to get fly with me ?? Okay I will never be shopping here again! The lady that rung me up with the braces was fairly nice. But I will never recommend this store!
