Im the only customer but with 3 people working the counter, Im asked to wait. Then one employee asks me what I need and directs me to the location in the store where I can find it. Then I have to wait again. Why not type the damn thing up when I asked for it? The man in front of me had 5 purchases and he left before me. I had 1 purchase. #failedcustomerservice

I went in looking to replace my 48-in Vinyl Faucet Spray Hose. The manager Im guessing was really rude, didnt even look at the damaged one. He just said ( if you dont know what the your looking for I cant help you)* like really. It,s your job to help the customer, and not dismiss them without knowing what the problem is.

These are some very proud people. Helpful, but proud of their stuff. Same size pipe at ACE Hardware was 1/3 of the price. Thats ridiculous. Learned my lesson.
