The new owner, Terry and his son Ritchie, really do care about quality and go the extra mile to ensure everything is fixed right and that Im (as the customer) happy. They even brought in a certified mechanic to do the mechanical work on both vehicles.I recently gave them two of my vehicles to repair, my Ford F250 King Ranch 4X4 and Audi A5 Cabriolet. They even work on boats, personal watercraft and motorcycles. They will paint just about anything that fits inside their paint booth!I highly recommend. Great service, great work, great pricing!

My windows on my passenger side completely broke due to a freak accident, I dropped off my car here and received my car back in a few short days and it came out brand new. Not even a week later, my husbands Car got hit from behind the impact is so hard, the front bumper camera came off as well. We brought our car back here to get it fixed, T&P directed us and helped us with our Insurance since we didn’t know what to do. We received updates while the car was here, and they were all extremely helpful in answering any and all of our questions that we had. By the time our car was done, I ended up in labor, Ashley was so nice and helpful, we texted her that I was in labor and was not able to pick up her car, so they ended up driving our car and dropping it off for us at the hospital!!! Now talk about A+ service right there, all around we were thoroughly impressed! We had an easy process regarding insurance and we all know insurance takes forever to respond especially ours. We definitely recommend coming here, friendly people and great service!!

I brought my truck in for hail damage repair and they brought it to a third party for PDR who ripped the head liner from the interior of my truck open and ripped open the panel that cover the side air bags and didnt reinstall it correctly. They didnt replace the side molding for my truck as cover by the insurance company until I brought it up to them during pick up. I have to bring the vehicle there 3 times just to get those issues resolved. They schedule to meet with me on 2 separate occasions and were not on time. I wish I had take before and after photos so I could share it on here.

Brought my car in this weekend and they did a great job! I have about 190,000 miles on this and I hope to be able to keep my Carolla lasting longer and trust Terry and Ritchie to help me keep it in great condition.I previously went to two different places that told me to get all these fluid flushes but Terry was up front and said it was unnecessary and they were trying to just easy money. Im so glad I brought my car here for such a cheap price compared to the hundreds I would have spent elsewhere.Now my car drives like new!!! He was even kind enough to add air into my tires and clean the exterior. Im super impressed. Thanks guys!!!!

This place is amazing! They fixed my bumper and side panel for the best price in town (and in less than a week!) trust me I got quotes from multiple people and they were the best and did a more than satisfactory job. Amazing customer service and they detailed my car for me! 😀 definitely going here from now on!

Ive had a couple of cars repaired at T & P. The whole front end of one car and a side swipe on another. They do a great job for a fair price and are very professional. Highly recommended. Will do business with them again if needed.
