I wanted to give a Shout Out to the guys at the Discount Tire shop on S. Cooper by Target. I called yesterday to get my tires rotated. Answered quickly and told me to come right away..stall was empty. I was maybe 10 minutes away. When I arrived all stalls were full and there was a wait time off 45 min. due to all stalls being full. I was a little unhappy but they convinced me too wait. I did! They completed my wait and rotated my tires and I was on way in less than 25 minute! Great job guys!!! Thank you! Sandy B

Very organized operation and friendly staff. The shop staff was moving quickly but you could hear their banter and tell they were having fun as they worked. Everyone wore masks and socially distanced and the store and shop were sparkling clean.

I usually go to the discount tire in Fort Worth but a coworker of mine recommended this place and I am without a doubt coming here again! They helped me out so much and got me out with all new tires at a good price! Management was amazing and kept me updated throughout, they worked fast and got it done extremely well! On the way to work this morning, I ran over a nail that caused my tire to go flat quickly. I pulled into Discount with no appointment and asked them to look at my tire. I may have waited 20 mins TOTAL! The guys me updated the entire time. I never have a problem wirh this shop!

Ive been looking around for about a month for a good tire deal. After calling around for awhile Jonathan helped me get 4 new Pathfinder AT. Quick install and got some great new tires.

They got me in on a moments notice and stayed late to fix my nail punctured tire. They also brought to my attention that my lug nuts were getting badly stripped and were able to replace them with solid zinc ones that will last some time. Shane was friendly, helpful, welcoming, and informative. I refuse to take my business elsewhere due to the integrity and value I found at Discount Tire.

These guys were GREAT! They we so polite, kind and they did their job in a timely matter! I went because my tire was flat due to a nail on the tire and I had a spare on. They helped me patch up the tire and replaced the spare with the patched tire. They also helped me check my other tire pressure. ALL FOR THE FREE! THANKS GUYS! YALL ARE THE BEST!

After shopping online and going to some competitors tire shops I came running back to Discount Tires. They worked with my budget and satisfied all my concerns and got me a set of tires I could be proud of. I added the lifetime Road Hazard Warranty after they took my 19 year old original spare off and mounted one of my existing tires from the previous set for no charge. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great set of tires reasonably priced!

We were coming into town for the Rangers game and had an issue with one of our tires. Roel and the staff at this location went above and beyond to help get our spare tire on and get us back on the road. We made it to the game and had a great time! I ordered tires online that werent available in store. The website said theyd be delivered in 4-5 days.. I get to the store 4 days after purchasing them to go to the appointment time (as the website told me to) and they hadnt even ordered them yet. The manager was condescending. I paid for these tires. I expect them to be ordered and I expect them to be ordered promptly. Its a pandemic. People are going to be doing business online and you need to keep up with orders. If I wanted any tire brand they had already in store, I wouldve ordered tires that stated they were available in store. Respect your customers time and their money. I wouldnt have given them such a low rating if they had been an ounce more respectful, honest, and willing to admit they made a mistake.

I had one of the best experiences with Discount Tire on Cooper in Arlington. I had a tire that kept going flat. Due to the fact i was originally told the wall of the tire was damaged and would more than likely need a new tire. I was prepared to get a new tire and they had one in my price rang which was good. However, after evaluating the tire further, they realized my tire could simply be repaired. I also needed my tired balanced. I had done the rotation myself, but it needed to be balanced. I was given a very fair and decent price for the repair and balancing. I appreciate that they didnt try to overcharge me as a female.They were super busy the day I went but everyone was very considerate. I was so thankful for Jacob and Jimmy! They deserve raises, as im sure everyone at that location does. They took such good care of me and didnt over charge me or try to tell me I needed a complete replacement tire like another shop had. Even though they were busy, they had my car finished before the time they said it would be. Thanks to these guys, anytime I need anything tire wise, Discount Tire has my business from the day I was serviced to any tire associated needs I may/ will have in the future. Keep up the great customer service, directness, and efficiency and Ill stay a customer for life! Thank you guys! It was nice to finally get to leave a nice review for a wonderful company.

Great service! Fixed my flat AND rotated my tires. Didnt try to sell me tires I did not need. Showed me the tread on my tires and told me how many more miles before I need new ones.

My daughter just brought her car today to replace two front new tires. I paid $250 for two tires on a Ford F 150 she drives a little 4 cylinder car. They charged $250 for two front new tires and broke the lug nut. Refuses to fix or replace nut. Excuse is they did not previously work on the car there for not liable. Go to a good honest small business. Another reason to avoid chain business.

We have a small fleet of vehicles & we take our personal vehicles here too and have been for years. Other than the long waits, things typically go well. Weve had one or two not-so-good experiences here, but like I mentioned, other than the long waits, its typically a good experience. The 3-stars are for our bad experiences with scheduling our appointments online, showing up on time (or even a little early) and still having to wait in line--and watch all the folks the didnt schedule an appointment get in ahead of you anyway. Its terribly frustrating. Not sure theres ANY reason to ever schedule an appointment (online or otherwise), but I wish there was. So, the stars in this review are for all the folks working here for being so nice and the missing additional stars are for the frustration with the broken process in place with regards to the illusion of a quicker experience here by scheduling an appointment. If you schedule something, you should receive service ahead of people that didnt. Seems simple.Scheduled an appointment for tire rotation & balancing @ 9am. Its 9:50am and Im still waiting. (The actual work usually only takes ~15 mins.).😖

They didnt have the tire I needed, but Daryl found one in their Desoto store and got it to this location in two days. (It took just one business day, but Fedex doesnt deliver on the weekends). He called when my tire came in and they were able to mount it on my rim the same afternoon. Jacob took care of me in the store and got me on my way in no time. The courtesy and professionalism displayed by both employees was impressive.

I had brought my vehicle in to get a tire fixed. I was thinking the worse that I would end up needing two new tires. The weirdest thing happened to me as I was greeted with these gentleman wearing masks. I thought I was on another planet.Just let me say that they did a wonderful job taking care of me. I had a nail in my right front tire. I gave them the authority if I needed two tires to go ahead and replace them both. All I would need it was a flat repair. I will be sending all of my friends to discount tire in the future for all of their tire needs. Thank you guys for a job well done.

Fast service and friendly people. Had the weird tire size I needed, got in and done super fast. I was the last one of the day, and they still made sure everything was done up and torqued correctly.

This location is the only one my family and I go to. The customer service is exceptional and its so nice that the employees inside always have a smile on their face.Just a quick shout out to Kimseun, who always gets my tires/ wheels ordered in a timely manor.Another thank you to Dazohn (I hope I spelled his name correctly). I had a hectic day going back a forth from Dallas after totaling my car back in April. I was recovering the tires/ wheels from the old car in Dallas and wasnt able to make it back to Arlington before closing time for them to be inspected and put on my new car. Dazohn knew all of this was happening throughout the day and he stayed an entire hour late on the weekend just to make sure it was taken care of.Yall are awesome and will definitely have my business for years to come!

Very poor customer service, i was waiting forever to get somebody help me with my appointment but nobody paid attention.After that I asked the team more than a couple of times to help me.They got the car into it but the other guy was trying to inform me that they can’t fix my tire.Shinnon I think he is the supervisor told me we won’t fix it for safety reason but it was absolutely repairable but they simply wanted me to buy a new tire.Although I told them I can sign a waiver for the safety your talking about. But he refused and insisted to have me buying a new tire.They just wasted my time no more in bad customer service way !!!I went to another tire shop and they fixed for me in 5 minutes.It runs like a new tire now.Pretty bad experience with discount tires.

Today is abnormally cold, especially for Texas, so everyones low pressure lights are on. I waited in line an hour, and the line was way longer by the time I left. The guys working in the bay were so kind and working so hard, and still had great attitudes even with the freezing drizzle and never ending line of cars.

Garrett here was super helpful and provided me a lot of knowledge and options on what my next step would be. Johnny provided amazing customer service to one of the most rudest customers I have every encountered which made me respect this place so much more. Then there’s Jack who stays completely focused and efficient while working on your vehicle. Overall, always the number one choice with anything tires.

Thanks for the great service today. The guys were very conscious of keeping everyone at a safe distance while still taking care of my car. No one needed to get inside my car. The guys inside wiped down the computers and touch pads after each customer. They even had the chairs in the seating area spaced out at 6 foot intervals. Thanks again

You wait in vehicle until serviced.The only reason 5 stars not given is that I have a new Silverado z71/RST. The front and rear inflation is different 32/35. Twice Ive told them (different visits). I will continue patronizing this location for a long time!

The tire indicator indicated we had low pressure. We stopped at the Discount Tire and they identified the problem to be cold weather and they put in the proper amount.

Had to get a tire fixed from running over a screw. In and out in no time, tires are near needing to be replaced but was not given a sales pitch to buy new tires. I was made aware of the issue, but it was something Im already aware of. I will always come back to discount tire because of the professionalism they show customers.

Every interaction with this location has has been subpar. Check In process is a joke, always get skipped, “we’ll call when it’s ready” is a joke, customer service is a joke.

Shain was thorough in assessing my cars tires for safety and the best rated brand for my needs. His recommendations were important to keeping my car safe for the road. This discount tire was also very timely and good at communicating. Will return!

Dont go to this discount tire, avoid it like the plague, I pulled in here at 9:16 with a screw in my tire and a warranty to replace it.There were 5 people ahead of me. I have watched 12 people after those 5 people get their vehicles worked on,Ive asked multiple times what is happening and have been told to sit tight someone will be with me. It is 10:08 and a service tech just informed me that I have 7 people in front of me and it will be another hour and a half.... go to hell.

The staff are always helpful and respectful. They provide quick, well done service, and explain the why behind their recommendations. Their service and professionalism has earned a lifelong customer.

Extremely inefficient and unprofessional. They want you to remain in your car but dont pay attention to who comes in next and I got skipped several times so I left. Then on top of that, they are extremely slow with no sense of urgency, even for only air check! Ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and go to Firestone instead.
