Hello Everyone! I want to start by thanking Mr. Don and his staff at G&M Collision Center for the most incredible experience we have ever encountered at an auto repair center; by far THE BEST. The work completed on our Camry was exceptional; we had a collision which destroyed our front bumper. See for yourselves, the before and after photos I attached with this review. My husband and I aren’t usually very trusting of people in the auto repair industry (similar to how we feel about dentists), but Mr. Don, the owner, was an absolute pleasure to deal with, as was his staff. Mr. Don is a man of faith, filled with integrity. He is fair and honest, I was so delighted to have chosen G&M. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Mr. Don and his staff are prompt to address concerns, get repairs completed efficiently and effectively, guarantee their work, and they even clean the inside and outside of your vehicle before returning it to you. Mr. Don has an enormous heart and isn’t interested in taking advantage of anyone, he truly is a representation of Christ. I honestly wish I could go to this shop for all of my car needs. Don was very professional and attentive, but it also felt like I was talking to a family friend back at home who was helping me fix my car. He also didnt make me feel like a silly girl in a car shop either who didnt know anything. They definitely fixed my car way quicker than I expected as well, and kept me updated the entire time. My car is actually driving and sounding better than before the accident in my opinion as well. I will recommend this shop to anyone.

If I could give you 10 stars I would!! We run a non profit helping family’s with repairs and renovations. We helped a family over the holidays and there middle child is 10 and she has leukemia. She goes in for treatment several times at week. They were recently hit by an unisured driver and did not have the funds to repair the vehicle. With the extreme need for them to have a vehicle. I started calling every shop I could. Don was the first person to actually listen to me, not quote an insane amount of money, and he showed that he truly cared. The vehicle looks and drives great. He even had an oil change done on it! the tears of joy this family showed when we arrived today was a moment I’ll never forget. Don you have no idea how much this meant to them and us. I found G & M Collision after I was in an accident in 2016. Don is nothing but nice and professional and his guys did a wonderful job on my Challenger. Unfortunately Ive had to bring it back a few times from being hit by road debris with the last one being a pretty good one and again, Don and his guys got my car back on the road looking like new. if youre ever in a situation where you need collision repair or body work, I highly recommend G & M Collision Center.

Went in for some light bumper and interior door latch work. I couldnt believe the cost on what took me a full day before installing a non-fitting part plus a door hitch pin, for which the backing nut fell down into the pillar. The I thought they should have charged me three times what they did. Anyway, staff is courteous, and I helpful and accomodating in every way. I work was quick and excellent.

Got my vehicle back sounds weird when i drive like a grinding sound, huge crack on window(passenger side) which wasnt cracked at all! And the logo plate on front still broken. Will change review if rectified but not pleased with the work atm

I was in need of a front end replacement and didnt want to go to the dealership because of the cost coming out of my pocket. I found G&M with a Google search for the top collision centers in my city. 3 of them popped up and I did my due diligence. I ended up at G&M and talked to the owner Don.Showed him the vehicle and offered to leave it their for an estimate. He said if you have 5 minutes Ill give it to you now, he wasnt joking. I asked for the time frame, he said I can have it ready by Friday, this was Tuesday morning. Friday around 1;30 pm he called and said come and get it.Don has any future business I can give him and I would recommend the same for you. Thanks Don!

The 1st Time I tried to be a good Samaritan My Silver Toyota Corolla good crunched as I tried to get a big SUV pushed uphill into the parking lot. *Note to self dont push cars ever again. 😂My brand new car was dented on the front . What a great experience! I brought in my car, and the owner himself took a look at it, and told me a worst case scenario price so he wouldnt have to come back later and ask for more money (I appreciated that)The insurance company didnt catch all the problems from my accident, but Don did, and He (not me) got them to pay for more damage to the car. He called me and let me know this, and then asked me if I wanted to fix them or not. He let me know that if I didnt choose to fix them that I would have some money returned to me.The damages (that the insurance company wasnt going to pay for) were noticable but not bad, and as I have an older car it didnt seem worth it to fix them. (I really like that I was given the option to choose whether to fix it or receive money back).When I picked up my car (which looked and functioned great) I was greeted by an almost $300 check!Overall I really value the honesty, and openness that G & M offered me. The impression I had was a down to Earth man who not only did his job, but truly was trying to help people, and allow them to choose what was best for them.I highly recommend G & M to anyone that has a car problem and they want to go somewhere with confidence that they will not be cheated.

If you ever need work done on your vehicle, this is the place to take it to. Don, the manager/owner is very personable, honest, and has a great repair team working there. They give you the best care for your repair, and dont treat you like a number. They work with the insurance companies to get the funds they need to get the work done. I had both my wifes and my car done, oddly we both got rear ended within a couple of weeks of each other. My car and the wifes were back within a couple of weeks, looking better than we left them. Best Experience ever. I had a small fender bender with a pole, my husband recently passed away and Ive never had to take care of the car. I went in there crying and explained to Don I couldnt claim this on my insurance. He said no problem, we have lots of options for you lets talk about them. He sat down with me and went over all my options, how they were different and what they cost. He made sure i understood everything, he was very kind. He printed me out a quote and asked if i wanted to get another and i said no. You just dont get the kind of service and kindness from many places like i did from Don. He even stayed to help me. Took my car back in once the parts were ready they fixed it in a day. I asked if he would do me a favor and put my new plates on because I had never done it and they did, he also said dont ever worry about your plates. Any time you have new just stop by and we will put them on for you. I wish I could have given 10 stars, hands down he will be my go to for repairs as long as he is there! Thank you Don and team!

Totally professional body shop. I needed work done on my Nissan Altima and when I called around other body shops, they acted like they were doing me a favor. They also said they couldnt make an appointment to see me for weeks. When I called GM collision, they got me in a couple of days. They also took care of talking to the insurance company and gave me periodic updates on status of my car. I highly recommend them for body work.

He was very considerate of me recently losing my job. he worked out a great deal with me for paying my deductible. This might be a wonderful body shop, but I wouldnt know. They quoted my daughter a price, and told her it would take two weeks for them to get to her car. After three weeks she began to call them, finally she got in touch with someone who told her that it was going to be a much more expensive repair and it would cost hundreds more. Two issues, they NEVER called her, and they then tried to collect hundreds more for the same work. We wont be back.

I was told by someone in the auto-maintenance business that he referred his customers needing auto body work to G&M because they did good work and were reasonable. That sounded good to me! Three other places had told me that my car would need to be in the shop for 4 days. G&M pre-ordered and painted my bumper, and then called me to bring my car in. I took it in and picked it up the same day, and the paint color on the bumper was better than it had been on the original one! In addition, they had quoted me one price and then charged me less because a couple of parts did not need to be replaced as originally thought. I am very happy with their work and will definitely use them again if I need auto body repair. And, personally, as a Christian, I loved hearing Christian music playing when I walked in the shop. That has nothing to do with their quality of work, obviously, but it did reassure me that perhaps I would not be taken advantage of financially,

I recently had a guy back into me at a car wash. I was referred to G & M and decided to give it a try on the repair. I was amazed at the work and the service !!
