I visited yo check out the services in here, they have a wide collections of raw material for crafting and art work. It also I spire you with new ideas. I do recommend this place for arfest and school students.The staff were kind and helpful, they explained for us and gave us some advice.

After a year of trying to contact Cricut about my defective machine that has made noises and ripped up my vinyl days after 260$ and no reply from Cricut to date. I was pleased with the staff who helped me find parts (deep cut blades and housing) for my new machine. This Michaels was clean and the staff was friendly.

Let me start off by saying Fatima is such a sweetheart! I came in today with my mom and son and she greeted us with a smile and asked if we needed help. I havent been to Michaels since I was kid, so I definitely needed it! She showed us EXACTLY what we were looking for and rang us up, plus she got me on their rewards. Customer service is tough so please treat her right, as well as her other colleagues.

Employees were awesome and everything else was good. But I fail to understand how it’s 2021 almost 2022 and the store doesn’t offer any type of digital payment like Apple Pay or Google Pay. I use Apple Pay literally everywhere, it’s very convenient. I assumed every big brand store had Apple Pay so I walked in without having any physical card on me. Turns out you guys don’t offer Apple Pay. I had to walk out in the sun, get a card from my truck that I luckily had and then walk back in to pay. I don’t usually leave 1 stars, but hopefully this will get someone’s attention and you guys make a change for the better. It’s 2021 let’s move forward like every other store and offer Apple Pay and Google Pay. Once systems are updated I will change my review to a 5 star.

Very beautiful store .. crafters heaven! Thought I was going to really enjoy this place once I discovered it, being that Im a crafter..I was happy about the possibility of bypassing Amazon.One visit has made me a faithful Amazon patron.The products are extremely overpriced. This place is best for crafts that youre doing for leisure...not to sell. Hard to make a profit when the supplies are so pricey. I was told they have good sales online, plus joining the Michaels Club saved me a few dollars on the total.UPDATE: That day I visited the store, I gave my email address to be notified about future deals. And yes, they do have really good sales you guys!!!!! So, crafters on a more humble budget like myself, no worries!!!! Join the club to get great discounts. The haul pictured below was valued at $300....I paid $127 for quality beads, charms, and semi precious stones. Sale day at Michaels for the win!!!

Every and any Michaels me or my wife have been to have always been awesome. The energy is great, products are almost always in stock and the staff is very friendly and assist you in anyway they can. Keep up the great work guys!

Ah Michaels...the ever encompassing, wide variety of all things- sparkly, feathery, colorful, whimsical, serious, studious, price-point ranging, helpful & friendly staff maintaining, etc- crafty, that has...dare I say, hardly disappointed, consistently bringing tremendous joy to my heart so much so that I often consider applying to work there part-time in order to ease the guilt of how often & (ahem sometimes) how long I bask in this fantastically fabulous brick and mortar gem...even though it is runner-up to the book store & library, it is so appreciated thumbs way up!

Ive like shopping here but I was really disappointed when I placed an online order for curbside pickup on Wednesday. On the online order it said it would be ready that afternoon. I only order 3 items because the majority of the items I needed were out of stock. When I didnt get an email by 5pm I called to check on it, I was told that my order was there and that I had to wait for an email letting me know it was ready. Well it is now Saturday and no email. I just called and unfortunately the order cannot be found under my name. The $$ was withdrawn from my account. Ive tried chatting with someone from corporate but ALL agents are busy. So I ended up with an investigation #. Someone will contact me soon is what the chat read. Hate to say this but Walmart has a better pick up service. Not ordering from Michaels again.

I called ahead of time to see if they had an item in stock that I needed. They said they had 3, so I drove to the store to pick it up. It only took me ten minutes to get there. When I got there they said they had none. So they lied to me on the phone and I drove there for no reason. If you don’t have any, why lie to your customer??

Michael’s is the best store to purchase products for your crafts, hobbies, and artwork. I also buy interior decorations and seasonal/holiday decor here. They have activities for adults and children at this location. Just check their calendar. I love their frames. You can find almost anything you need at this store for an affordable price.

People are nice but this company really needs to do better with online product availability. Went out of my way to get some paint pens I needed and the website said they were available here. Purchased them, got the ready for pickup and then showed up to discover only 1/2 my order available.Amazon it is next time.

Why is Amazon so successful, its because of retailers like this. Wanted to buy a product that was not in stock. Had the store manager check to see if perhaps there was more in the back. I was informed there wasnt any and after checking her hand-held device was informed the product wasnt even on order. Went to Amazon, ordered it, and had in two days.

Staff approached me asking if I needed help finding anything which I did. Very friendly staff. Store was well organized.

Yesterday my wife went into Michaels to utilize a gift card she had (due to a returned item about 6 months ago) to buy some candles. When she went to the register the lady at the checkout counter told my wife that the card had expired. Can someone explain to me how it is that a card with money on it expires?Seems to me Michaels is cheating its customers to make a few extra bucks. She left without buying anything and that will be our last visit. There are plenty of stores around who carry the same products.

I love Michaels because it is conveniently located to me, and generally has my crafting needs. They almost always have a great coupon to use with my purchase and usually the wait is not too long during my craft shopping hours. The stores tend to be a little messier and are sometimes stocked with lower quality merchandise. I will continue to shop here when I need supplies.

Crafting Galore!!!!!! You can get just about anything and everything, for your artistic needs. They ALWAYS have Coupons that are valid so check the app(become a member)!! Also be sure to check Joanns, AC Moore, Hobby Lobby for their coupons that can also be applied to your Michael purchases. Ive been shopping here for years now and have nothing bad to say. The staff is so friendly and always willing to help. The saving can really stack up when u are a Rewards Member and stack the sale of 70% off something, then a 20%off the entire purchase on top of that. Insane!!!!! Hobbys are important when we all stay so busy and have so much stress!!! Check them out !!!

I go here for practically all of my projects from cakes to wood crafts. The coupons are great and can be pulled up from your smart phone. This will always be my go-to craft store.

This trip they didnt have what I needed. BUT I had called and the cashier had put the item on hold for me. When I got there is was a different scissors, so he checked other locations. Thats never happened before. He went above and beyond to give a pleasant shopping experience.

Im an artist & I can usually find some pretty good deals on canvas & artist accessories, but I still go to top quality art suppliers for paints & brushes.The coupons really come in handy!
