Front desk was very nice. Had never been to this salon centric. The one I had gone to in Villa Park area the women were rude there. Definitely prefer this place 5 star for sure!

Customer service is lacking. Was not greeted, asked if I needed help locating anything nor told bye, have a good day etc when leaving. Decided not to purchase anything at this location due to lackluster service.

The girl working today 1-22-18 was rude. I was in the store for 10 minutes and didn’t buy anything because of how rude she was. Barely looked up from the computer screen and when I mistakenly grabbed a wrong size and apologized for my mistake she slightly rolled her eyes. I didn’t get her name but she had black hair and she was a little on the bigger side. Will definitely call the manager and complain.

Always has a great selection of product. Staff is super friendly.

Horrible customer service!!! The girl working there was so rude , there was no prices on the products so I had to ask her pretty much for every single product I was interested in, and clearly she had a problem with it !!! Next time just do your job and put a sticker with the price on the shelf!!! Im always shopping in Harwood Hts location and never had any problems there. Dont go to this location if you expecting any service at all!!!
