The employees at this location are just the nicest! And its nice because you dint have to walk through an entire mall to get to it :)

I went to the Arlington Heights location in hopes that I would have a better customer service experience compared to my store that is much, much closer to me. I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I walked in the door!! Sandee was so friendly and reassured me that they would make sure that I had a positive experience. Caryn and Melissa were also friendly and reassuring. My ultimate superstar was Angelica!! She was with me from start to finish!! She had me smelling so many different scents trying to find ones that I would enjoy. I truly appreciated her efforts as Im extremely picky. We kept plugging along and had a lot of laughter. I rubbed my nose a lot!! LOL Angelica was the epitome of a trooper!! She took care of my transaction in a timely manner and unfortunately I had to be on my way. I will definitely be back as this store exemplifies what customer service is supposed to be with every customer all the time. Im so incredibly happy that I had this experience!! It made my day!!

I drove 30 mins to this location I arrived at 8:37pm & they had their doors locked ! They locked their doors 23 mins to closing.

Of course my favorite fragrance store. Lots of items. Helpful staff. In nice area. Not much parking space in front since it shares with surrounding stores but there is underground parking.

Super unfriendly staff. One girl was helpful. I was looking for a particular scent one girl said no another walked by me and said we absolutely have that Ill show you. So be aware. Id go to a different store. Parking is horrible also.

Good location and much more in stock during good sales. Got some candles the other day and had a friendly young man named Alex help me find some scents for picky people on my gift list. Helped me take the guesswork out of opening every single scent and hoping they were what I was looking for!

Staff was absolutely terrible. 2 managers refused to answer my simple questions about a sale price or check something. They talked about me in the back room of the store. Totally unprofessional and utterly rude.

Close proximity to my house and nearby restaurants.Cons: Hard to find parking, unless it’s earlier in the day or the latter part of the evening. The store is bit small. Some items that you find at the Woodfield location are not available.Most of the employees are friendly and helpful.

I like the variety of products to choose ftom. Bath N Body works has a great rewards program and decent coupons. The staff at this location was friendly and not pushy.

Large selection of soap, most of it smells pretty good. They have sinks there so you can wash your hands for free. Employees are very helpful and would like you to buy all the soap.

On a crazy sale day it was really well stocked and employees greeted people and were available for help.

My go to place for body washes and lotions and their sanitizers are a must have. They have amazing offers almost daily and the store has all the variety you can look for.

After they hired me I told them that I couldnt make it to ONE Saturday because I am standing up in my cousins wedding. because of this, they told me that I couldnt work for them anymore. I am appalled by this poor management. wow its one saturday people! that apparently made me not felixbe Im sorry, but Im not going to tell my cousin that I cant stand up in her wedding a week before her wedding! HORRIBLE PLACE TO WORK FOR.
