Dont go here for service. They dont have a clue what their doing. The mechanics are fine but the service clerks have new folks who dont get it. Their cashier also is a dunce. Drive a little farther and get some experienced service. 2hours and 50 minutes for an oil change while I waited. 1 star for the mechanics remembering to reset my oil age counter. They did that correctly.

My family extends their many thanks to Caesar Martinez for working through all my familys questions about our new car. Despite us looking for a car made by Honda, Caesar was so willing to work with us with our many concerns regarding the Honda HRV they had at their dealership--even helping us compare and contrast different cars at different price points at other dealerships. Called this dealership to get my vehicle fixed (still under warranty). they were able to help right away, offered a rental car and were very nice and professional about everything. after a couple hours i looked up if they had a vehicle i liked in stock. called sales and got Eliot. Told him what my expectations were and what hes working with. He called back within an hour, just like he said he would, with an offer I was pleased with. We prepared everything pretty much over the phone and after work I went to the dealership where the vehicle was all ready and waiting for me with just a few papers to sign. very happy not only with my purchase but also with the way everything was handled.

Nothing upsets me more than to be upsold because Im a young female. I know an oil drain plug costs 5 dollars but they tried to charge me 30 and tried to sell 60-80 dollar air filters when air filters only cost 25 bucks. Its ridiculous. And obviously I had them correct the mistake of the 30 dollar drain plug and I refused the air filters because those are things I can change myself. 225 dollars for a new fuel injection that they said was slow to start? There shouldnt be and werent any issues with it before, so I better not see any new issues with it (I have a 2018 Buick encore). Im sick of these male mechanics trying to take advantage of young women or women in general. Its disgusting.

Its been about 5 years since I bought a car from a dealership. The whole process including a test drive took about 3 hours! If you see a car on-line be prepared to pay the asking price. Very little room for negotiations. The one thing I highly recommend, especially if youre buying a used car is to try everything. Open every door, window, sunroof, and try all the electronics, windshield wipers, fluid, radio, automatic start etc... Luckily they did agree to fix an issue that I found the same day I bought the car for no charge. Also, the photos of the car you see on line are not necessarily exactly what you are buying. So look carefully. A few of the photos I saw were photoshopped. For example, the plastic emblem on the front of the car looks brand new in the picture but the the actual emblem was completely gone. They could of easily replaced that for about $10 or less. The salesperson I worked with was Shelley. She is very nice, and has been selling cars for a long time.

Very disappointed in the service I was given. I bought my vehicle more than 3 times to have a problem fixed and I currently still have the SAME problem. I am very disappointed coming from a dealership not just some neighborhood mechanic shop and no one is able to fix or find the reasoning to the issue my truck is having. Yet my extended warranty gets used to fix other things on my truck but not the main issue I had originally bought my truck in for. I get treated as if I am making it up or if I am the one hearing things. I drive my truck daily. I think I would be honest and know if I constantly hear a cracking noise when I am turning or driving. I would not lie about something like this just to keep coming in and waste others time or my own time. Still today 06/24 I have the SAME noise I have been hearing that no one can fix or find the reasoning to this noise. I cant believe after several attempts not one mechanic from your service department has fixed or knows why this is happening to my truck. Yet they are quick to sell you a vehicle with problems. I brought this truck from this dealership in November of 2020 and it is on record and I have my emails that this is one of the problems my truck had since day 1. Yet not even with my extended warranty are they able to fix or find the problem. I dont think it is NORMAL for a vehicle to make a cracking sound when I turn even to a simple parking spot.

Before we get started, I gave this dealership 5 stars 10 months ago.Let us begin.There have been a number of adjustments that have happened within the past year, as there have been in all of our lives. For instance, I am almost positive that the ownership of this has switched from Sullivan to whatever it is now, but that is just one of the issues. The long and short of the 2-star rating involves calling into their service department JUST TO INQUIRE if they even carried stock in a 22” tire for my YukonXL. Back in the Sullivan days we had both tires AND rims replaced by their service department, so I knew that they would have accurate records. The next 75 minutes must have looked like one of those clips of phone operators in front of a switchboard from the early 1900s because I was shuffled around incessantly.Operator to scheduling.Scheduling to service.Service to parts.Parts to operator.*Rinse and repeat*I grew so frustrated and tired of explaining myself with practically every person that answered the phone that I simply hung up after the last service tech (who was very nice) sent me back to the operator.Gone are the days of driving 25 minutes for the service and client relationships of Sullivan- fortunately for us Napleton Cadillac has been quick, thorough, and accommodating (AND they’re only a ten minute drive!).

My experience back here was excellent. On arrival it was clear there was a lot going on and problems with computers. Short staff etc. Could not find me in the system. You name it. Despite all of this Bryan was able to take care of everything. Get my truck in. Get me a loaner and get me back out the door. Far cry from the experience I have had at other dealerships!! Received a call back the following day at the EOB letting me know it was basically a programming issue on a part installed at the other dealership. Although it is a longer drive for me. I will definitely be back!! Thanks for showing up and showing off. This is how things should be done!

This is a pretty late review, but I thought I’d write it to share my experience with this dealership. I originally came in around late December to look at a 2007 BMW 335i Coupe, the car was in great shape physically and my salesman was Jeremy, really nice guy. I decided to buy the car under the agreement that I’d take it to get a pre purchase inspection and I could return the car if there were any problems. Mistakes were made, I assumed that the technicians didn’t know where to look specifically for leaks on an N54 engine (since they’re GM technicians), but it was nothing personal. I figured out that the car had a decent amount of gasket leaks and they took the car back without hesitation. This is somewhat of a weird experience because I still don’t have a vehicle, but they gave me no hassle with the refund and that is something I must give them credit for. They could’ve easily told me that the sale was final and I would’ve been screwed. I was told the vehicle had no problems but it could’ve been an honest mistake due to misinformation about that specific vehicle. I would recommend this dealership as they’re very friendly folks. Experience has been fine, but I think in this current time, its important to make sure people know that this business appears not to prioritize safety. Every time I have been here, I have seen staff members wearing no mask, or incorrectly wearing their mask. This is despite the fact that on their door, they have a sign saying masks are required. I have major concerns with being a customer here and using their service center, knowing that theres a very high chance someone has been touching my car and/or in my car with no protective face covering.

I hope that if they have a lease special on the website , they should let returning customer have it and not give higher monthly payments with different D/P for a lease. Promo was supposedly 24 months/$199.00 and the first offer was 39 months/$388.00 ? WHY?Is this a bait?

Wouldnt recommend salesman Jeremy. Also Ive already had a bad review for them but for them to be able to help me out I had to take it down. Its been a month and I still havent gotten what I was promised about. Car that was sold to me , had a few issues. Car was there for 3 days and made wait 5 hours until they closed and they didnt fix the wiring for the low beam.

I went to Sullivan Buick GMC yesterday as a last resort. We bought a 2010 Acadia from them in February of 2016. It was a car we loved, but as it was at the top of our budget and was being sold as is, we chose not to buy a warranty (never again). As you might expect with an 8 year old car, there were several repairs that we needed to make, and this last one, a bad timing chain, was way more than we could afford. We were quoted over $2000 with parts & labor. It was not Sullivans responsibility to fix the car, but I went there yesterday to see if by some miracle there was an extended manufacturer warranty for this issue.I spoke to Dan and told him my issue and his response was not at all what I expected. He told me that either they would see what they could do about helping with repairs for the car, or if possible, get me out of the Acadia and into something newer. I had been at Carmax earlier that same day, and they told me there was absolutely no way they could roll over my existing balance into even the cheapest car they had on the lot. So when Dan mentioned that as an option, I didnt want to get my hopes up.Long story long, we worked with Chris who was incredibly patient with my jabber-jaw toddler sidekick and with my mild hysteria and weepiness over what a mess this car situation had been for us. I could not believe it, and still cant, but we left Sullivan in a car that was 5 years newer, had 75k miles LESS than the Acadia and is in near perfect condition (with a bumper to bumper warranty). Our payment is marginally higher than what we were paying for the Acadia, but for a car in this condition when we had zero other options, we gladly accepted that.I am still in shock by the way that Dan & Chris went out of their way to get us in a functional & reliable family car and make our car woes completely disappear. I cannot thank this dealership enough for what they have done for my family!

I have never encountered such a disgusting attitude towards a client, after inspecting my car, I was told that one of the spare parts had been replaced and that some module had been lost and therefore they refuse to repair my car because they do not want to take responsibility in the future. But at the same time, they decided to take payment for 2 hours $ 350 for an inspection

Came to this dealership from a much worse dealership in Schaumburg. The dealership is honest in its pricing. There werent any hidden fees. Really only one typical fee for document processing ($300).Financing went a little too quick. We didnt really even feel settled on an acceptable price/payment, and we were already in the room with papers to be signed. We managed to get it close enough, but it was a little uncomfortable. We liked our salesperson, Elliot. Was professional about everything and was genuinely knowledgeable about the cars he was selling.It was straightforward. You may not get the best price here, but they seem to offset that with better selected inventory and an honest price.
