Don’t believe the 5 star reviews.My girlfriend went in for a scheduled alignment. Turns out, she didn’t need an alignment and the front tires needed balancing. $40 to balance them, fair.However, they were trying to charge her $40 because “of the time their guys took to look at the alignment” bringing the bill to $80. Of course, this was hidden until all the work was done.We don’t appreciate getting charged for “getting something looked at”. I have never in my life been charged for an estimate or to get something looked at, ever, anywhere except for here.Tyler, once questioned about this charge refused to accommodate. I had to call the store personally to tell him we were willing to pay for the balancing but not the alignment check. After arguing he finally let my girlfriend go without charging her.I have personally called headquarters about this and they said they were going to speak to Tyler.If you are getting an alignment and are told you don’t need one but will be charged $40 just to look at it at this place, refuse to pay it and go elsewhere. It is ridiculous. Call the Addison location, that is their headquarters.*edit: I have checked other alignment shops in Chicagoland and they all offer FREE ALIGNMENT CHECKS. This service should be free as their competitors are offering it for no charge. (Goodyear, Firestone, etc.)

My experience at Cassidy Tire was great! They were quick and reasonably priced. Tyler was very nice and took the time to answer any and all questions I had about the work being done on my vehicle. Definitely recommend them.

I just have to give a shout out to Cassidy Tire of Arlington Heights. I would say I am a newer customer but every time I have needed them they have given excellent service. Today my tire light went on and I brought it in and Tyler was able to take a look at my tire and fix the leak. I was in and out in no time, the problem was identified and fixed quickly. In my opinion, Tyler really runs a great operation.

Tyler and his team were quick, reasonable and reliable. I had purchased 4 new tires back in September of 20’ and couldn’t have been anymore happier with their work. I noticed this past weekend on my way to work that I had a screw in one of my new tires. I called Tyler up 20 minutes before they were open and he took my call and ensured they’d be able to have me on the ride in less than a half hour.As promised my tire was patched and a tire sensor issue I noticed was rectified as well. All in under 25 minutes. It was only $35 and I was on my way. Just an all around great experience in a not so great situation.Thank you Tyler and Team!

Cassidy has installed tires on both cars in last two weeks. They sourced tires (next day!) for first car to fix an damaged tire. They installed tires from Tire rack on second car. Great service, nice people (thanks again Tyler). Have been bringing my car there for years for tires and tire repair.

I’m editing my review. I received a phone call from a representative(Victor). He apologized and assured me that it’s a family run company this is not the way they treat their customers or do business. They credited the charge. I appreciated the phone call and their sincerity! I will definitely stay a customer and support them!We thought it would be a good experience taking our car here for new tires. We bought them with warranty in October of 2020. Yesterday we had to have three valves out of the four replaced only 10 months after purchase. We were charged to replace all the valves. I don’t understand how valves can go bad on three out of four tires within a year and still get charged to replace the valves even with a warranty.

Truly a local service with a very local feel. We have been going to the Arlington Heights Cassidy for 15 plus years for all of our maintenance. Although they have had some crazy turnover in Managers lately - otherwise this would be a 5 star review - they are reliable, on-time and work is done at a fair price.

They did not have the tire I wanted so I bought them through the web and had them delivered to Cassidy. I was informed by the company I bought them from that the tires were delivered on Thursday morning at 10 AM. So, I called at 11 AM to confirm the tires were there. They confirmed they arrived. When I asked to have them installed that day they said they were too busy. Understandable. So, I arranged to have them installed Friday morning at 10 AM. I went there Friday morning and they installed the tires by 11 AM. All went smooth. They asked me some questions during the install to make sure all went OK. I would definitely use them for my next tire purchase. I signed up for their email because I wanted to know what else they do.

Due to the positive Google reviews on Cassidy Tire I chose this place to get an alignment for my car. Upon dropping my car off in the morning, I got a call late in the afternoon to tell me that a tech had snapped a bolt during the service and the car would be ready in two days. Upon picking up my car I was charged $50 for the bolt (this was never mentioned when they called two days ago). When I tried to ask about this charge, the tech stated that my car was old (2011) and it wasnt their liability. Not only was this cost hidden until it was time to pay, but I was without the car for 3 days. I dont know if this was because of my poor English skills, but this kind of customer service is unacceptable. I will definitely be going somewhere else for my next service.

Easy to make appointment. Everything went smoothly. Pleased with everything except price. Been driving a V8 pickup and got used to LOF running about $35. First oil change for Honda Civic ran $75 because of full synthetic oil. Looks like I’ll be doing my own oil changes in the future.

I recently visited Cassidy in Arlington Heights after discovering a nail in one of my tires. Being new to the area, I wasnt familiar with local service providers, so like most people I went to look up reviews. Cassidy rated the highest of any by far, and my experience did not disappoint. I called Cassidy at 7:15 am this past Saturday and spoke with a gentleman who was very courteous and set me up for an appointment that morning at 8:30. The service manager was Tyler (I did not get the name of the person who repaired my tire). Work was started promptly and I was out the door by 9:00. Tyler was very helpful. He explained that my Jeep had an air suspension system that needs to be deactivated anytime you raise any of the wheels off the ground. He shared how to perform that procedure, which likely saved me a future trip to my dealership. Upon completing the repair, the technician discovered that all of the tires were overinflated, so he set them all to the correct pressure. My cost out the door was $35. To pull a big SUV tire, remove from the wheel, patch, mount, rebalance, install and check everything for $35 is more than fair. So while my review is about a very small ticket experience, I think it confirms what the many other reviewers say about Cassidy in terms of workmanship, fair and honest pricing, and great people. I plan on going to Cassidy for any future service needs.

Cassidy Tire has always done a great job for me. Yesterday March 27 was no exception. The manager Tyler and his staff took care of me right away. I came in because I had a small screw in the outer most tread of the tire. Because of the location of the screw the tire could not be repaired and there wasnt much tread left on the tire. We needed one new tire, and Cassidy had one in stock (they offered an “upgrade” to the one they originally offered). We dropped off the car and within an hour, everything was done. Very nice and very efficient. We had come in with the spare on, and when we were done, I checked and they had returned the spare to the compartment in the car and had put the jack and tools away in the back - a very nice gesture on their part. I probably could have found a place with a less expensive tire, but the service they offered was top-notch.

I had some time to shop around and checked 3 places for only 2 tires on my Dodge Journey. After taking the quotes, I looked at tire reviews and the tire Cassidy quoted me on had the highest ratings and the total invoice was only about $20 more including mounting, disposal and alignment. For such a small cost difference and a big quality difference, I booked Cassidy.Then the amazing good news. When the car was done, they called me for pick up and said I did not need an alignment so I won’t be charged for one. After subtracting the alignment, I paid less than any other quote.Remember, I only bought 2 tires? The next 2 I will need in about 6 months I guarantee will be from Cassidy also. What a great experience!!

I got a flat tire yesterday. I called a few places and Cassidy had the tire I needed and were available immediately.I asked a few questions and they answered them.They replaced the tire very quickly and checked my other tires too to see if they needed air, including my spare tire.It was a good experience. They left some grease marks in my car on the door (fabric) and on the seat, but I was able to get most of it off.

Excellent! I highly recommend this local family-owned business. I have an older car and had a nail in my tire. I lost the wheel lock key and YouTube said any tire shop could help me. Not true! I had a portable tire pump and drove to Sams Club, and another tire shop, and two dealers, and yet another tire shop... For several hours on a very hot day. Some said they couldnt do it. Others said they would try but gave very high quotes. Cassidy Tire was more than happy to help me. Within a few minutes they removed the lock, not just on the bad tire but on all four tires. Then repaired my tire and put on four new lug nuts; the price was a super blessing to me! They treat you with respect. I will be coming back and will refer my friends, family, and neighbors, too.

Cassidy Tires is my go to for tires and tire service. Over the years and 5 family cars I have purchased new tires from Cassidy. They are always polite, professional and you feel like you have gotten a fair deal. This trip I didn’t need news tires , but a tire repair for a nail in back passenger side tire. They were able to get me in same day I called and did the repair quickly.

Started using this particular Cassidy service center about a year ago for routine stuff. At the time they were the only ones that would swap the tires on my car for the ones I found for a good deal on amazon. Normally Id take the car to the dealership for the larger maintenance items, however after a bad experience in being grossly over charged at Honda and growing comfort & trust in Cassidy, it was time to try them out for more than just oil changes. Ive been extremely satisfied with their skill, prices, and timelessness of services. The latter two being big problems for just about every dealership Ive ever been to between my wifes Nissan and my Honda. Referred my parents there that just moved back to the area and they were also pleased with the services they received.

Came in for some new front tires since I had a bad blowout. They were very friendly and polite and got the job done fast. Car drives like new, couldnt be more happy. Will definitely be back.
