We went up for an oil change. The young lady was nice but the guys that moved our vehicle left oil on our console and our door handle. We told them and they didnt do anything but offer a rag. I am not happy we just picked our truck up from the dealership yesterday. Its not brand new but its new to us. I doubt Ill be going back

Got a flat tire on a long road trip, called ahead right before they closed and they allowed me to show up a few mins after closing for a tire repair saving me so much time on a long trip. Very appreciative, thank you autocare manager doug and the 3 members that helped repair/replace the tire

Dont waste time w/ auto center. They will not help. Wouldnt remove tires when I bought a new set. Did offer to put them in my trunk, so I canceled the transaction. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Go to Discount Tire or anywhere else.

Had a nail in my tire. Got my tire replaced only to found out Walmart didn’t put an adequate amount of air in tire or put it on wrong cause it went flat in about an hour after replacement

I had hurt my back attempting to take the lug nuts off of my truck so I drove up to the Wal-Mart and asked if they could loosen them up a bit. The Manager of the department came out and told me NO that they would not help me with this unless my vehicle was in their shop. I thought about Sam Walton when she was telling me all the reasons why they couldnt help me and I thought I betcha if he was still alive he would have came out and helped me instead of making excuses why they couldnt.

I called about my problem, my car and myself.. Teresa was very friendly and helpful. On her advice I was there way before opening, to beat the heat and the crowd.. she brought me a motorcart out to my car so I could get out. Im disabled and could not bring my motorchair.Monica took my info.. done my shopping and went back to auto. Teresa helped me back outside to wait... Which was maybe 20 minutes... I unloaded my stock in my car then I was helped back in to pay for my 4 new tires and an oil change... Teresa was very good about the information I needed.. and helped me back to my car.. waiting and talking with me patiently..Id go back... Even though it took Abit over 2 -1/2 hours, the mechanic was by himself. But as I was outside waiting, another mechanic came in...

When to Walmart auto center at about 803I was told that the wood several in front of me and that it could take at least 3 hours to purchase and place to front tires That was fine with me I wanted it done Marcia whats the Who helped us get situated she made out all the paperwork really love this person much better then some of the men who do that job at times anyway Took my time and shopped for at least an hour and then came back and sat and waited young woman named Teresa was there in the back at the register she was a very fast and capable at her job plus very friendly My only complaint about the waiting area is that is drab the floor look dirty and the benches they gave us you sit onAre very Uncomfortable they are metal benches with holes in it and this little old lady came home with a back ache it took a long time to go away so be prepared to wait at Walmart auto center

Tires, oil changes and batteries for all of our vehicles. We have been very pleased. We have 1 foreign made car with not so typical oil or battery but Wal-Mart had what we needed and took care if it. Best prices. Very happy!!!

Good place to get general preventive maintenance fluids, and tires

Bought a set if tires, months later I had a blowout on the highway and was told my tires not covered under warranty because it was driven on. I explained it went flat on highway I pulled over changed itand now Im here fir them to fix it. You cant just stop a wheel from spinning as it looses air and your doing 70mph. Then Im told come back tomorrow to talk to a manager. Between this and the new lunch hour theyre closed for and them not taking in cars or even drop offs to be worked after lunch an hour before that lunch hour Im done with Walmart Automotive.

We got an oil change and got what we paid for the mechanics were really nice and helpful but Debra the cashier was lazy and rude she wouldn’t check us out even though she wasn’t doing anything she was just standing there. Had to wait twenty minutes to even check out with no line. Very disappointed

If you like 2 hour oil changes its the place to be

Terrible customer service and worse work ethic. Take your vehicle here if got want the engine messed up from oil thats never changed. If your lucky enough to get new oil they dont change the filter if you have a skid plate. I wouldnt reccomend them to my worst enemy. Three chances and failed miserably all 3. Will not revisit.

It took five and a half hours to get a tire patched with the screw in it that was under warranty dont believe this is the way I shop is supposed to be run just to patch a tire who was the worst experience that Ive ever had I spent more trying to stay hydrated because its so hot outside and you can only walk around Walmart so much so be prepared for a really long wait

Dont let them clean your battery, they will break it and make you purchase another. I came in, my car worked. They work on my car and then it doesnt start so I have to pay more. Terrible, go anywhere else if you can.

If Monica is not working the podium the service is slow and with a low care level. If you come, even when they are slow, be ready to invest 1- 1 1/2 hours.

Completely terrible I paid for my oil to be changed and my tires aired up my oil Gage still showed low when I left and the paper said all my tires should be at 35 lbs I checked and one of them was at 41 and the others were in the 20s so I know that didnt get done either 🙄 good luck getting a hold of the manager they all agree that youre the one thats wrong instead of them being wrong
