I was recently employed with Sheetz. Due to health reasons i had to leave. I was in the hospital and called in to the manager Dale. Was told i needed to call in early enough every day because i was on schedule. Not once did this man show any compassion or concern for a fellow employee. Not once did he ask was I ok or even mention my health issues. Thinking i was doing the right thing I called to tell him because of health reasons I could not return to work. His response was you cant work notice. I. when i told him i wasnt risking my health it said thanks alot and hung up on me. So you know my health issues extremely high bp severely low oxygen levels and congestive heart failure So glad i decided to leave. Hope you never have to deal with person of this disrespectful uncaring attitude. I will also be contacting corporate This man needs some human decency training

WOW.... we decided to get coffee and donuts this morning and thought we should go to sheetz. This was worth it. The store was clean and organized. We got the donuts and coffee and the guy at the counter ( Tony) only charged us for the donuts. 🤗 i mean what else could we have asked for. He made our day by giving great customer service and a discount.Thanks TONY!!!!

Always come here to get food late at night and see the same young guy working with the reddish hat. He always kills it no matter what we order. The older male cashier is also super friendly and amazing at his job. Best Sheetz in the area.

Your basic sheetz with good food, good service, but the upgrade of the coke freestyle machines... though only one of them worked while we were there. This sheetz has clean bathrooms and friendly service as well.

Just waited 35 mins for the wrong food, glad I used the mobile to save your workers time smh

Service was less than desirable. Lady tossed my bag of food on counter. Was missing an item and she acted like I offended her. Lady at register was rude when I asked for a receipt. Unprofessional service here.

Got a vanilla milkshake and it wasn’t even a full one trying o cut cost and rip off loyal customers!!!!!!

This store is Awesome, I love going there every day twice a day on weekends. Very very clean, an outstanding staff , very friendly. My only complaint is , the slushy machine in this store is always down. Im a slushy junkie and its very disappointing to go in and the machine is NOT WORKING!!! especially the coke .maybe 1 out of 4 works but for the most part this machine needs to be replaced.its not the staffs fault, but I like getting slushy on every trip I make into that store.and when my kids are with me they want one to, so I end up going to Circle K down the road. Hate doing that and summer is here thats alot of slushies!!!!! So I hope Sheetz replaces this machine. And now the milkshake machine is down uggggggg other than that, this store is hands down the BEST!!!! BUT could be better with new machines.

But i see the mgmt, works, so employees are much more eager to good the extra mile.Great job guys.Oh we [the customers] want FIZZ CITY back in this store please.

First visit to this Sheetz and first time ordering a specialty drink since COVID. The woman making the food and drinks has her mask OFF her face, only covering her chin! She is literally leaning over the drinks! I told the supervisor who seemed more annoyed than concerned. Only after my fourth time asking if she was going to correct this did she say anything. Her exact words were well we cant breath in them! I told her COVID patients have trouble breathing also and cancelled my order. So sad!

With everything going on with the coronavirus. I watched as the girl- Britany- grabbed french fries and cheese bites bare handed from the frozen food drawer. No gloves what so ever.

Usually a crowded Sheetz since its off the highway. Staff is pretty nice and the food to go is made quickly. Bathrooms could definitely be cleaner though.

Good gas good food

Sheetz has numerous signs up telling customers to wear masks - as they should, as everyone should. Then why is the woman working the front register not wearing one???

Clean. Friendly employees. Large selection of pretty much everything. The Made-to-Order food is a little expensive and the orders take awhile to be fulfilled [although my orders were placed somewhat later in the evening so that might explain the speed or lackthereof haha] and the portions tend to be on the smaller side in comparison to cost. Will definitely continue to shop here though; my experiences are always pleasant and satisfying.

Your advertisements at the gas pump screen are loud and annoying! I can’t talk on my phone, or leave the window open when my baby is asleep in the car because it wakes her up. You can’t even hear the radio music they have playing from the other speakers. The people who work behind the counter are always nice and my food orders are always correct... It’s a nice place to go. The car wash is broken or closed a lot so for that and the annoying and loud advertising at the pump sheetz lots a star.

They had Tesla chargers installed.

Fast and friendly service

I go here just about every morning to get my Mocha coffee. They are always so friendly and fast. They always have a smile on their face. I love this place

I would give them five stars if not for some of the adult music they play sometimes on thier playlist that younger children should not hear. Most of the music is awesome and adds to the totally cool thing about what Sheetz is. It is a place to want to go if you need a convenient item, gas, drinks, or quick quality food.The bathrooms in this location were five star clean.Overall I prefer them over all other convenient stores, and will continue to if they can clean the music up a bit.

I think her name is Jenny. I dont know for sure because she was so fast. This young woman working today deserves a promotion. Not only is she efficiently running 2 registers at once, but she even ran over and handed me my cappuccino at the food area while other customers were completing their ATM card transactions.

Terrible service, refused to give money back after they messed my order completely up.

Decent coffee, freshly made fast food, pretty clean restrooms. But the music is so horrible and very loud. We are already inside, I dont need more ads blaring at me. Its a gas station, not a club.

Just your average sheetz

Maybe I just visited at a bad time, but this was the worst Sheetz experience I ever had. Arrived around 9:30pm to find dirty bathrooms and a bunch of broken drink machines. Ordered food and it was badly prepared, the burrito was not wrapped, it just fell apart when I took it out of the bag. The fries we got were also cold and stale. My husband saw the employees that fixed us new fries use his bare hand to throw the fries in the fryer...thought they were supposed to wear gloves?When we asked for a refund for our food they said they weren’t able to refund us. So we threw away our $22 worth of food and left. Won’t be visiting this Sheetz again.

I wouldnt even give this store a 1 but since I had to.....the stores service has went down hill. I ordered 3 items I coffee, 2 pizza slices, and one grilled cheese. My special needs son was anxiously waiting for his order after the first 2 came and went ...I asked the food clerk where his grilled cheese was another assoc came up named KELLY and stated they have had problems all day where orders would just disappear since she didnt offer a resolution only to put it back In i asked her to remake it. By then they were packed when they were only 2 so I asked her if she could go ahead and make it and I would put it in ....SHE STATED RUDELY SHE HAD ALL THESE OTHER ORDERS AND WE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT MAKES NO SENSE SERVICE HAS WENT DOWN. After I calmed my son down I just left. Poor service isnt the only thing Long waits has become an issue there as well they will wait til they are out the door to open another reg . If u are lucky they feel nice. I am to the point Id rather drive to north main location.

Came here last week for gas and looks like the attendant stole my moneyEvery other gas station if I pay for 30 dollars and pump only s21 like I did my card shows it here I was charged 30 I gave it time to clear but obviously the attendant stole my change hope your happy taking9 dollars

Bathroom was clean.Gas pump area was cleaned.When checking out my total was over priced. Sodas had been listed 2 for 3.Order came up 3.59. When I said something, sales associate in her gloves heaves a huge sigh and mutters something about it being an old sign, except sales rotate on first of the month and it isnt? Must have bee up a whole month and no one else said anything?Either way they repriced it down to 3.25 and I moved on with my 8 hour drive
