Ask for FRIED Bologna biscuit and even said to fry crispy and what do I get?? 2 pieces of Bologna that looks like was put in the microwave almost still cold they literally let it touch the grill and put it straight on the biscuit very disappointing considering this combo is already $7.27 and I waited in line for 10 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me... want be returning to this location Id rather stick with my usual south main location atheist they listen and care about making your food

Everytime I come through this area Biscuitville is a must. Biscuits are prepared in store throughout the day. Today, I decided to have ultimate bacon and egg and cheese, potatoe wedges, strawberry Tea and a honey bun. The biscuit was soft and fluffy, bacon cooked with perfection not skimpy. Topped with a over easy egg and cheese. My wedges was hot and season melting through them making a yummy explosion in my mouth. All there sweet treats are made from scratch too. Make sure to pick up a honey bun you wont be disappointed.

First time eating here not very good. Steak was soooo dried out.

I use the drive thru and it looks backed up wraps around the building twice but they get peoples food quickly and it dont take long no matter how long the line is. Might be 15min if theres a long line if theres no line you can get your food in less than 5 minutes.

We stopped for a steak and egg biscuit but they didnt start cooking it till we got to pickup window.waited 5 minutes. They answered my review but didnt say anything about the wait time. They need to get service right waiting 5 minutes for fast food is not fast food. So you decided not to answer that Ill lower the star rating.

Good food with good service. However, I dont like the changes with no waitresses. Too closely resembling all the other fast food joints considering the food is usually very good.

Zero convenience on a good day. Youre better off going to a steak house the wait will be faster and the food will cost about the same any day now if they increase the price another time.

Went for an interview here a week ago and everything went well. I was asked when i could start, gave them the day and never received a phone call to actually start. Do you all need help or not ??? Cause your just wasting people time interviewing them and not having them start ( especially when you got hired on the spot).

I want to give this place a 5 star because the food was absolutely delicious 😋 but, they forgot part of our order and when we called the restaurant, no one could answer the phone. I did leave message because we didnt get utensils as well and we are traveling. Im sure next time we can give a solid 5 star.

Always check your bag, I havent had a single order from them correct or complete. Its always missing something. The parking lot setup is horrendous as well. You have a high chance of getting hit by another car if they are busy. Its literally happened to me before...

Great biscuits but a little expensive

I will start by saying the food here is great. I’ve been to this location one other time and would have rated 5 stars. My experience was not the same this visit. I was over charged and instead of a refund I was given 3 coupons for food I would not eat. I also do not live in this state so there are no biscuitvilles in the state I reside. I told the employee that and she did turn around to go back in and try to do something (refund potentially?? Not sure) but I’m traveling and did not have the time to wait around any longer so I took the coupons and left. Opposed to offering coupons, a refund should have been the solution from the beginning. Lastly, upon looking at the coupons, they are all expired as of 8/31/2020. I won’t be back.

Great place, great food, always fresh.... But please take care of your employees. Its a bit challenging to see workers standing outside in the sun for hours with no shade provided wearing a mask, black uniform pants and polyester shirts. I wish you guys would provide shade and cool water to your employees already burning up outside and now suffocating in a mask that is causing them the sweat profusely especially on their face. Tilted umbrella, water cooler, and rotating employees every hour could preserve staff.

The food is five stars, I didnt receive part of my order, but what I got was very very good.Always order the seasonal muffin.

I try to avoid this biscuitville in archdale at all cost.This place has never been the same since they got rid of abed.The foods not what it was. The service is lacking, drive thru is always slow and they cant seem to get the orders correct.I suggest the biscuitville on up main street in high point their very friendly, have great service and the foods always better

The Turkey sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit was amazing. The hash brown was perfectly crisp and golden. And lastly the staff was friendly, courteous, and welcoming. As customer service should be! To bad they dont have any in the north east! I purchased an extra biscuit to bring home and eat the next day.

Peach muffin was AMAZING. Also got the spicy waffle chicken sandwich, which was pretty good but a bit dry. Coffee is just ok. Cheese grits were really good, they dont skimp on the cheese and its the real stuff!Very clean grounds, inside and out. Restroom was very clean.

For fast food its a 5! Very good southern biscuits any way you want them prepared. We had the bacon egg and cheese....tons of bacon. Also had the spicy chicken and it was spicy but not to spicy. Everything looked great.

Waited 10 mins for order, order bacon crispy was not cooked to order. They have person standing on sidewalk to take your order, no menu near the person or one in hand to let you look if needed. This place keeps going down hill. Every few months I give the a try again should know better.

The food every time we come anymore is not good, my food just doesnt taste fresh or its too greasy. We used to eat here a couple times a week, but Im not the type of customer to bring my food back up to the counter to get new food, I think we will just quit wasting our money.

Pork chop biscuit is just delish. You can not eat three pancakes to save your life. I also got the ice latte it had a weird after taste. I added regular coffee and oh boy it was delicious.

Great place to go for southern style breakfast. The buttermilk biscuits are off the charts good, especially when you catch them fresh out of the oven.

Food is good, just be wary of how you order. Some things cause the price of your combo to go up. The menu prices listed are for the entree item plus coffee and hashbrowns. Their customer satisfaction department explained this to me in detail. Edit from 4 stars to 5
