Dont buy a phone from here. Theyre way overpriced. Buy an unlocked phone from Amazon. Save yourself about $300. The phone they sold me was supposed to be brand new. Found out later it was returned and then resold because the speaker was defective on it. I tried to return it three days after I bought it, and they wouldnt take it back. The employees were kind of rude. This is not a franchise store. Theyre not helpful. Kept telling me there was nothing wrong with the phone. The one I called the customer service number, they cant hear me because my phone is breaking up. Really dissatisfied with AT&T in general. Seems like every month I have to call them to dispute some overage or late fee on my bill. Now theyre outsourcing to the Philippines. Theyre like a bad girlfriend. Really hard to break up with them.

Excellent service! I got a new phone and service here with ATT, and had great help getting my phone set up. I also bought a phone case and screen protector at the store for my new phone. The screen protector ended up not applying to the phone correctly. I went back to the store and was handed a brand new protector, no questions asked, by the manager. Ill definitely return to this store!

Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Walked me through the options and found the package that best fit my needs. Not being tech savvy, Ive had a few issues. Theyve all been resolved with a quick visit or a phone call. I appreciate their patience and customer service. Special thanks to Zach!

Michael is an awesome associate! He’s always so friendly and happy every time I go in to pay my bill. He is super helpful with anything I ever need. The best part is our conversation about new products! He never pressures me to buy the products while still showing me and enthusiasticly explaining the cool new features of the item. That enthusiasm has led me to purchaseing a few of these products without feeling like I got talked into it. If you need a great experience at AT&T ask for Michael!

So I this lame sales associate sold me a portable charger after I told him my car was impounded an I was waiting 4 hours for a friend to come an bail me out!!!! Fool assured me that it was fully charge an on the box it says that it will get me 2 full charges but nope it charged for 30 minuets an got me 20% of battery life. But I walked 20 minuets away back to the tow yard where I was meeting my friend!!! 3.5 hours pass I get my car out an wanted to return the product for one it was pink (I would of exchange it for another color if it worked) an two it didnt so when I returned it the rep named Zack acted really rude an charged me a restocking fee for an accessory not a device ‍ now I work for a reputable company in the cellular business as well an I have never charged a guest a restocking fee on a accessory definitely not to someone in delicate situation as mine but I went with the flow an was polite a I could be but I just have to post this!!! Cause especially after researching online while he did his job an found out they their was no such thing, so I figured he just wanted to make his commission off 6$ smh

Now Ive been to plenty of these Cell phone stores and let me tell yah, this one is actually pretty good! From my experience the employees were very kind but best of all was the manager. I was having an issue with my phone bill, I called At&t Corporate directly, and they told me they couldnt help me at all. Bummed out, I walked into this At&t store ready to rant at somebody who got in my way but Zach was the first to greet me. He said hed take a look and do what he could, and after a quick phone call my bill late fee was taken care of! Since then I only get my upgrades here and they usually give me a deal on my phone case. Good store in my opinion! 10/10

I dont love the company itself but theyve only ever tried to screw me a little bit at a time, and this location in particular is really solid. The tall dude in particular offers excellent customer service.

Salesperson Zachary Seeley was extremely helpful when I came to the ATT store panicked after losing my IPhone. He helped me replace it quickly and efficiently and was calm, kindly and understanding without any hint of being judgmental. It became obvious as I worked with him how intelligent and knowledgable about computer devices he is. I would recommend him for advancement in your organization.

We have had good service form these guys for awhile. We went in the other day to upgrade my wifes phone. She has been wanting TV again so we asked about DirecTV. The rep told us that if we bundle DTV we get unlimited data for all our device. So we sign up, and they tell us that the first bill will be a bit high, but once we bundle it will go down. I did not expect a local shop to outright lie to me, the unlimited data is not free, and bundling does not effect it. They also told us our 4th line would be free despite one of our lines being a tablet. We got my Mom a line, no it turns out they were wrong. They apologized for this second problem, but will still not do anything about either basically shrugging and saying well you signed the contract... Yes I did, under false pretenses, mistakes, and lies. I am canceling everything I can and looking for a new carrier. Avoid this store, and record your conversations!

Im in the market for a new phone, and while browsing in this store an employee named Lance asked me if Im going to be much longer. I ask if they are closing soon, and he replies no, but youre taking a long time I ask if this is a problem, and he says well, youre taking up space in the storeIm now not only in the market for a new phone, but also a new service provider.
