Took my Samsung S20 ultra in to replace the cameras shattered glass easy fix but decided to have it professionally installed, came in to pick it up noticed that the aluminum guard that holds the glass in place was all chewed up from the razor blade didnt even take the case off witch is a must replacing the glass. left broken Glass and lint in between the glass and camera Lenz and the camera no longer focuses within a 2x zoom. It did b4 I went in seems like he didnt really have time or something...

Id dropped my phone at the beach. All the ports had tiny sand particles & I assumed this might be expensive, and also was concerned about moisture damage. Eric took awesome care of me. I went here after having bad luck with a different repair company. He had my phone working good as new and took special care to make sure it was done right.

I wanted a phone fixed and they were honest and told me I should buy a new one.I took another phone to get fixed and they said it only need a cleaning so they did it for free.

Quick turnaround for a new screen and reasonable price. There was an issue with his first attempt repairing but he fixed that with no charge.

I’ve had to take two phones here over the past 3-4 years because I broke one screen and had other problems with the second screen touch-sensory failing. The gentleman (sorry I didn’t catch your name) quickly fixed them and with the latest problem ran through other potential fixes before diagnosing that the screen needed to be replaced. I couldn’t have been any happier. Honest shop good people. He quoted me on a price that matched the price of what my cell service offered me (which I pay monthly for insurance in case of such) yet he would have done within a couple hours compared to a week!!! Ok no brainer. I’ve had my iPhone 6s Plus since it came out figured while he has it open replace the battery as well. When I asked how much for a new battery his quote was cheaper then my service provider. But he didn’t stop there. Gave me a 25$ discount on the battery since he was already working on it. Wow! When I gave him the phone for repair he took a look at it and told me the issue is simple. It’s this. Give him a minute. Within few minutes he had my phone fixed and handed it back!!! Speechless... is there really a company here in Humboldt to do such?! All my life I never found one. I don’t write reviews but felt necessary to do so now. I thanked him and for a minute silence. He asked nothing. Feel bad now as I only handed him 20$ in gratitude which was not even 10% of what it would have cost my cell service to repair (or his original quote on what I told him needs be done.) I would highly recommend this service to anyone in need. You won’t be let down. I would give more then 5stars but that’s all that’s allowed. Don’t second guess. Hey everyone, I would like to write a review regarding Ms. Brieannes review below. Basically, someone needs to learn patience is the key. I was actually inside the store the day this all went down. The store manager tried to explain to her that he is waiting on the piece to come in the mail there have just been some delays, and communicated almost everything with her as much as possible an tried to explain to her that he really was doing everything in his power. Then since she wasnt ok with getting her phone back later then SHE wouldve liked the store manager gave her a refund an she was given her phone back half way worked on.. missing a piece that was on its way in the mail. While my phone ended up being irreparable, these guys went above and beyond to help in the middle of a busy time. The service is great.

Broke the LCD and digitizer on my Galaxy s7 edge. He quoted me as the screen being $475, not including the $85 an hour labor cost. Ridiculous. I only paid $375 for this phone when I bought it from electronicsforce online like new condition. Keep in mind that at the time of this review the S8 and S9 are already out and they want to charge me that much for an older phones screen repair. A quick google search in the shopping section shows that these parts cost only between $100 and $200. Im not sure if the company has a contract with another company saying that theyll only buy parts from that supplier or something like that, but the bottom line is, the business practices here are not in the customers best interest.
