Updating this review because weve been with them for a few months now.We got an unlimited plan with Metro since it was cheaper than Verizon and was supposed to have better reception. it works ok for basic stuff but if youre doing anything besides watching YouTube in 240p or basic Google searching, youre out of luck. no one told us as we were getting brand new phones with them that the unlimited comes with a lot of fine print. once you use 35gb, your data slows down and disconnects so much that its basically unusable. about 5 days before my bill was even due last month, I had to reboot my phone several times a day to even get an internet connection at all.also dont get their service if you care about your privacy or dont have wifi. theyre going to put you through a lot of headache if you use their service as the only way you connect your phone to the internet.

I wouldnt even give this place 1 star if it was an option. When the service does connect and work properly, be quick because it will drop a call quick and give the Not Registered on Network error. I tried calling the shop many times, with no luck. Customer Service and Support is just as Bad!!

If they dont want to help they run and hide. Dont go to the Aransas Pass they look like they dont like their job. I recommend everyone go to ingleside they always have a smile and are willing to help

Great Experience...

I rarely leave any reviews but I have to say I visited the store in Aransas pass and Jennifer the manager there was absolutely wonderful. In this period of time she not only helped me feel comfortable getting a phone for my family and also letting me know the extra free hotspot I was gettin and calmed my nerves by also making sure we were in a safe sanitized place while waiting for her to activate our phones.as this viruses has us all unease . Thank you Jennifer for helping me with my phone and helping me understand how metro works I came from Verizon was with them for 11 years and Jennifer made me feel so comfortable with my switch. I will definitely let everyone I know what a great customer service I had there.

Everytime I walk in Im greeted with a smile never had a problem with them even now with this pandemic they say thank you ,I say no thank you for being here for us.great Job.

Wrong phone number

I usually do not leave reviews, but Jennifer the manager at the Aransas Pass location is phenomenal! She is one of the kindest, most genuine person I have ever met! She is also by far the best customer service representative I have ever had in the years I have been with Metro Pcs. I also very much appreciated her knowledge of the product! She has a passion for helping people that radiates through her personality! Thank you very much Jennifer! I will only be going to that location for her whenever dealing with metro pcs! If all of the metro employees were like her the business would be unstoppable!

Whats w the phone number? Always no way to reach anyone there or the code or number is invalid is what it always says

How ironic for yall not to have a working number to call the store and youre a cell phone company

Neither one of the representatives behind the counter could help me with my problem. I even spoke directly with the store ASR and he couldnt help. They told me 48- 72 hours before my issue with my cell service could be fixed!!!

Excellent staff that knows its way around the store and expeditiously active phones with no problem.

Ali Munoz should have stayed to work here...i went to buy new phn and the guy that sold it to me took my sd card and now no longer works here, it was 248 gig card. He claims it had no sd card in the phn but it was my personal use phn. Mgmt has not yet got back to me about it and i have called them....still no answer. Hmmm lets see what happens to fix this. Also if u have fully unlocked phn from them...do not open new number , they will relock and n u will need keep services 90 days to be able unlock it again.
