I have 9 payments left on my 30 payment plan on my washer dryer combo and I am will be so glad when Im done. Covid happened. They bagger you on the day your payment is due! No I DO NOT recommend this store as this is the third time I purchased with them and first one (Cell Phone) simple fix broke the day I made my last payment and they wouldnt help fix it. The second (Laptop) was returned because they lied about the capability of the functionality and lost that money. The this will be my last, because they were band new and the dryer broke, RAC sent out a repairman that took 5 seconds to look at it and said he couldnt fix it. They brought me someones piece of junk and it took a week calling them to get it back because at first they said it couldnt be fixed and they wanted me to continue my payments and I said I will continue paying on the washer but I consider the dryer paid for if you leave me with this junk that I have no idea when it will break. They fixed my dryer and brought it back...9 payments left and never again. Make-it-right Rent-A-Center that is what is called customer service!

Great place to find nice furniture. They have alot to see. Living room sets, dining tables, stereo, Tvs , washer, dryers. They even have cell phones! Great customer service. They work with everyone that come in, delivered the next day. Come by and check it out!

NEVER will I ever recommend these people! I couldnt make it in on Friday like I always did, because of hard rain and they show up first thing Saturday morning to my job! I had told them I would be in Saturday! Plus I thought payments werent due until Saturday anyways. So after that I just told them to go pick up their stuff because I wasnt going to deal with the harassment of them going to my place of business! If you are looking for a great deal, there is a new place in Rockport that opened up and is more affordable and all new as well! Great quality products plus it is less than half the cost of Rent-A-Cent!!!

Believe me when I say “ Don’t ever Go to these people” a bunch of lazy people that will harass you at work. They will call you and your work on the same day that your payment is due. This is by far the worst place I’ve ever dealt with
