I can’t believe they’re still operating this way. Moved here a couple years ago. Went to fill my prescription here and changed to rite aid the same day.Anytime I go to the CVS I see their pharmacy still has the same issues as it did years ago. Surprised they’re opperating.For some reason did my son’s vaccination here and a staff member mentioned they were on overtime already and hadn’t gotten a break.

CVS is a major corporation, there is no reason that they cannot hire more people to help out. The staff is great but there are too few of them. I was just on hold for 10 minutes and the poor person said there are 3 people ahead of me, I decided to hang up because I may never get through. CVS this is on you to get your priorities straight, there are many other pharmacies that would love peoples business. Hire an appropriate amount of people for the daily pharmacy traffic.

Unbelievably rude pharmacy staff… I’m not one to complain about service, but they act as if you’ve run their dog over if you ask for them to complete most simple service. Kind of appalling to be honest. Will be switching pharmacies immediately.

This is seriously the worst cvs I’ve ever been to. The pharmacy staff their are completely rude and unprofessional, and after such terrible service and rudeness, I will never be back. The manager of this store ought to get rid of the current staff and start over.

James socked me in the nose while i was trying to buy some hand sanitiser for my dog, broke my nose, my dog was sad that it could nto get the hand sanitiser, after he broke my nose he started making out with me randomly, i will never forget that day

Terrible service. My dr sent three prescriptions over and I got an automated call that two were ready but the third they didn’t have and would recall my doctor. I never heard anything back after that. My wife went in twice inquiring about it since I was out of town. Both times they said it wasn’t ready and they didn’t have it and were rude to her. I called 2 weeks after it was sent and spoke to a female over the phone. She did not care about my issue and kept interrupting me when I would speak. She said they never received a third prescription and the robo-call must have been a mistake. Moving my medications to Safeway. Super unprofessional and not helpful. Would not recommend.

Not a very professionally run pharmacy or organization.I rec’d a text message to make an appointment for a flu shot earlier today. I tapped the link, entered in DOB, and answered several pages of questions, then made an appointment at this pharmacy for later the same day. Then received several texts from CVS reminding me of the appointment.Upon arrival, I was informed that they didnt have any of the shots I signed up for? I mentioned that was not good, and to my surprise, the person assisting me made no attempt to help, like maybe try and find a nearby location that had inventory…..I am a senior, which implies I am at high risk for COVID, so I limit my trips. Now, I must prepare for another trip, not good!!!!Doubtful that I will remain a CVS customer……

Yet again the scrip was not ready when I went to pick it up. It was sent to them about 3 1/2 hours earlier and I was told we are working on it, oh good I thought Ill wait but the pharmacist was out and would not be back for 20 minutes. I wish I could say this was the first time that I experienced such lousy service , but I cant , it seems to be the norm at this location. They must know that convenience is the key. PS I just got a call that it was ready, that took at least 4 hours.

Yes it is small. But it is organized. Friendly staff at all times. Could be updated with new carpet. Pharmacy is small but efficient and very helpful.

For prescriptions, they are thorough and easy to work with. Call ahead to make sure the prescription is ready to not need to wait for the prescription to be filled. It is a long wait if you dont call ahead.

The people here are trying to keep up w/line of over 8 - 10 people waiting in line & for call backs. one gal milling around while others worked. She was finally, told to clock out, after 30+ minutes of walking around.
