The old lady who work in the Morning are super friendly... makes me feel super welcome!

I love the store! it has a small town atmosphere in a big corporate chain. The women and men who work in the store are charming and funny helpful and kind. thank you Aptos Rite Aid!

Everyone at the pharmacy is amazing. They all have one thing in mind, provide excellent service. They know me by name. They start pulling my order before I even get to the counter. Friendly, professional, with that personal attentiveness. Mike and Dana rock!

I want to thank Sogol RPN for her excellent customer service. We brought in my mother in law who is 105 and Sogol was supposed to be leaving for lunch. She gave up her lunch to give my mother in law her flu shot. Otherwise we would have had to come back later. I thank her so much for her wonderful consideration.

Have gone to this pharmacy for years and totally appreciate that many of them know me by name and offer great service.

It seems as though every time i come to pick up meds the pharmacist is always on lunch and they can not give them to me if a pharmacist isnt available. I think as long as the pharmacy is open there should be atleast one pharmacist available. It is important that we are able to pick up medications during open pharmacy hours. My advice is If you need a medication that is new you may want to call before you go to pick them up. Very inconvenient to drive and not be able to get the proper service needed. This is the 3rd time this has happened.

Didn’t let me use the restroom because they just got cleaned. Won’t be going here for anything. A mans gotta pee.

Very clean store, and well organized. Easy to find what you need, and perscriptions are filled fast. Very conveinient.

If I could give the Pharmacy here negative stars.... Neg-100000 wouldnt begin to cover the incompetent retarded and irereprhensible atrocities these !!!! MALCONTENT MISCREANTS miscreants try to play off as customer service!!! CostomerDisservice department one of their pharmacists needs to be criminally prosecuted for his criminal injustices more to come, meanwhile dont give them any of your hardearned income or your needed medicine

Old school pharmacy store. It still feels like a Thriftys. I always expect to see an ice cream counter when I walk in.

The manager was rude and chastized me for taking a printer cartridge that was not locked up after I was waiting for help. I am a local physician and will not be recommending that my patients be treated in the manner that I was treated.

Friendly staff, but no air conditioning in the store. Hotter inside than out.
