They were very kind and made sure I was getting exactly what I was looking for and turned it around in a half a day! Horrible service.will NOT go back again and will tell everyone I know not to.first I brought my necklace in before Christmas.its an emergency medical necklace.it already had Asthmatic engraved dark on the top and I needed hypertension underneath the same thickness etc ( common sense) when looking at it and how important it is to see!! ( My life could depend on it) well they asked when I needed it and I nicely said it could be a little after Christmas.so they called each day for a few days ( pushy) once is good. I come in to see and Im shocked .....too small and can barely see it.i ask why was it like that and I was told that it would need to be stamped and they dont do that.when I said they should have told me so I could bring it to someone else she said even if she shipped it out they couldnt.....again they should have told me.no Im sorry etc just attitude.now its gonna cost me even more to fix what they did....waited a month for that!!!!! Wow. I think they need to learn customer service!!! Insulted and disappointed! Happy New Year

I went in with 3 watches, I needed one resized, one needed a battery replacement, and one needed both a resizing and a new battery. After 45 minutes of waiting, while no other customers were in the store and all employees were available, my watches were returned to me, and the 65+ year old man working in the back had messed up and resized the wrong watch, even though I had been very clear on my instructions. After another 30 minutes, they finally had it figured out, and returned the watches to me. They had put the extra links and pins from the two watches in the same bag, mixing up everything, and I had to send one watch back to the man because he had left a pin sticking out of the watch, which left untouched would have resulted in the watch falling apart, potentially breaking it. After almost 90 minutes of what should have been a 20-30 minute repair, I was finally ready to check out, and the woman refused to give me a discount on the purchase as a result of the mistakes and delays. This is one of, if not the single most unprofessional and inefficient establishments I have ever visited, with an incompetent and senile man in charge of repairing watches, and a rude sales staff. In addition to all of this, there was no provided seating, meaning I had to stand the entire time. This establishment doesnt deserve my, or anyone elses business, and I would hope to see them close up their shop. This business is awful. DO NOT SHOP AT APPLETON TROPHY AND ENGRAVING, THEY ARENT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

Nice people but engraver scratched another item. Had to redo the plaque for ne and would have ruined my item if i had them engrave directly on it. 🙁

Overall rushed customer service. Still professional and polite of course, But did not make you feel sound and secure when bringing in electronics to be engraved. Especially when you know nothing of the process. Makes the customer feel uneasy and left uneducated. No type of insurance policy either for higher priced electronics😬They did not take accurate notes on my order, yet so simple. The professional at the counter, scribbled on the counter the wording I wanted and had me bring up a picture of the emblem I was requesting. Thats it! No layout confirmation, no sketch. No work order of any sort.The final product? Made the lettering horizontal on one side and small in comparison, to the emblem vertical and blown out large on the other side🤦‍♀️The designer even asked me how much space Id like filled, even with hand gesturing and pointing to give visual description was not suffice for total understanding.I dont care what I paid, the lack of customer education & attention to order details, Will prevent me from coming back. This was a gift for Christmas and Im just not satisfied with any of this first time experience 😔

Megan and the other team members helped me make my custom vision a reality. I had a very time sensitive project involving one of a kind cuts of steel needing engravings. Megan was accommodating, respectful of the time, quick to respond via email and phone, and ultimately, in the end, made my project a success. Couldn’t be happier with the way my complex custom project was handled at Appleton Trophy!!

Working at the cemetary nearby we sometimes need an order done fast. They are always willing to try and accommodate. They have great stuff, great prices, and I have done personal buisness there myself because of the awesome staff.

Great hidden-gem of a store in Appleton. Very unique gifts for many occasions at reasonable prices. I bought my groomsmen all gifts for my wedding here and had them personalized for the occasion. When my sister had a baby we found the best gift for her. Then when my boss retired my department got him a customized engraved golf club - he loves it!!! They can engrave in about anything if you just want to bring your personal treasure in.

A good experience and a beautiful final product. I was looking for someone who could make a pretty unique wood engraving for a gift. The people at Appleton Trophy were quick to respond and worked with me every step of the way to make it happen. I was very impressed with the end result. .

I had 24 hours to get a handful of name tags created before my boss left for an international trip. Sue was able to help me out with time to spare! Great product, excellent service. Highly recommend.

Jay was absolutely customer service driven, knowledgeable, and tried to make sure everything was done right. The woman who wears dark lip liner with large hair and the little girl who was behind the counter in the middle of the conversations with customers, interrupting, were very rude and will make any future opportunities for trophies or engraving be done elsewhere. No communication or follow up during the process. Ending products and deadlines not followed. Jay tried to make right but unfortunately the front workers do not have respect or customer service skills. Will never return and never give a referral. Hope nobody else ever has this experience!

They were truly flexible when I had groomsman gifts engraved, i called and canceled an item and had it reordered with different words, then I forgot one of the items label so it was blank when I picked it up. They rose to the challenge and completed the item on the spot. Excellent service and knowledgeable staff.

Not so good today. Stopped to pick up an engraved bank but right where the babys birth info was, were some scratches. This is always my go to place for special gifts, so I know they will make it right, but it cost me another trip and time into town next week for pick up. 45 miles round trip....😕 they have beautiful items so this hiccup wont stop me from coming back.

The service here is always wonderful, The jeweler seems more experienced than others, as my wedding ring was in sterling silver and he was one of the only in the area that could join the ring and the band.
