We purchased a woodstove from Darboy. Our old farmhouse was not an easy fit and the inspector gave us the pros/cons of each spot we wanted the stove. In addition, I made some changes to which stove I wanted and the salesperson was prompt with calls and answering questions. Installation went smooth and this week we are toasty warm and loving our woodstove!

Ill be completely honest, I have no idea how their actual service or work is, but they have a really cute dog that greeted me when I went there with my dad. Her name is Tosha. Great pup. 10/10, would pet again. Im sure they do great work, though!

We did a remodel of our kitchen and went to Darby Stone and Brick to purchase the countertops and island quartz. We decided on Snow Storm and couldn’t be happier. Kristie and the whole team (consultations, measurements, fabricators, installers etc) were absolutely marvelous and very thorough. The island install was first and it was a large piece of quartz. The installation of the countertops was also remarkable. We kept our existing back splash and they matched the new grout perfectly. Perfection all around. I would highly recommend. Thank you again for the exceptional service.

We just purchased White Springs granite counter tops for our kitchen and bathroom (to go with cabinets that were stained w/ Minwaxs Early American), and it turned out great. So the granite PRODUCT was great. But the reason for my 5 star review is because of the awesome SERVICE at Darboy Stone & Brick. Im an accountant type person, and I ask a lot of questions, and I like to make sure things are right. Im also very detailed focused. Darboy Stone & Brick (Kristie in particular) was SO great to work with. She was helpful, patient, kind, and she answered all of my questions. Darboy Stone & Brick also stayed true to their word ... on price, timing, schedule, communication, etc. That is worth so much to me. Thanks for having integrity Darboy Stone & Brick!

My wife and I moved here from Nebraska in June of 2020 and built a brand new home. We have had nothing but unsatisfactory customer service from Darboy as far as with our counter tops and also the fireplace. It felt like the issues that we had Eric and the staff were not looking for a way to make the customer happy just would say well it is what it is. Recent issue with the fireplace they did not dig in and try to fix the problem just said well its different her in Wisconsin compared to Nebraska. I finally called ELITE Fireplace and talked to the owner and he had a no problem attitude came out fixed the obvious cold air leak and didnt charge me anything. Now that is customer service!!! If you want to have a fireplace installed or repaired I highly recommend ELITE Fireplace DONT GO TO DARBOY and spend your hard earned money for sad service

12-04-2020 Service Rep Tim was out to our home for service to our Heatilator fire place. Service IS a 10 out of 10!! Excellent attitude, Excellent skill levels, Excellent Service!!! He cleaned , re-adjusted and replaced a bad switch! This unit was installed new in 2003 and has NOT had any service to it since then! Our fireplace needed repair and we contacted Darboy Stone and Brick. They gave us a date and called us this morning to confirm our time between 9 and noon. Tim came this morning and we now have a working fireplace. Tim did a great job, he diagnosed and disposed of the new bird nest in our vent. We had an absolutely great experience with Darboy Stone and Brick. We just bought a home with 2 fireplaces that needed inserts. We started with just one- The team was very knowledgeable and professional. The installation of our gas insert was quick, and though we had an odd curved fireplace- they did an amazing job of custom cutting the metal surround so it fit perfectly! We will definitely be back next year to get the second fireplace insert installed! Thank you so much!

I am replacing the broken brickwork on my 90-year-old houses back steps; so I stopped in to see if they could match the color even if they couldnt match the exact size. And, they have enough bricks for me to complete my project and at a reasonable price! They were extremely helpful!!

The staff is extremely polite and knowledgeable. I shopped around for granite or quartz counter tops and Darboy Stone and Brick was a lot cheaper. I will definitely use them on the rest of my house.

April 2019 Darboy Stone & Brick removed our existing wood burning fireplace with a gas fireplace.....Rather involved project was handled expertly by the Darboy staff and their subcontractors. The project was completed professionally in a timely manner. Everyone was very very conscience of our home and situation. Being new to this area I appreciated their service and we are very satisfied with the final result

My wife and I went to Darboy Stone and Brick to get new brick for our fireplace remodeling project. They were so helpful in picking out the types of brick. Their selection was very good and the saleswoman very knowledgeable.

Darboy Stone and Brick does good work. We are very happy with the fireplace insert they retrofitted into our existing wood-burning fireplace. Having said that, Darboy Stone and Brick can be inconsistent in communications. Be proactive in communicating with them to set appointments and in confirming them. For the appointment to measure our fireplace, the technician was two hours early (I was home, so it didnt matter). To complete the ordering process, we had a to re-communicate some information they probably should have known. For the install, we did not receive a call indicating what time (on the day we agreed) they would arrive. These issues werent big deals, but a little more focus on communications by them would have made the experience better for us.

Excellent service with both fireplaces and countertops. We have done quite a bit of shopping around, as we are building a house, and were pleasantly surprised at the selection and pricing. Definitely recommend checking them out.

They only care about their big accounts now. We got an estimate, asked a question, and never heard back. We ended up going with another business. If you’re in the market for new countertops and are picking a Cambria or something on the premium side your experience might be different from ours.

Switched over to use Darboy and work with Justin in the landscape materials department. Best choice ever made. Hes on time, accurate, and great to work with.

Had an appt set 3 weeks out. They gave us a time frame from 10 am to noon. I took off of work to be there. At around 12:30 I left. The technician came close to one. Not one call letting us know they would be late. When the tech arrived my neighbor called me because they noticed someone trying to enter the house. He opened up my garage entry door and pushed a 100lb garbage can 1 foot out. I called to complain more so on someone trying to enter my dwelling without authorization and no one being there. The girls who answered the phone wouldnt let me talk, and were more concerned about the scheduling basically saying they did everything right. Eventually I got a call from Greg who threatend to knock my teeth out I will tell everyone not to do business with these guys. Beware!

I worked with Justin for my patio stone, screening material, and base material and was extremely happy with his knowledge, interest, and willingness to help.

Our whole fireplace project has been a disaster. Unqualified people installing it, our house had a major gas leak and when we called to say something they didn’t believe us. Our whole house could have blown up and they didn’t care. Sales staff very unsympathetic and arrogant when asking why something doesn’t seem right. Our fireplace is so cold and drafty it has been unusable all year, we keep blankets stuffed in front of it all the time.

I had Darboy Stone supply our kitchen counter tops. Their sales team was professional, installation prompt and prices fair. I will absolutely do business here again!

We wanted to convert from a wood burning fireplace insert to a gas unit. We had heard good things about Darboy, and we were not disappointed. The sales staff was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The showroom has many displays and options. From our initial visit to after installation, Darboy was always there to answer our questions. Our install techs were top notch!! Our chimney presented them with some challenges, but the techs always overcame them ... a testament to high standards and superior training. Darboy has their own techs who do the installs, not like some fireplace retailers who farm out the work to subcontractors. Believe me, it DOES make a difference!!

We had our countertops, which included a kitchen sink and faucet installed a year ago this month by DarboyStone and Brick. Shortly after we got the faucet it started to not retract back correctly when using it as a sprayer. I talked to DarboyStone and they said they couldnt do anything and we had to call the faucet manufacturer which isnt the easiest thing to do. I did that and they sent a new part but it still doesnt work as it should. I asked Darboy to again help me and they gave me the same answer so they obviously dont stand by the products they sell. The just supplied me with a piece of paper to contact the company again. I asked if they had a salesperson that stopped in for the faucets that I could talk to and they didnt really answer that. I do not recommend this place for anything particularly their customer service or lack of it.

We have used Darboy Stone for two kitchen remodels. The staff is very responsive and their product looks amazing.

One the yard guys is extremely rude and unprofessional.

Called them told them were coming...they couldnt wait Three minutes for us to get there. Saw them speeding out of the parking lot when they saw us... Terrible
