Everyone was truly great from sales to installation. I wasn’t an easy sell either. Our granite however cracked after only a few months and I’m not 100% confident this wasn’t a fabrication or installation issue. The granite was perfect at first, but it was a short love affair. No one could miss the new color contrasting scar (not a small hairline fissure btw - it’s really obvious). Yes, they glued it free of charge, polished it, but after two days it discolored. It’s not “just the way stone is” and it’s not “beautifully natural” it’s downright ugly. I’d caution someone shopping for stone in general, perhaps not against BAGM itself. With no guarantee, you could end up wishing you had installed, dare I say, high def laminate?

We just had BAGM install our new granite counter tops. Every aspect of the process was outstanding! I cant say enough about the people involved, from (Brock) our sales person to the installation crew and everyone in between. They were very friendly, professional ,timely and great at the necessary communication to ensure the end result was nothing less than perfection.

Unimpressed. Their price quote was ridiculous compared to other places, and the price we were quoted was IF they had a remnant we could use. To top it all off the guy was eating his breakfast while helping us, not masking.

Good prices and prompt on time installation. They buy the granite and cut their own granite counter tops. Factory direct. I would use them again.

Absolutely the BEST place to get your counter-tops! Superior service from beginning to end. Patient, knowledgeable, great selection and better pricing than any other business I visited on my quest for a new kitchen counter-top. Robin at the Appleton store was fantastic to work with. Installers we professional and made sure all was right when they left. A really great crew!

Where do I start. The guys that installed the counter tops were very informative and professional. It was great to see that they had good customer service skills and didnt mind answering any of my questions. I wish I remembered their names so I could give them credit for the great job that they did. I would highly recommend BAGM to anyone!

Best experience of remodeling my kitchen!I got to choose the exact stone, my kitchen was laser measured and installation techs were quick & professional! Cost was as competitive at a big box store too! I highly recommend them!

I would like to thank the folks at BAGM Appleton for helping me with my master bath remodeling project. The staff was helpful and courteous and above all patient during the decision process. When I received my counter-top it was flawless, fit perfectly and exceeded my expectations.I would highly recommend giving Bay Area Granite a look for anyone considering stone counter-tops.

A Must read review- We had hired BAGM to install in countertops in our kitchen. All of the staff we worked with were fantastic and took extra time with my wife to make sure she was getting exactly what she wanted. When install time came around, the install crew did an absolutely fantastic job in every way. Polite, professional and the work was flawless. This is where this review becomes important! The supplier to BAGM had sent them a product that was not as stated in the samples or the website. (our counter was the wrong color) This issue was certainly not the fault of BAGM but they took it head on. BAGM clearly and quickly communicated to us that they were going to make it right and they certainly followed through on that 100% of the way. After a very brief wait to get the new material in, they re installed the correct colored countertops and once again did a fantastic job. These folks showed that there customers truly come first and they are willing to do what it takes to deliver a great project. Any company can seem like they care when projects go well. We believe that it is much much harder to do this on difficult situation like the one we had. Its great to know that companies like this still exist and we strongly recommend BAGM.

Terrible experience with BAGM. Would not recommend to anyone. We updated the countertops in our home and on the day of install the countertops were not the correct size. My husband spoke with the owner and the response he received was mistakes happen. When they came back a week later with the new countertops they deliberately tried to install a piece that was NOT the correct size, thank goodness my husband noticed and made them change it. We then had to wait about another week to have the correct countertop installed. They did not care about the fact that we did not have a kitchen sink or countertops for an entire week with a baby at home. They did not value our business or our time nor did they try to rectify their mistakes. HORRIBLE company!

MAKE IT RIGHT FORTHE CUSTOMER. This is a company dedicated to service. We were working with Showcase Kitchens in conjunction with BAGM. Work was completed last January but we didn’t get to see the finished product until June. We had an issue with the center Island, apparently miscommunication between BAGM and Kitchen company, elevated section was slightly smaller than it should have been. There was also an imperfection on the Island top. The company came out looked at it and said they would make it right. Mind you, it was not terrible just not up to our expectations. Unfortunately, our Granite pattern, was not available. Our representative, Ryan worked diligently to try to locate it elsewhere. He kept us abreast of his searches and finally located the product in Louisville and had it trucked in. The new pieces were cut polished and installed. It looks great. BAGM never put us in the middle between them and the cabinet people. They were professionals who stood behind their work to “make it right for the customer”. I would unequivocally recommend them for your granite project.

When we started to consider a kitchen remodel (also powder room and mud room), BAGM was not in our thoughts as they are newer to the Oshkosh area. At the suggestion of our designer, we had them bid our granite. Our kitchen alone was four slabs, so this was a pretty big project. Their pricing was very competitive, however, their reviews are what won us over. Any company can sell granite, but the install and overall experience are what makes (or breaks) a company.Robin in the Appleton office was our first contact. She was very helpful when looking at granite, even though we had not yet committed to BAGM. Their selection was very good, and we committed before we left. The communication throughout the process was outstanding. We traveled to their main showroom to see our slabs, and this was a pleasing process. We made slight changes to the layout, and they we very accommodating to my requests.On installation day, Eric, David and Paul were spectacular. They were respectful of our home, very competent on the install, and quelled any concern which I had. The install lasted much longer than originally anticipated, and they rolled with it and simply took their time to ensure everything was installed correctly.Finally, when they packed up, they did an amazing job in cleaning everything. They swept, wiped down, and left my home as good as they found it.FInally....The granite. OUTSTANDING look, install and product.Anyone can sell granite. Be sure to get the best install possible, and go with a company that offers a superior product and outstanding service. BAGM is such a company, and we will be using them for future installs of four more bathrooms in the coming years!

I am giving them a 2 star because the stone we picked for our counter was great, but the installation was awful, we had to go and repair what they said was a finished install, when we called them to let them know we were not happy with what they did, we got nothing, once they got their money they were done with us
