My wife and I went to the used car super center with a specific vehicle in mind. We saw it on the website and were interested. Cody greeted us at the door and helped us take it for a test drive. He even hopped in to help us gage comfort for multiple passengers. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and just an all around great guy to work with. Ask for him by name next time youre in the market for a used vehicle.Bergstrom finance was able to get us a better interest rate than we brought in. It was an all around great experience. We love Bergstrom and love our Jeep Compass.

Potencial used car buyers be aware that when you are browsing for your dream car through the lot after hours Bergstrom has a security white van that will closely follow you from the beginning to the end of their lot and the security employee wouldn’t even give me his name but I managed to get the license plate. We have bought 2 cars now at Bergstrom. After my first purchase I said I would never be back after the less than stellar experience. This was right before they changed their pricing/selling policies. This last weekend my wife and I bought a car and it was like night and day difference from the first time. Our advisor (Nick B) was attentive and knowledgeable about the car we were looking at. The whole process was a lot less pushy and more enjoyable than last time.

Well I bought a 2015 Nissan Sentra in April 2021 by September 2021 (yes 5 short months later) my transmission went out bergstrom prior to that inspected my car and said “nothing was wrong” except and air flow sensor, after I had told them concerns that another auto shop told me about the transmission! Needless to say I had to finance a new car (definitely not from bergstrom) because I got no help and I couldn’t afford a warranty! Lesson learned! Have someone outside of bergstrom inspect your cars before you actually purchase cuz this was horrible for me as a single mom.

Unqualified five stars and Im pretty stingy with that level of review because theres ALWAYS room to be better.I cant say enough good things about Bergstrom. Ive now purchased four cars from them, always treated fairly and like a human being with needs and wants and not just another up to make a quick profit. And always a good match. I feel like I have a partner watching my back shopping here. Its such a refreshing change from the wheeler-dealer days of old.Theyve also earned my trust in service to the point where everything comes here for maintenance, whether its repairs or normal wear (tires, brakes, etc). Its price competitive, its high quality work, and its knowledgeable professional technicians. And when something does go wrong, its taken care of. Errors and problems happen in any business, how you take care of those issues afterwards is what makes the difference. This is my second time not having a good experience at Bergstrom. Had interest in a car and put a deposit on it since they did not have the title for it yet. They said they would have it in a day or two, and would get more information and follow up to let me know. Days passed with no communication, finally I called the sales person I worked with and left a voicemail, he contacted me the next day and then told me it would be 1-2 weeks before they would have the title on the car. This is the second time Ive dealt with a complete lack of communication on their part, I work in customer service and know the importance of keeping the customer informed and following up, I should not have to call you to get updated on the progress. Hopefully this review will help them do a better job on keeping customer informed in the future.

He helped me find what I was looking for within my price range and mileage requests and was very upfront about the ins and outs of the buying process. He even told me that he was not paid on commission so there was no swaying or persuading me to buy a more expensive car. It was very laid back and based solely on what I was looking for. On March 30th I purchased my Ford Explorer from Bergstrom Automotive with a salesman named Derek Spranger at the Victory Lane location.Multiple issues ensued.When picking up the car I was pushed to take it a day earlier than I wanted to pick up.The battery was corroded and just changed when we picked it up.There was a recall not completed.The vehicle wouldn’t go into park that night or the next morning. When service was contacted about 15 hrs after purchase they set up a service date and time for Friday (2 days after purchase). My husband showed up for the scheduled service and there was no record of it- despite having a confirmation email and text.They gave us a rental 2 days after purchase. Monday the car was looked at then they said they were able to replicate the problem. Service said they would get it fixed and contact us the next day for an update.Tuesday comes and goes without an update. Wednesday they tell me they can’t replicate the issue. Which was obviously a incorrect statement since they told both my husband and I they replicate it the day before. Then they need to take it to Ford bc it may need an update. Service says they will transfer it for us. Thursday afternoon the car still isn’t at Ford in Neenah.Friday my car is finally fixed and able to go into park. It’s 9 days after purchase and I finally have my car back.May 11th we drive to VA Beach for father-in-law’s memorial service. The check engine light comes on- and off- we make it to VA Beach and to PA.My brother puts the car on a computer and it’s a crank shaft error. The car is still under 3,000 mile warranty from Bergstom. I contact them to see if it’s even possible to drive back to WI with the issue. They tell me to call my extended warranty co to get things rolling for a fix and incase we break down on the way back to WI- it’s Saturday. They are closed and not open until Monday. So if we broke down on the drive back on Sunday we were stuck. This would have been a major issue since I had to be back to work Monday am. I don’t have a job that I can just not show up. I have patients depending upon me to be there to see them.We make it back. I call for service- I was told I needed to call Victory Lane for the 3,000 mile warranty coverage. My husband take is there. They can’t fix it. It needs to go to Ford. He drives it there, they can look at it. He schedules an appointment for Monday. There’s no rentals- they drive him back home. A day later they have a rental. It’s the timing chain that’s bad.They won’t have it fixed before we travel to NY.A week after they have my car again I finally get it back on 6/1/21.Wednesday 6/16 I have someone in my backseat for the first time. The seatbelt doesn’t work. The buckle is completely cracked in half. I contacted the salesman and this is the email I get back. This is completely unacceptable for a dealership who is so “reputable” to sell vehicle with so many issues including a safely issue with a broken seatbelt.Contacting the dealership was absolutely useless and received me a rude email back from this salesman who represents this local family owned business.They obviously do not do an inspection prior to sale. I’m absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed in my experience with Bergstrom and will NEVER buy a car from them again. I encourage my friend to avoid them as well.I’ll be contacting others at Bergstom regarding this issue. The seatbelt should be fixed by them- as they should have never sold the car in this condition.The salesman told me “I imagine at some point in ownership of the vehicle you’ll accept the responsibility of owning, maintaining and incurring the cost to repair it.”Pretty sure selling a vehicle with a broken seatbelt is not okay with anyone.

I was greeted and treated very kindly and respectfully. I was lucky enough to get to work directly with Mike Hammer and Kara Homan. Two outstanding people! They listened to my special needs and wants in a newer car and worked very hard to meet my deadlines. Within a couple days, they had my new SRX on the lot for me to test drive. They mademe feel comfortable about the loan process and were very knowledgeable. The customer service did not end when I left with my new(used) car. I have heard from both Mike and Kara since my recent purchase. I would highly recommend their services.

Worst customer service Ive ever encountered from a licensed dealer.Went here to buy a car but Salesman Chris Banovich was with another client. Ok fine, I didnt set up an appointment. Ill sit a while and chill. Chris frequently said just two more minutes, sorry for the wait. This went on for 45 minutes.He said he was going to pull the car around for me to look at while he deals with the client, he never did. Majority of the time I waited there were other salespeople around waiting for clients to appear while they mainly sat in their offices. Other than the receptionist the only person that even communicated with me was this black dude who offered me a water while I waited. Chris couldve told one of the other salespeople hey could you bring this car around for this guy to look at while I finish up with this client? He never did any of that.These guys dont work as a team. Ill be buying my new vehicle from Van Horn instead where they actually treat you with respect and work as a team. This was my first experience with Bergstrom. Never again. Unbelievable the way they treat people.

UPDATE: We were able to get ahold of Bergstrom and they are replacing the plastic seal cover at no charge to us. The decision was made quickly and they apologized for the frustration in person.-My husband and I purchased a 2017 VW Tiguan right after businesses started opening during COVID. The car was not detailed, understandable, so we made an appointment to drop the car off the next week to have it detailed and to fix some minor paint issues. When we went to get the car, the exterior had been detailed but absolutely nothing was cleaned in the interior, there was a bottle of Neosporin behind the rear seat, not something that would be missed. So once again, we left the car at the dealership for the interior to be cleaned. I was a little upset, but nothing major. I understand things happen. When we, yet again, went to go pick up the car it was obvious they had only cleaned behind the rear seat.A few months later we noticed a plastic piece by the windshield was broken and should have been fixed before letting us drive off the lot. We called Bergstrom and gave them over a week to return our call. No response. Now we call again, having given ample time to respond, and my husband gets jerked around on the phone, then just left on hold.I am generally a very understanding person, but we have now had 4 instances where the service was poor. I would not rush to purchase a vehicle here again and will continue to followup on my windshield issue. Updates to follow.

My son recently purchased a used Mustang and in less than a week all of the coolant had leaked from the reservoir. On day 6 of owning the vehicle I called the dealership and spoke to a sales manager about taking advantage of their 7 day money back guarantee, no questions asked. This was on May 4. I requested that they send someone to pick up the vehicle because I was not comfortable driving it two hours with a coolant leak as that can destroy an engine. It is now June 3 and the car is still in my garage.

The staff here was absolutely amazing. We were in tight spot when our vehicle broke down in the middle of our family vacation. We live in Michigan and thought it was going to be difficult since we were out of state and did not have all the paperwork we might need. Adam was so helpful and encouraging as our sales guy. Sad that you people had to be angry that we took plans at the bank for warrant in since of your plans. But we people cant afford thousand of dollars when we can get the same coverage for less in a plan from a bank that would still cover everything you guys want us to pay. To me that greedy for money. Lower your cost so we can afford then maybe more people will take your plan. We were so shock at how much more your plans were than our bank. I mean thousand or more. Wow!! People watch out! They really are in it for money.

I recently purchased a new 2019 from Bergstrom on Victory Lane.....I cant say enough about how helpful my sales person Zach Cook was. He was amazing. Of course, I had a tons of questions & he answered every call and every email without hesitation. He told me what my monthly price would be prior to even coming in - Which I loved! Its nice to know prior to testing driving so your not falling in love with something that is far from what you want to pay.When I finally went to test drive it everyone was so welcoming and pleasant. We also met with Steve, who is Zachs boss; very nice. He was very helpful as well. Kim in the finance department was super nice and did an excellent job explaining my financing to me.If you are looking for a car - I would HIGHLY recommend going to see Zach Cook at Bergstrom on Victory Lane. I cant say enough of how professional and nice he was to work with.I dealt with a lot of dealerships in my time and Zach did NOT treat me like I was just another sale. *update below*While the salesman seemed nice he was so new he shouldnt have been by himself. We were in the dark on everything.Found out after signing paperwork there was only one key fob. If I had known I would have looked at another vehicle or gone somewhere else. Paying the extra $320 did not impress us.Update- didnt offer any type of service warranty. Didnt offer to trade in our old vehicle. Didnt offer to have a key fob made for us even if we paid for it. Zero customer service...it was like we were at a buffet and getting our own food.Then we got a call today asking to update this review because they are only in their first month of a single contact buying of the vehicle with no chance of haggling the price. The contact agreed that our salesman needed training but that is all he had to say and all the help he could give.Nope, next time we will go to a competitor.

We cant thank Andrew Heidl the used car manager enough for his professional courtesy and kindness during our experience.He, Troy, & Austin where top notch and made sure we were taken care of after what we went through with a used car we purchased.In March we had purchased a used car for our 17 yr. daughter for her 1st car. After 1 month it immediately had problems; lights coming on and the steering wheel locking up almost causing a couple of crashes. The Neenah Bergstrom tried to fix it but nothing worked and the car sat for a month in our garage. We talked to Andrew and he was helpful, concerned, and worked with us to find a great car for our daughter. In mid-September we found a great car.Thanks again. You have a good manager with Andrew! I would have loved to give them a better review but, Customer service is everything to me.From the moment you walk through the door to the paper work to days after buying your vehicle. Everything should go smoothly.Mostly everything went well.. Up until the paper work... they had my name totally wrong, wrong email address on some papers and not other. Very inconsistent.Then, was told we get a user manual with the car. Which would have been great seeing its a Ford Taurus Sho. Lots of things that would be super helpful with the car.Once we signed the papers and drove off, felt like they had no more use for me..When I got home I tried to figure out how to get my cars navigation working so i looked for the cars manual. It was not in the vehicle..I called the office, and even emailed and texted the guy who sold me the car.. no reply.. I then even called the manager and I was told to send him some photos and that he would talk to the person who sold me the car. I have yet to hear back from them..Their response was.. well you can Return the vehicle..So instead of helping a customer who just spent 20k at your business, youd rather have them return a vehicle?Just horrible customer service. Never have I been treated this way before by a car dealer ship.So yet to figure out my navigation and still no manual and still no call back about how the vehicle is or if my issue has been taken care of. And still no answer on how to fix my email for my gap insurance...This is why I am leaving this review and hopefully someone competent will get back to me

The service after the sale has been an absolute nightmare. I’ve been waiting close to 6 months for a title to my vehicle and keep getting the run around from the dealer that it will be here in 2-3 weeks. I haven’t been able to refinance the vehicle to save over $50 a month on the payment, or trade it in on a better winter vehicle. So if you do decide to purchase from them, do yourself a favor and make sure they show you the title before you sign, so you don’t end up paying for a vehicle you don’t legally own, like I am.

I will admit, due to our past Bergstrom experiences it wasnt the place I wanted to buy a vehicle from. Then my husband and I met Pablo. WOW!! As honest as the day is long. Had a great buying experience with Nick Brouillard and the entire used car team. They were very helpful and friendly and worked with us like we were buying a new car even though we were buying used. Best car buying experience my wife and I have had. Five days after buying the vehicle we had an electrical issue with the car. I called up Nick and he helped me get the car in for service even though they did not have any openings. I dropped the car off and they gave me a free rental until my vehicle was fixed. They had it fixed and the vehicle back home that night. Through the whole experience Nick worked us to make sure everything was resolved to our satisfaction.

Had a great car buying experience at Bergstrom with help of Braxton White. He was upfront with pricing and made the process of upgrading to a 2016 Nissan Murano very enjoyable and even let us take the vehicle for the afternoon to make sure it was a good fit. Never bought from a car dealer before. The salesman was helpful, I didnt have a problem with him. But he did tell me that to be a certified car it must be gone over by a mechanic and anything thats wrong with it will be fixed. So he told me what was fixed on it and I looked it over quickly because I was told a mechanic looked it over. We took it for a test drive and when I got outta the car something smelled like it was burning. I thought because there was new exhaust parts on it that possibly someone left a sticker on it or when I popped the hood everything plastic was shiny from detailing it. I thought maybe some how the guy detailing it sprayed some fluid on the engine or exhaust. If vehicles of fluids got on the engine or exhaust it could give off a burning smell for a short period of time. So I let it go but now its been going on for a month and we went through a whole reservoir of coolant. We took it back and now I have to pay for a water pump cause the housings cracked because we are over our 1,000 mile warranty. Its my fault I didnt say something sooner but being told the whole car has been inspected ticks me off that something is still wrong and Ive only owned the car for 30 days. Never trusting a dealer again.

We were so impressed with our first 2011 turbo Hyundai Sonata that we bought another 2011 turbo Hyundai Sonata three months later. Our sales consultant, Dave Berg, was easy to work with and very knowledgeable about Hyundai products. My fiance and I bought a vehicle here and weve had a bad experience. Signed everything to find out the heat was out, it took a month to fix (voiding the warranty from dealership.) Only for our brake light to burn out a month later. I also found out that our registration was filled out wrong, so I was driving with a license plate not owned by any vehicle. Awkward conversation after being pulled over. The vehicle itself is good, but the service was poor.

Dealing with Bergstroms went from being an enjoyable experience to a nightmare as soon as they had me on the hook.Greg Sampson the dealer was very easy to work with, never pushy or made me feel pressured. He was helpful with answering my questions but once they had my business things fell apart.I was having the car shipped to AZ, I was told Id be contacted the day it was picked up, Id receive video of it being loaded onto the truck and the car would be detailed. None of that happened. I found out almost a week after the fact that the car was picked up, its then that I finally got a video of a walk around before it was shipped. I found receipts and loose change from the former owner inside the car when I got it and the car still had the window stickers on it, so much for detailing.Id be willing to let all that go if Danielle, their finance manager could do her job or bother to pickup the phone and return calls. It took nearly three weeks for her to get a notary out to me and they lied to me multiple times. Telling me FedEx had returned the paperwork and they had sent it out again, a week later I follow up and they start the entire process over. The notary company informs me that they had started the process before and then never sent the paperwork out.I finally get the paperwork signed and the car shipped to me but now its been a month and they still havent sent me any of the paperwork for the car. I have a car Im paying for sitting in my garage that I cant legally drive. They have not sent me the registration and without the bill of sale, I cant get a 90 day temporary registration either. I have called Danielle multiple times about this, every time she tells me she will follow up with another department and call me back but she doesnt, I have to constantly be hounding her or Ill wont hear from them.It pretty pathetic I can have a car shipped 1800 miles across the country and have it sitting in my garage for 3 weeks before these people can put my paperwork in an envelope and mail it out.

Service was unable to fix an issue and the while the dealers were very nice, there were a LOT of communication issues and was a terrible experience in every aspect. They cancelled appointments on me numerous times last minute and lost my down payment, then applied it after showing a receipt and then refunded it, only to call me saying I never made the payment. Was told multiple times someone would call talk to me about my experience and it has been over 2 weeks and still waiting.

Ive experienced several vehicle purchases and service transactions at the Mazda dealership and Im a satisfied customer. Like most places, this dealership will low-ball you on a trade in offer, making it a nearly useless option. Apart from that, the staff are very friendly, welcoming, and non-pressuring (particularly Cindy Kirk!) and this is a fantastic location for browsing a wide selection of vehicles.

Purchased my 2014 Volkswagen Passat TDI from here. It seemed like it was a good deal, test drove it and it seemed like the perfect fit for me. I went thru with a deposit (wasn’t sure if they were gonna take a deposit because of the demand of the TDIs) but they did! They stand behind there vehicles, I had requested that the transmission gets flushed prior to delivery & they honored that. They stand behind there vehicles. I have had a minor issue but it got resolved without any issue! Thank you! Would recommend for any imports!

What the heck. I have my car in for service. Got a call about a question while I was driving. Then tried to return the call and it range. it range to 2 minutes, no pickup. wait a couple minutes and try again. Nope same thing. Then third time someone actually pics up and pages the guy Im working with. 6 minutes later I hang up. Call 4 more times and each time rings about 2 minutes and nothing. not a great experience. This isnt my first unacceptable experience.They forgot my wife my wife was waiting for an oil change a couple years ago. after an hour and 1/2 she asked them if it was about ready, nope.I have had good experiences and they always are very nice, but this stuff drives me crazy.

Planned ahead wanted to drive to this Mazda dealership due to their professional service. Called to set appointment for my recall, specifically asked to make sure parts were available as I will be driving two and a half hours one way and they assured me they would be. Its a standard recall with a bulletin and parts to order list. I get there for my recall to find out parts need to be ordered. So now I have to drive back again. So Ill have over 10 hours of driving to and back two separate times, two days waisted, and about $100 in gas waisted. Unbelievably unhappy with this dealership.

I had a great experience working with Jason Van Patten and the team at the Bergstrom Used Car Store. Jason was very helpful and did a great job of communicating where we were in the process so we werent standing around wondering what to do next. That was really helpful especially considering we were not in an ideal position with our trade in. When it came time to take care of the financing Jason and Danielle in finance were extremely helpful and explained things in terms we could actually understand!We didnt want to buy a van we needed to get one and working with Jason, Danielle and the rest of the team made a normally unpleasant process very nice. We will definitely be going back when we need a new vehicle again!

Just bought a 2018 Range Rover online from Bergstrom’s used car super center. My sales rep, Zack Cook, was fantastic. I was going to fly in to check out the vehicle and I told Zack I first wanted to get the Rover pre-inspected by their Land Rover dealership, he arranged it all and took even took it over for the pre-inspection. I was scheduled to fly in but got delayed because of weather. Zack held the car for me without asking for any additional hold deposit. When I did fly in he offered to picked me up at the airport, he had the car fully detailed and ready for me to test drive. I was so happy with everything that during the test drive we stopped at the bank and I got a cashiers check. Back at the dealership I spent 20 minutes doing the paperwork and then Zack took me back to the airport...Rover arrived yesterday by carrier. One of the best car buying experiences I’ve had.

Over the weeks, Ben from Nissan Service was trying all of their options to get them to not squeal anymore. He was very kind and respectful to me. Finally when I was about to give up on my brakes, Kevin, also in Nissan Service, reached out to me and asked me to give them one more try and we finally got the issue with the brakes resolved! Service at the Mazda desk is as always, very prompt and courteous. They do make all efforts possible to ensure our satisfaction. However, there are small things that they can improve upon to go that 5-star level. Here are my recommendations:1. Check on the fine details - that is what matters to seasoned drivers. We want our Mazdas to be in top notch condition after servicing. That is the reason I get them into a Certified Mazda dealership like Bergstrom2. Correct the problem the 1st time...maybe use a checklist to confirm that the changes or improvements you have made are REALLY in place? It really is a pain to make multiple visits to correct the same problem. If anyone from Bergstrom Mazda is reading this, they would know what I am talking about.

It was a great experience buying from here. Salesman is Shawn Baeten. He was available by phone, email, and text. All these avenues I actually used and he responded quickly... even on his day off. Great dedication to to his service. He made sure we were taken cared of. At no point did I feel pressured. There were some issues after buying the car and he was able to get it to the shop to fix without any issue. See my review regarding my experience with that shop (Bergstrom Hyundai). I would definitely visit again for my future purchases and will recommend to friends and family.

Over the weekend I purchased a used vehicle from Braxton and had the best experience! Braxton was very knowledgeable on the vehicles I test drove from features to remaining manufacturer warranties; I was really surprised with this as many salesman often don’t recall very much about all the different brands. Additionally, there was no fake small talk during the sales process; Braxton simply answered all my questions and helped me through the process with no nonsense. Braxton is a grade above the rest!

When I first started looking for a new vehicle in June, I met Cindy Kirk. I told her I wasnt ready to buy yet, just keeping my options open and researching. I was able to test drive multiple cars that day, and she never once made me feel like I had to make a decision that day or even that week. She followed up about a month later asking how my research was going and wanted to know if I had any questions about what I was finding. Again, no pressure to make a decision, just genuine helpfulness. After looking around and talking with other dealers, I called Cindy and asked if she could find the specific car I was looking for even though it wasnt on their lot-- She was able to, and even brought it in from a different state at no extra cost. She answered all of my questions, and was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Cindy saw my purchase through from beginning to end and I never felt pushed into something I didnt want. Cindy is one of the good ones, and I would recommend her to anyone leasing or buying for the first time, or the 50th time. She is personable, and only has your best interest in mind, and will do everything she can to meet your needs.

Less than satisfactory customer service. We sent a request through their website to set up a date and time to test drive the vehicle we were interested in. We recieved a very generic, obviously auto-generated response email thatdid not address anything we originally wrote in our email. The salesman, Damon Burke eventually called us on a Friday to let us know he would be available anytime after 10am on Saturday and if we wanted to test drive the vehicle then he could set it out and have it ready for him. We replied that we would be there between 10-11 the following day for the test drive. Mind you we were driving 1 hour to see the vehicle. When we arrived at the dealership, he apologized that the vehicle had just been sold that morning (someone had placed a down payment hold on it) and they were waiting for the new owners to return with title to finalize the sale. He did offer to show us other vehicles, but NO, we drove the hour to test drive and likely purchase that particular vehicle. He should have contacted us to let us know so we did not waste our time driving there. He had our number and there was no reason (other than he was quite busy that he could not communicate this to us). Needless to say, we are now turned off from Bergstrom due to the auto generated, very impersonal, generic emails as well as the very poor customer service and lack of communication. Huge disappointment.

I have had a great experience with this location. Ive been working with John Vang and he could not have been more helpful or professional. He has jumped through so many hoops for me with my warranty company. I always felt like he was on my side. Im very relieved to feel like I can trust John with my car. I have also been working with Ashley, the rental fleet manager, and she has been fantastic as well. I would give the staff and the building 5 stars, but I had purchased a vehicle and asked a lot of questions to make sure this car was going to last a long time. I had it for about 10 days and 3 days into it the engine light came on, and it was being super sluggish. I asked about the Carfax, and they said they were clean. However, we weren’t told there was moderate damage to the transmission and they temporarily turned off the warning light. I am very dissatisfied.Another point, because of this we traded in the vehicle where we were told we had 30 days to get a full refund in order to purchase another vehicle from bergstrom. Because of the damage we were aware about we received $4000 less than what we paid for it. Again, we had it for 10 days.

I paid $200 refundable deposit for my brothers car. The finance manager told me that as soon as his loan went through then the $200 would be refunded. Waited a week and still no refund, call the finance manager and she told me that the $200 wasnt refundable because she put it down as a down payment and told me that she forgot to have this conversation with us when we left. Wasnt that something important to tell us? Very disappointed and feel very disrespected that they did this to us. Will never go here again.
