This Nissan dealership doesnt appear to have a solid communication plan between the parts department and the service departments. Sold a key fob they ordered for me the first time. Waited an hour on my Saturday appointment to learn that. Scheduled a new appointment for Saturday and Iearned today they changed their Saturday services to express oil only the first of October. At least my calling to confirm my appointment today saved another 2 hour trip.

Purchased a 2021 Nissan Rogue from Bergstrom. David was our Salesperson. Great experience and wonderful customer service! David was fast and proficient in getting all the paperwork completed. He thoroughly went through all the details of the cars technologies and modern features, which I was not familiar with. He has called after the sale and asked if I had any questions relating to the car.....I love my shiny new car !!

I was a walk in appointment in the afternoon for a key fob issue. I was fully prepared with thinking they would have a full schedule and I would need to make an appointment. They told me they would take a look at my car if they were able to, and much to my surprise and pleasure, they had my car done later that afternoon. The key fob is fixed and there was a center console issue that they fixed. Nothing but courteous and professional behavior from everyone at Nissan.

In the Nissan Murano there is a special way you must remove the rear seat.they were so nice and kind in working to find my wife ring.my wife and I was not sure it was there,but they looked and found it. Bad customer service! They will politely sell you a new car. But body shop will not call back under any circumstance. I have called every day for a week.The Audi dealership is equally bad. Will not honor warranty/ manufacturer defect on brand new Q5.

I absolutely love that the service inspection is done by video and I can review that video before I have to make any decisions about service the technician recomments. Only negative is that the online appointment process isnt always in 100% sync with the person coordinating the service at the local dealership.

I took my Armada for service about 2 weeks ago I felt so good all staff was very professional and courteous they gave me pickup and drop and text me for everything but the only disappointment is yesterday middle of the free way had to clean my windshield and I didn’t have any fluid suppose to be checking 60 point inspection but never filled up the fluid someone on the back not doing his job right. Please make sure do not do it with other customers because we trust on you.

While sitting in the show room like a fly on the wall waiting for a friend to give me a ride. I got to overhear the Sales Perfesionals talking about customers that had looked at vehicles. It was unbelievable how rude they all were talking about the customers behind their backs after the follow up phone calls they were making. Based on this I would NEVER buy a car from Bergstrom Nissan. These was some of the most disrespectfull people I have had to ever had to listen to. They were also very high pressure on the calls. For a car dealer that prides its self on customer service and be respectful. They were none of these. Again I would NEVER buy a vehicle from this Bergstrom location.

Had oil changed on Monday. Saw some oil spots on my garage floor today and took the car in to be checked. Ben, my guy at Bergstrom Nissan took my car in right away (I have just driven in without an appointment) and had it checked. The car was inspected carefully by 2-3 people and it appeared that there was a bad seal ring on the oil filter. They changed the filter, put in new oil, and washed my car. I was on my way not long after stopping at Bergstrom I was happy with how the situation was handled and how quickly things were done.

Ben met me the morning of my last service and was very customer friendly as always. I believe with one exception he has always checked my vehicle in for service. I asked him about changing the battery in my FOB, which he gladly did. He even provided a battery for the additional FOB I had. Going above and beyond he showed me how to open the FOB he was changing so I could change the other battery when I arrived home. Service was completed in 30-40 minutes as he predicted, so very happy with the service team at Bergstrom Nissan of Appleton.

Found out I could still get the February specials that day and made the easy switch to another brand new Nissan Murano. I owe a long, overdue review to Bergstrom Nissan of Appleton. Especially to Ben Churchill in Service and Wayne Huberty in Parts. We bought our 2012 Nissan Maxima SV used from Bergstrom in 2013 and have done all the regular maintenance work there since. From a service standpoint Ben has ALWAYS had a great attitude and has taken care of all our needs. We put him through a lot summer of 2019 when we brought the car in three or four times over two months because it wouldnt shift properly. After a transmission replacement and ECM upgrade it still had issues and ultimately was diagnosed to a fuel pump. I think he felt as bad that it was taking a while to figure out between them and Corporate Nissan as my wife and I felt bringing it back each time. They also accidentally laid down one of the wheels during service and caused some damage to it. Ben came out right out when we told him about it before we left the parking lot, looked at it, and said Na, man, we got someone who can fix this. And they did [fix it]. Always professional. Truly enjoy dealing with him!Wayne also has helped me out on parts a few times, most recently April 2020 after we broke two wheels from running over debris on the interstate. He was able to track down two new wheels and get them to me within literally one day.Great dealership and great employees! I hope we can keep a Nissan in the family ongoing because I trust coming here.

Service Department was great! Loved how my service writer called me to explain what was needed and also told me that he checked my extended warranty and they covered everything! My baby was even washed when I picked it back up. Didnt notice until I got home and walked in front of my truck but noticed that my front license plate was bent a little and my Bergstrom plate holder was cracked. Not sure if it happened in the car wash or what but I can buy a new plate holder! Still over all completely satisfied with your service department!

Do NOT allow them to sneak in paintless dent protection in on your lease! They did this to me, ($999 WITHOUT asking me) and then when it was turned back in (with a small paintless dent), they didnt process it properly, sent my vehicle off to auction and now I am getting $365 added to my end of lease statement! This is PAYMENT PACKING and illegal! Called the GM and he refuses to remove the charge, on a vehicle they made their money on and sent off to auction! Had I purchased or leased another Nissan, now thats a different story! I PURCHASED a $30k vehicle from Bergstrom after my lease was up! That accounts for nothing. BUYER BEWARE OF BERGSTROM NISSAN! I hope your $365 profit on that dent was worth it because you have LOST my future business!

Staff were very polite let me know how things were advancing while I waited. Have a service agreement and I had to inquire what was included in our service agreement that was not offered to me and I understand that its not customary for staff to re-educate customers every time they come in for a scheduled appointment. I was offered a shuttle ride and declined that but appreciated the offer and the customer service was excellent

While waiting I found out my sister needed a ride home from Madison as her car broke down. He helped me with a loaner car to get down there. Went there to get a tire replaced and leave with a new Murano. Salesman John Draxler was great. Took a lot of time with me explaining the deal and going over pretty much everything with the new car. I feel that I got a decent deal. Just wish they would have paid for the new tire on my trade. But I did which I guess was no big deal.Lori Yurek the finance manager was also very nice. We went over all the paperwork.I do recommend this dealership. If I ever decide to purchase another car or truck I will definitely stop here.Thanks to everyone.

I needed to have tires put on my car and while everyone else was telling me there was a two week lead time for an appointment, I was able to get in right away at Bergstrom Nissan Victory Lane. To top it all off, they beat every other competitors price as well. I am extremely satisfied as usual.
