Baught a mattress at half price. Mattress was fine, but I need an upgrade.

Super easy experience. Ron was really helpful and did not pressure us at all. Checkout was quick and we were able to get our mattress delivered in about 5 days from the date we purchased.

Well after about 2 years of trying to get help with a warrantee. 2 people stood out to help us. Patrice and Ron. Patrice figured out that the ticket number was for the base not mattress. After her review we got a voucher. I was skeptical as the letter had several outs. We went to look thinking that this was going to be a real hassle. It was not. I actually fell asleep on the bed we chose. And Ron threw on a couple of discounts. Thank you 😊

Six months and the beauty rest mattress had significant indentations on both side. Was easy to approve warranty. Trouble is I went back to Mattress Firm for exact same mattress and they charged me $400 MORE! I find that ridiculous, I didn’t upgrade I ordered SAME MATTRESS.

Ron at the Appleton, WI location was so helpful! We ended up purchasing on a day he was out, but I hope he still gets commission from the sale! He was so helpful and attentive and gave us a great deal we couldnt pass up! I cant wait for our new king Purple mattress and base to arrive!

When shopping for a mattress you feel a little like Goldie Locks. This ones to firm, this ones too soft.... will I ever find the right one? Mattress firm helped with just that. Mike was the best salesman we’ve encountered in a long time. Knowledgeable, honest, and pleasant what more could one ask for. Highly recommended.

Would not recommend to a friend. Bought a bed from here a year ago. The bed was nothing like what it was in the store. The 120 night trial is not what they made it seem at all. It would have cost us hundreds of dollars to return and get new mattress. The team there basically said it is like cars, sometimes you get lemons. We have tied to stick it out but still the mattress is nothing like what we bought. This is our worst purchase by far. We are going to eat all of the money we spent on this thing but it is so bad we just bought a new one off Amazon. Do yourself a favor and just go to Amazon. You can at least return if you do not like it and it is way more affordable.

We went into mattress firm not exactly knowing what we are looking for other than the size of the bed. Casey was very helpful in letting us test out different comfort levels, and he was able to help us find the perfect mattress for us. He educated us on the different types and even with expressing our reasoning in getting a new mattress, he educated us about a 5 layer waterproof mattress protector that will very much help us out!! Salesman was great until they found out it was a warranty replacement and then they stopped engaging. We ended up paying double the price of the original purchase and still no gratitude.

The sales person took time to listen to what kind problems were having with our current bed. We were able to test out different levels plus-medium-firm and different brands. We preferred doing this vs buying a mattress online. The salesperson was great to work with and extremely helpful. Mattress Firm help us find the right bed for us and it was a great experience. Terrible. Sent wrong mattress and made excuses after excuses. Sent a new mattress 2 weeks later and was still the wrong firmness.

Bob seems to have a passive aggressive attitude problem. He made both of my visits to the store awkward and unpleasant. He made me feel as if the questions I asked were a bit of a nuisance while almost sighing out loud when I asked to try different mattresses. The store looked dirty and dingy as well. Not a good look Mattress Firm.

I bought a mattress and was told one was in stock and I would have it in 2 weeks well 3 months later I finally got it.....Thats not even the main reason for the bad review, I was told if they they price match any sales they have within 30 days. Well there was a fourth of July sale and I should be getting $400 plus dollers returned. How ever Edward the manager is no help. Tells me I have to call corporate. They wont speak to me I have to take it up with the store. So they keep running me in circles.i HIGHLY suggest you shop eals where.UPDATE so what a coincident the day I leave a bad review I get a check cut. I got it but review stands horrible service

Undergoing a mattress replacement with PureCare, the manufacturer of the mattress protector MatressFirm sold me. PureCare has been fantastic MattressFirm awful. PureCare was upfront about policies MattressFirm hid behind a long list of stipulations. Not upfront at the time of sale of protector that you still follow MattressFirms stipulations was told you follow Purecares yet I’ve been told they have a contract functioning in the background. Bogus. Consider taking your business to a place that is more upfront and honest. Gosh sakes you can’t even talk to a human at MattressFirm about their policies it’s all over email!

Today we had a delightful experience in the Appleton location on Mall Dr. The gentleman that helped us was Dustin. He was very helpful and very detailed with his work and making sure that we got exactly what we were looking for. I am currently visiting here in Wisconsin, but live in California. Even with the distance I was still able to take advantage of the great sale and we were even able to purchase a new bed for my parents and my sister as well!!! If Im going to spend thousands on mattresses I feel like I should somewhat matter when I come in the store looking for a mattress for my specific issues. The sales person was rude. I had my children with me and my 2 year old climbed on a bed and he told her get off unless we want to pay 2500 dollars for a bed because there is a stain on it now so odd to say about a FLOOR model I also didnt see any signs posted stating kids stay off the beds or your parents pay for them. We then told him we were in the market for two twin mattresses and a king and asked for prices we got told the store is full right now it was one other customer laying on beds so he cant give prices until he starts to work up a deal. Needless to say taking my business elsewhere.

We visited the store on Memorial Day weekend, and though they were busy, customer service was excellent. We found the exact bed we wanted, and took advantage of the free motion base.Delivery is always a challenge due to my husbands work schedule, but Derek worked hard to find a date and time that worked for everyone.

We had a great experience here! Walked in and greeted right away. Derek was the one to help us out and greet us. He led us to the perfect bed and helped us with adjustable base as well. We highly reccomend this place!

Wow, what an ordeal, tried to submit order 3 times, kept coming up error, but the online order had no problem charging me 3 times for empty order. Now Im out over 2000.00 until my bank can clear this up. The people I talked to at Mattress Firm were very nice and tried to help but, the orders are coming up empty and they cant see the charges. So my bad review is for the screwed up website. Do not order online. The web site creators should be fired.

There was a LEGO table to entertain our 3 year old while we shopped and got our many questions answered. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all which I really appreciated and I was shown mattresses across a wide array of prices and invited to try them and decide for myself rather than being pushed into the most expensive ones like at some places. Delivery people refused to take old mattress and spring because of covid, covid was a thing when i bought the new matress 2 days before and was told they would take the old away. As of today they returned to pick up the mattress and box.

Hopefully we wont need to be back for a while, but when our mattress eventually needs replacing, we will definitely be back.
