Today was my first visit to this store and let me tell you I almost couldn’t blink because I was blown away by this store.!.!.!.! I want to live here!!!I almost have nothing to stay with regards to this store besides - GO HERE IMMEDIATELY!!!!You’ll understand once you have visited. I can’t wait for my next visit....Which will probably be today believe it or not!Okay....this is an edit / my next visit (ONLY 2 days later)....and this is the visit was even better than the last, which I did not believe was possible.Today I had the pleasure of meeting / receiving assistance from an At Home associate - Jacqueline. I made it a point to speak with the At Home General Manager, Scott, prior to my departure to discuss the absolute stellar experience and exchange with Jacqueline.She not only displayed a superior sales skill set, she also was also repeatedly observed authentically caring about customers and their needs. She is a super At Home asset!

Very big home goods store. Think warehouse style shopping. Clean store and restrooms. Store is very large so wear your walking shoes and be prepared to spend some time checking everything out. Employees were friendly, polite, and helpful. Check out and customer service were great. Enjoyed checking out this store and bought more than I maybe should have.

Nice selection of home decorations! Sure a lot of similar things can be found online for less... but who has time to wait for customs on goods from China? Its already here waiting for pick up!

Great store (super store) for interior decorating. Lots of options to choose from, plus also kitchen wares as well and back yard furniture.

If youre looking for a unique variety of home items, this is THE place! Very reasonably priced. The selection is unbelievable, including rugs, artwork, end tables, bedding, vases, pillows and much more. I went there for a butter dish and they had about a dozen different ones to choose from! When I redecorate, Ill be going there for sure!

Well organized and lots of options. Not as much halloween and fall decor as prior years. Christmas decor is set out already.

Found some special items for wedding gift. Very affordable and great selection. Cardboard end caps in isles make it difficult to get buy with regular or motorized carts. Staff hard to locate. Number of items not priced or in clearance are but not marked as clearance. Well stocked store with a lot of variety.

It was my 1st time shopping here and the lady who helped me was great, she was very friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for and since she saw I was disabled she got me a motorized cart. I had a great experience and I will definitely be going back to shop there. It was very clean too

Very big decor store. They had a huge selection of seasonal (xmas) decorations. Outdoor patio, kitchen/living room furniture, rugs, mirrors, pictures, knick knacks, and gifts. Very wide range of chairs & barstools. Fun couches, fuzzy and bright colors. Prices were ok, about average, hope they run sales. This is the first Ive heard about this store and know very little.

Place is huge but lots of great home decor

I grabbed a box that was a display as it was with regular boxes. I asked for assistance and was told to to check it myself by employee. I left store and didnt purchase any items. I know you may be short staffed but you dont have to be rude to customers.

Went mid February and was so impressed by the selection, went today and brought my bestie to share my new favorite store and was soooo disappointed with the picked over selection. Many shelves were bare. I know that people are out there spending stimulus and tax money, but you gotta plan for that and keeps the shelves stocked! My bestie has a big brand new house to fill and only spent $10.

This place has some crazy stuff. I dont really have a lot to compare it to since home decor isnt my jam but I imagine if it is yours youd probably like it.

Lots of home accessories. Although make sure you check the product (especially furniture pieces) before purchasing. The furniture pieces tend to have lots of scratches or dents, etc.

This place is magical!! There is SO much to see and explore, youll definitely need a few hours. Bring a friend or two and make a day of it! So amazing!

I have always had a very good experience at the store but there are two in particular that always keep me coming back. The first one is a cashier I don’t know her name but she has a pixie cut blonde hair with glasses works works up as a cashier and when I first went to the store I was struggling with money and she gave me her friends and family discount to help me out and it was the sweetest thing. Now the most recent thing that has happened will really keep me coming back to the store for good. I had bought a bedframe and it just barely fit in my car and I couldn’t shut my car door, and another employee saw me struggling and he just ended his shift he’s an older gentleman and he offered to drive to my house to drop off the bedframe for me. I was completely blown away with their service to their customers and I will definitely be coming back for good and I appreciate everything every employee has done for me at the store I highly recommend that you spend your time and money here!!! 😊

Really friendly, always feel welcome when in there.

This store has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The first time was months ago and I just let it slide. Today it happened again and I’m almost positive it was the same woman but they don’t wear name tags. She is rude and most of the time didn’t make sense about the topic. I bought a metal container that was priced and inside were additional containers that were each wrapped in plastic and cardboard and inside those containers there was another set of smaller ones. NONE of the containers inside had price tags as it was a complete set. They told me AFTER I paid for everything and got my receipt that if it was a set it would say on the bottom, then proceed to remove each canister and unwrap them while I just stood there. No one apologized for the inconvenience. Not once did they say they would need to charge for each item OR let me just keep the set and just say they would need to adjust the remainder of these items in the shelf so they are marked correctly. I ended up just returning the entire purchase of items I had and spoke my piece to the manager. I would highly suggest a different store if you want employees that know how to talk to customers with respect.

I LOVE the products and selection but after signing up for their perks club i tried shopping online due to not wanting to spend extended time in store masked. The website has me listed as an illinois store after attempting to change on my own i called the store as the site directs. Neither the manager or regional director could tell me how to change the store location. They also gave me a corporate number for a different company. To not know how to assist someone other than say fill out an online inquiry in todays digital world is insane. Customer service at its worst

The store is big plenty of stuff warehouse style. The store wasnt the problem its one person in general. Last Friday he was in the middle of scanning product for me a new person came in and he was more concerned with calling for a manager to help the new person he wasnt able to multi task he sat there for about 5 minutes calling for a manager without finishing up scanning the products. I figured Id let it slideI came back again on Wednesday to purchase something he was to busy listening to his radio forgot to scan my products going back and forth from his register to the other register. Didnt tell me what the total was expected me to pay I couldnt see a price. So I paid. I asked for a receipt and a bag he was to occupied listening to the radio I asked again and he threw everything in the bag and rudely handed me the bag.Now Im not saying how to do your job Ive worked in retail for a few years. He lacks the multi tasking skill. So if you get this individual be prepared to wait forever.

Good place if you are into seeing any and all decorations possible for a house. However, prices are quite expensive for all the knicknacky things.

Seems a bit over priced for what they offer. Looks almost like a old goldmans with different price tags. Pillows all over the place on floor in aisles couldnt get through to where I needed to go apparently they are redoing their pillow shelves and just toss pillows on the dirty floor..... now they got dirty new pillows

First time I was able to get up to Appleton to see their new store. Website said they were open. When I got to their store they had a handmade sign stating they were closed. Wish they would have updated their website to let me know.

Lots of poorly crafted items at ok prices. Its like Walmart housewares on steroids.

To many things to look at

Bought two colored glass lanterns, solar, with LED lights inside. Stopped working in two days. They refuse to take them back because I removed the price tags, the exact response was “how am I supposed to resell them if the price tags are removed?” Wow. I didn’t realize stores resold faulty merchandise. I guess I’m a little sheltered. 😂 My friend bought 4 at the same time for her yard. 1 of the 4 still works SOME of time. I’m not surprised they were half off I’m pretty sure we just got broken used ones from the smart customers who did not remove the price tags.

This cavernous store has an enormous variety of items for all parts of the home, all store-branded as far as I can tell. Product quality seems good in the little bit of exploring I did, there are lots of options in every segment, and prices are very reasonable.Employees were friendly and helpful. My only real complaint is that the place is very intimidating to navigate. There are a fair few signs hanging from the ceiling and on aisle endcaps, theres just so. much. stuff. that it can be a challenge to find what youre looking for.Overall, a good experience. Just allow yourself a little extra time if youre looking for more than a couple things.

Finally was able to find the artificial Christmas tree i want.

Was At Home because I have a billing error .We worked with Colt and he took care of the whole thing five stars for Colt. I will be back shopping just because of the pleasant experience.

Great store. Customer service was lacking though. I asked about buying a stand up mirror jewelry armoire. 3 employees standing around and one was telling a story and none of the three acknowledged me. I waited till the guy was done talking, asked for help and he ignored me and started telling another story. I interrupted him this time, told him what I wanted and he said the only one left was the floor model and he would tell cashier to take off 10%. I asked if I should put it in my cart and he said yes and kept right on blabbing with his co-workers. Im 60 and no one offered to help me. I went and struggled to lift it into my cart and a man shopping helped me. Also he didnt tell front desk about the 10% off. Cashier was great though.

Good variety in home decor.

Huge store with a lot of variety and some deals to be had if you look. Good signage throughout to help you get where you need to go. For as many barstools as they have it would be nice if they had a few more tables that you could actually pair them with. Theyd also probably sell more floor lamps if their display models were actually illuminated. Itd be nice to see them expand their selection of draperies. Lots of canvas artwork too but theyve got them crammed together so tightly theyre pretty difficult to view and you can see that some pieces are getting damaged. I wouldve given them four stars if not for these things (-1 star because I think a lot of their accent furniture/pieces are overpriced for the quality). Overall I really did enjoy the variety and will definitely check it out again.
