I have been getting my oil changed here for about 8 years. They never try and oversell me like they do at the dealership. When they notice something needs to be replaced they explain it and go over the product and price. They are efficient with their work so you are in and out. Steve and his team do an amazing job!

I love this shop, theyve been doing my oil changes for almost 10 years now. Never have to leave your car, oil change never took longer than 15 minutes, check tire pressure & exterior lights/signals, competitively priced. You would be foolish to go anywhere else in the Fox Valley for an oil change.

The technicians at the Richmond St and Wisconsin Ave location are always professional, polite, and patient. They efficiently complete their services but never make me feel rushed. This place is so convenient. You sit in your car like doing a pit stop. They politely tell you what to do for your lights inspection. They are very knowledgeable and thorough with your vehicle. The undercarriage is properly greased and checked over. Literally after you leave your car feels different in a positive way. I put on thousands of miles a year in excess of 50,000 a year. And this is the place our family trusts with all our vehicles. I personally have many years experience in pit crew and racing activities and watching this team work together and going over everything on the car in a short period of time is a ver great experience. They will have our business indefinitely.

This location has always done an awesome job when I come through. They are very curtious, professional and efficient. In addition to being quick, they have helped spot one or two larger problems. Because of their insight I was able to get those items fixed under warranty.

Both times used, can get in/out quickly and very friendly and do COVID protocols well. Highly recommend their service. I use for the business minivan.

I picked this place due to the high reviews and acclimates for cleanliness. I was surprised to find out that none of them we wearing masks. I would understand if the techs were not but not even the one interacting with you at your car was. Disappointing to say the least.

I think it was Nick and Steve that serviced my car on a cold winter morning here in Wisconsin. Being I was from out of town, I moved to Appleton about a year ago, I was looking for a quality service shop. Price is important to me, but quality and customer service is more important than prices. Auto Select Express of Appleton met my needs and fulfilled my expectations. Nick and Steve checked everything out and provided solid recommendations. Sometimes oil change places receive a ‘bad reputation’, because of sloppiness, unfriendly employees, or they over charge you for the service. Not this place, as a matter fact, for a ‘drive-through’ oil change service where you sit in your car, this place exceeds with customer friendliness, they’re thorough with your vehicle, and they try to expedite you as quickly as possible, awhile making sure the job is executed correctly. In terms of a shop that offers an oil change service (And Other Services), I would gladly go out of my way to come back to this Auto select in Appleton. They were outstanding in every way. Appleton Express on Richmond and Wisconsin provided excellent service for an oil change.The full service location was not as pleasant. I asked for the computer scan on my vehicle and they tried to pressure me towards a full diagnostic test. They still provided me the computer test but seemed displeased with my decision.

I go here all the time. Small lot and getting back onto Wisconsin Ave. can be tricky sometimes but doesnt stop me. The guys are great. Always do a wonderful job checking all my fluids and tires. They listen to me ramble about my car issues. They fix anything they can and offer up great suggestions if they cant do it themselves. Good job! And buy 5 get 2 free oil change. Cant go wrong .

Auto Select changed my transmission oil and I was very pleased with their service, the price, and professionalism. They explained how they would do it and the price for my approval. They were thorough, attentive and polite. I was especially pleased because I went to another place first (Lube Express) which is closer to my home...and they said changing the transmission oil was too complicated for them to do !

I really like this place! The mechanics are competent and polite and helpful. The price is very competitive and I didnt have to schedule or wait in line. Just show up and get it done. 15 to 20 minutes while you sit in your car. I usually do oil changes myself but honestly its nice having someone else worry about it and not having a mess to deal with

Absolutely amazing! I came in with an unknown missing oil cap and an explosion of oil under the hood. Marcus did a fantastic job cleaning it up and getting me back on the road (with a new oil cap) and it was way less then the $100 I regularly drop for oil changes. They are a blessing. And not bad to look at either. There’s always a positive when there’s also a little eye candy.

Theyre always friendly and professional. Moves along quickly. The job gets done right. No appointment needed. I love it! They also give me a heads up on pending issues so I can prepare financially and not get stuck with a surprise repair bill. And their prices are fair.

I was short on time between work and school and really needed an oil change. I stopped here because it was on my way to school. The guys were very quick and efficient. The let me know I needed a new filter and that I had two bulbs out. They were able to replace everything in under 15 minutes and I was on my way. Ill definitely be going there for my future oil changes!

They were wonderful. I was borrowing my uncles car and didnt know where anything was on it and they helped me find the hood release among other things. They were so friendly. I had my two boys with me and my oldest wanted to see what they were doing, so I asked if he could get out and watch. They were fine with it and I could see the guys talking to him and showing him stuff about the engine. They were just wonderful!

The mechanics are very friendly, professional and thurough. Ive never heard the mechanics curse, which is important when you have little ones with you.After your first visit, they keep your vehicle and past maintenance on file; which is extremely convenient. Especially if a family member or friend takes it in for you because they pull up the info and ask/confirm if you want the same services as your last visit.Im very impressed with how quick I can drive in and drive out. Without Not needing an appointment!Another reason why this is my favorite place for routine services is because they dont pressure you into buying things you dont need. You can get in and get out without the uncomfortable encounter where you feel pressured into upgrading something that isnt necessary.It can be challenging pulling out onto the road when leaving, however that doesnt impact the service quality of the mechanics.For anyone on the go, whether you have kids, or simply dont like the hassle of the standard service locations; Id recommend this location to anyone!

I was extremely happy with my service at Auto Select. I didnt even have to get out of the car. my only issue was that I had a coupon for $29.99 that included tire rotation and brake inspection and this particular Auto Select was not able to perform those services for me. Other than that I was very happy

Quick and easy oil change! Didn’t have to make an appointment which is nice with my work schedule. They also topped off my other fluids and checked my tire pressure! Will definitely return!
