$240 for a TPMS and to tell me the part I asked them to repair was bad.. sad. I trusted and recommended these guys previously, but am not thrilled about being charged more than 2x what this could have cost at Discount Tire.

These people will nickel and dime you. $18 for a single quart of oil, $8.99 for the nut etc They wanted 400 to replace TWO brake pads. Labor prices are ridiculous they probably just throw a dart on a board for the price. Took them a full day just to replace a flex pipe.

Look at the pretty beefed out Jeep’s on the monitors (50+ grand a pop as they are .. and that’s very low) then ask yourself: are these people actually helping me?! I’m sure they help people they like... beware.

Great business to work with! Quick service, I think it only took about 4 or 5 hrs before they called and gave me the ok that my car was done. I got help with quotes, a ride to work, updates, and work from several employees and they were all super friendly and easy going. Didn’t try to oversell work like some shops do to folks who don’t know much about cars, which is huge. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have been going here for a little while now. I am quite pleased with service speed, cost, quality, and staff.Ive had my brakes done here as well as a few little things.I also had my head gasket done here and on my way to work the check engine light popped on. Since she had just been completed pulled apart I pulled off and immediately turned her off. I called and they paid to tow her back up here (I was already down in Oshkosh by then) on a flatbed and look at her. It turns out they just forgot to connect a sensor and it was no big deal. They explained it well and took her for a drive on the freeway to make sure no more issues were found. They even talked to my boyfriend who had questions about bad parts they found and replaced. He wanted to make sure I was not being swindled. They showed him the old parts and happily explained why they needed to be replaced.We are very happy with how they handled the situation and will be returning to them for our Auto needs.My boyfriend also took his old golf here. It had been at a specialty European car repair shop and they couldnt find the issue. Auto aces charged him barely anything and found the issues right away. They saved him a lot of money and time.

They are always really good at what they recommend and do for you . Andy Spaeth takes the time to explain everything to you and you are not just a number there. I recommend them to a lot of people because of Andy. Very outgoing and is very honest with you. Highly recommend this business .

My car broke down and needed a completely new engine. I dropped it off after hours and they took a look at it the next day. I needed a completely new engine. They were very fast in replacing it and went above and beyond in the repair. They were very friendly in such a terrible situation for me. I would highly recommend taking your car here if you want good customer service and a job done right.

We had been to a previous shop because the truck was idling badly. They did a few things that made it worse. I called Monday morning and Andrew was able to get us in Tuesday morning. Not only did he get us in quickly, but Tuesday he called through the whole process, and had us fixed up within a few hours. Also, he was informative about pricing, the parts that were needed to be fixed and things that will need to be done in the future. I was a previous client but went to another place per my husbands recommendation, but will definitely be returning for any future repairs. Wanted to post how amazing this group is! I had driven to a meeting on JUN 10 in Appleton, from out of town, and needed someone to check my under car shield or I was not going to be able to drive home that night! Thanks to AAA for directing me to them AND for the service guys! They not only put my car on the rack, they also reattached the shield, and then charged me nothing! all within an hour of closing time!!!! What a wonderful group! Thank You!

I am a very critical person when it comes to auto care. Have dealt with many poor service mechanics over the years and am very cautious. That being said I have had zero complaints about my service here for the last 4 years. There were a couple times I thought maybe I had caught them inaccurately diagnosing my vehicles issues. After doing more of my own research they did turn out to be correct. Not use to that when it comes to repair shops!! They in my opinion are the most honest people in the industry. They replace what needs to be and that is all. Thats all anyone can really ask for. I will be a customer of auto aces for many years. Keep up the good work guys!!

Brought my car in the other day because I was driving on one of my rims from a very unfortunate flat tire. Guys inside were super kind and helpful, I was kind of scared because I dont know anything about cars and know some dealers take advantage of that. Guy checked out my car, brought me out to show me some issues with my car I hadnt been aware of. He was completely honest and sincere, made sure plenty of times that I actually wanted to fix everything that day (tax returns to the rescue I guess!). When he gave me the pricing he was very reasonable and told me that if I wanted to get it all done there were many ways we could split it up so I wasnt paying all at once. I decided to get it all done in one go because I would rather take care of the issues now than later. Let the guys know I had work at 2:20 and they busted balls to get my car done as soon as they could, which I really sincerely appreciate, including a drive to Green Bay and back to get a hose they needed for my car.I live very close by so I walked home instead of waiting but they offered me a ride home multiple times!! Very sweet guys.These guys are sincere, honest, hard-working people and I highly recommend them to anybody looking for reasonably priced auto work and for someone who cares!

These folks work hard to provide the service YOU want.From machining the heads on a defective crate motor (thank YOU @AutoZone), to pressing bearings, to taking care of my daughters car, this business has always tried to keep repair costs down while making sure we were happy with their work.Ive bought donuts once for the work theyve done. Knowledgeable and honest, the two most important things I look for in a mechanic. Ive been bringing my vehicles to Brian and the crew since moving to town four years ago and wont be switching anytime soon!

We moved here from out of state. We tried one shop and it was a joke. I asked around the local auto parts stores and auto aces was too if the list. We have never looked back. Found this shop though AAA. GREAT SERVICE!!! They do any work Im not capable of handling or when its too cold for me to work in the driveway. All their work is top notch and clean. I am picky about things being fixed the correct way and AUTO ACES does not take shortcuts, ever. Mike is great at explaining the problem and your options to get it fixed. They never try and sell you stuff you dont need, their estimate are correct and their prices are very fair. Try them out you will not be disappointed.

I drive a beater car. That’s all I can afford. When my head gasket went everyone told me it wasn’t worth getting fixed. They said I had to suck it up and get a loan for another car. But I decided to get it fixed at this shop. All the risks, facts and costs were explained to me, and almost two years later my beater car is running fine. If you need a good shop check this place out.

I just had my 2006 Nissan Maxima in there for a chassis inspection. The invoice that I received had four recommendations that should be addressed.Recommendation #3 was no transmission fluid on stick.....est $360 for transmission flush.Recommendation #4 was front rotors and brakes are in poor condition...est $307The problem with this is that I just had new brakes put on Oct. 1st of 2017! AND, I just had the transmission flushed 4 WEEKS AGO!! Pretty shaddy company and down right wrong!! DONT GO THERE!!!

Rip women off! Charged me almost $600 for both lower ball joints and problem not fixed. Then they noted a different issue (spring seat) but it wasnt fixed? No answer as to why. Took it somewhere else and problem fixed...and it was a totally different issue (idler arm) than what Auto Aces was saying the problem was. They will NEVER touch my car again!

Ive been going here for a couple years and always had a great experience. In fact in some cases I asked them to check certain things like brakes or other stuff and they said they were ok. Today I asked them to do a 100,000 mile inspection. They gave me a list of things they would check and fix. One did not include plugs and wires. But I told them to do them anyway since they have never been done. So they said ok. They called me later today saying it was done and they said they did not do the plugs because they pulled one and they looked good. Then looked it up and realized they had been done several months ago which I forgot about. They could have easily collected the money for that service and never did it and I would have never known. But instead like every other time Ive been there, they were 100% honest. Auto repair shops like this are hard to find. I hope they keep up the great work. I plan to keep going there for a long time!!!

When he was driving to Chicago he made a big accident and was dying almost. While he was driving in a straight road he just lost his control. He didnt even realize what happen.. I got an oil change here and they spilled oil all over my engine!! I WAS SO ANGRY. I knew something wasnt right with my car when I left the shop and finally took it back after 2 days because it smelled so bad and my car would heat up and smoke. When I brought it back they cleaned it all off. The manager MIKE was not sincere about it.

Though today was just an oil change, I was nevertheless treated royally.

While traveling 300 miles from home on a very cold, snowy day, I had mechanical problems with my little truck. After having it towed to Auto Aces in Appleton, the service writer Dave, despite the shop being quite busy that day, was able to arrange for Brian the mechanic to work on it. The repairs were made for the amount estimated, and in less than 2.5 hours I was back on the road. Dave was extremely patient as I described the whirring noise and other symptoms/problems, and both Dave and Brian were friendly, polite, and helpful. Unlike some mechanics/auto repair businesses where I have had less-than-stellar experiences, Dave and Brian of Auto Aces made me feel respected and that I was treated honestly. As a AAA member, I had relied upon AAAs dispatcher to get my vehicle to a trustworthy mechanic, and I am thankful that Auto Aces is on AAAs approved list. Even the wait was fine, as the waiting room was pleasant, clean, and even had new magazines to read. I think the friendliness of Dave and Brian, plus the comfortable environment helped take away some of my stress, and while I hope I never need emergency auto repair services again, I recommend this shop and its personnel highly.

I came to the Appleton store after using the De Pere store for most of my needs. I had a nearly flat tire at the Fox River Mall about a week ago. The guy that answered the phone said that if it wasnt all the way flat he would send a worker out to pump it up more and then I could drive to their store so I wouldnt have to pay a towing bill. The guy was at my car in 10 minutes, and followed me to the shop to make sure I made it ok. The guy at the front counter, I think Mike, brought the car in and did the fix himself because the mechanics were to busy. The other guy at the counter made coffee for me and within 45 minutes I was on my way back to Green Bay. I truly thought customer service was dead until I was again treating so well by another Auto Aces shop. Thanks guys! (P.S. The total bill was $20! Amazing!)

My car wouldnt start, so I had it towed to Auto Aces because it was close to my home & it just seemed the most convenient. The estimation for parts & labor repair work was $1000. more than other quotes provided by three other locations. When I decided to not have the work done at Auto Aces, I asked to have my engine put back together & restored to the condition it was in when I initially brought it in. I had the car towed to my driveway, opened the hood and saw that the engine components were just thrown in the car disconnected; nothing was bolted down, nothing connected, nothing plugged in. When I turn the key, no power feeds to the car/engine as it did when I brought it in. It literally it looks like the mechanic(s) just threw the engine components into the engine compartment enough to allow the hood to close. The jumbled engine components barely allowed the hood to close, actually, the hood was dented from the inside when the mechanic(s) closed the hood due to a metal clamp sticking out. The shop was closed for the day (1 am on a Saturday) when I realized this issue, so, I called & left a message expressing my discontent. I did receive a prompt reply via phone, however, a simple apology is inadequate. I will be reporting this incident with Auto Aces to the Better Business Bureau & will never bring my business to thier establishment again.
