A great place to buy appliances, but that is where the greatness ends. I called and made a service appointment for both my 3 year old refrigerator and stove. An appointment was made for exactly a week later. A week later, when the repairman failed to show up, I called them I was told that I never made an appointment.I then wanted to make another appointment, but they had to call me back. When they called me back, they told me that my stove had been discontinued and that I would not be able to order a bottom liner because of that (the porcelain had cracked) and that I would also have to call the manufacturer about my refrigerator (only partially truthful).I was able to go online and find an OEM replacement for my oven liner for less than $100 AND instructions on how to replace it. I was also able to find another appliance repair shop to fix the problem with my refrigerator.Buyer beware. They will take your money for new appliances, but then not stand behind them.

Wonderful, wonderful place to do business with. When you walk into the store, they are responsive, personable and knowledgeable. They are very easy to work with. Delivery is professional and carried out with a great deal of care for your home (they even took the door off the hinges so they didnt scratch the door). We purchased our refrigerator and now our stove from them. If you are looking for that reputable place to do business with, you found it!

Not setting themselves up for future business. I called them 6 weeks ago during business hours 3 times. Had to leave a message, which I did. Left a detailed message including what my issue was, my name and call back number. Im still waiting to get called back. Once they make the sale, theyre done with you. Never again.

Steve Hoersch has once again lived up to excellent service and advice when purchasing an appliance. Our refrigerator died. They made service call the same day we called and identified the problem. They then provided options for fixing or replacing. We chose to buy a new refrigerator which was delivered the next day. Will continue to purchase from this great company

I cannot say enough good about this business! We have purchased all of our appliances from Steve Hoersch over the last 30+ years. We recently purchased a stove and refrigerator, followed soon by a washer and dryer. We had some issues with the oven which were taken care of in a more than satisfactory manor. We are now having problems with our Speed Queen, which Steve is handling. I just would like people to know that Hoersch goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. All of the guys that we have dealt with over the years have been great! If you are in the market for appliances and want true service at a fair price, along with product knowledge.....Hoersch is for you!!

Replaced a dishwasher. Good pricing on install and unit. Showed up on time. Were respectful getting units in and out. Cleaned up after done. Very good work and they stand by product and will service. Other washer was not installed properly. Good experience overall. :)

Same price as big box stores, great service. Delivered are new refrigerator the day after we bought it. The delivery guys were on time, we have hard wood floors they covered the floors took off the front door and did a fantastic job setting it up.

2 Service calls in a year for a 3 year old dryer recommended by them. Customer service was very poor, as they told me it couldn’t be repaired unless a new mount was installed. Then when Samsung discontinued part, i was left hanging and looking for my own options. 2 calls to the owner and no return call. Will not hear from us again!

Our experience with Hoersch began 3 years ago. It was June, warm and our current refrigerator without too much warning ceased to function.We shopped the big chain stores and found a refrigerator that we liked only to be told that it could not be delivered for 2 weeks. Next big store could maybe deliver in 1 week. At this point we decided to try a smaller, local business. We found a similar refrigerator and it was delivered the next day!Forward to 6/18. Our refrigerator needed servicing. It is not enough to say that Hoersch stood behind the product they sold. From my first contact until the refrigerator was repaired I was treated with courtesy and respect. The repair person was knowledgeable, and professional. The whole experience underscores why it is smart to shop local. Hoersch is local business we will definitely shop for our next appliance.

I called ahead to of time to ensure they had the freezer style on hand that I was looking for, and once I received confirmation from Steve I made my way down. I had never been to this store before but I try to buy local and support local businesses where I can. When I arrived, the sales person was busy helping a couple but did greet me and inform me he’d be a minute. Not a problem. After a few minutes he helped me pick out the appliance I wanted/needed and then went above and beyond by loading the appliance himself due to be arriving after the warehouse guys were gone. Steve went out of his way to ensure I got my stand up freezer home safely and I couldn’t be more grateful I found a locally-owned store with such great service and staff! I’ll absolutely be back.

We built a new home about 7 years ago, and bought the whole appliance package from Steve. Pricing was competitive and service was great. The part that stands out about Hoerch, is the care after the sale. More than once, Steve has come to my house after hours to make a repair. Yesterday, I had my washing machine repaired. The technician was very patient in his troubleshooting. It took an hour and a half, but he figured it out!! Also told me how to fix it myself if it happened again, and to call to order the small part. I was only charged $115!! So much better than saying the problem couldnt be resolved, and I should come in and pick out a new machine - it is 7 years old! True customer service - the way it was meant to be given!!

We had an issue with the icemaker in our refrigerator. Steve came to our house within two days, arrived on time, and fixed the problem very quickly. He was professional, clean , and polite. I call that excellent customer service!

So I called there looking for feet for my dryer the gentleman on the phone puts me on hold comes back and says he has four so I drive 40 minutes to pick them up when greeted by the lady at the door I told her what was going on she said Im the only one here you couldnt have talked to me I get out my phone showed her I called here she tries calling who she believes I talk to and his phone is sitting on the desk so needless to say I drove 40 minutes and wasted another 10 in the store to drive 40 back home without my dryer feet

We have always had great service always answered all of our questions. We are now remodeling and for all our appliances we went back to Hoersch

I bought a new washer and dryer from Hoersch last April. Since January of this year, my dryer only works on cycles that dont use the moisture sensors, wasting electricity and my time. Service has been lousy--they do not return calls--set up appointments and 45 minutes late, I call to find out where they are and Im told they had an emergency and theyll call. A week later, still no call back...Im frustrated. My dryer was expensive and I expect it to work correctly. I also expected decent customer service from a small, hometown business. Very disappointed.....
