Glass top cracked on our stove, I called four different places for help. One said they didn’t service our area, another said they didn’t service anything they didn’t sell to us, another didn’t answer the phone, then there is Good Housekeeping, when I called they were very helpful. They said they would order the part and it would be here in a few weeks. As it was and then they could get someone out within five days. So Jeremy came today, he called before to make sure it was still a good time, then came and replaced the glass top within an hour. We are so pleased with the whole company, always very polite and helpful. Our microwave just stopped working so we will definitely be going to Good Housekeeping for a new one. If you are in need of a repair or a new appliances we highly recommend Good Housekeeping.

Prices competitive with big box stores but a local family owned business. Service was great, my old washing machine is running like new! Will always take my business to them.

Fantastic! They brought me my new Whirlpool dishwasher- removed old one - installed the new one. Jeremy took great care during removal and installation. Then went over correct use of appliance. Definitely recommend the Good Housekeeping Shop of Appleton. Very happy with new quiet dishwasher!

I have a whirlpool dishwasher that was flashing the code E2 F2 . I had done a little research on the internet and had followed the suggestions for solving this problem. After trying 3 to 4 times to unplug the washer and unplug the inner control board wires, I finally called Good Housekeeping and spoke with Tim. With his Experience and Expertise we realized that it was probably the control board and ordered it and now works Great, Thanks!👍👍
