Went into the store to give one of our dogs a bath. Since the price and what we get for it so reasonable. Had both of our dogs but only one was getting a bath. The women at the check out was being rude after asking if both got a bath. I stated no only one since the other had a bath prior. But she gave the look as if I said a lie as well as making a judging remark. With that said she kept looking at both dogs as if we pulled a fast one. Sorry first off why would I want to lie over $9.99. Anyways, hope this was a lesson to the company and team. Don’t judge someone. We don’t plan on going back to this location. We have others to go to which won’t judge.

Since the new manager (Russ) took over he has attempted to bleed off all of the faithful employees that had trained his new crew. Once they had trained the new people Russ started scheduling them one 4 hr shift every two weeks. Then in many cases changed it the day before. I can only imagine in order to see if they would miss their shift so he could fire them. Now he is telling those old employees, We covered your shift so they are not even getting the 4 hrs now. This is not how you manage a business.I only know this information as I used to shop there every week (not any more). And I was talking to one of the employees who was frustrated after they checked their schedule. Then another employ told me the same story. I hope Corporate disciplines this manager. And teaches him how to properly manage people.

I was really impressed with the service at this TSC. I went in to get supplies to build a gate and fence for my property and got all the help I needed in finding materials for the project. Everyone working at the store was professional and helpful. They even helped set up delivery to my property.I also want to say the delivery driver Jason was a huge help and had a great attitude. He even helped me return some of the items that I made a mistake in ordering, and drove the correct parts out to me the following day.Great team at this TSC, I cant thank you enough!

Rude customer service. Expect staff to be bothered and have the SKU number ready if you have a question. No one greets you or ask if you need any help, just simply walk by as if your not there. Limited selection. No bueno.

TSC Apple Valley will be my new permanent store. The Hesperia store has been out of stock of my horse feed for months now off and on going on a year. Ive ordered the same feed consistently for 4 years and TSC Apple Valley has picked up Hesperias slack. I was in need of some replacement fuel line for my string trimmer and have a Home Depot brand trimmer. These days you cant even walk into a Home Depot and expect to get parts for their tools there at the store. You have to order them online and wait.I checked out Tractor Supply and they carry, in store, a generic fuel line replacement pack. Went to the store and there it was and only about $5.00!!!!!It had exactly what I needed and was able to go home and do my job!!!!!!!I would recommend them highly.

This store is amazing. My daughter found nice Ford T- shirts for her boyfriends birthday. We just got a new dog, and their prices are incredible on dog igloos and pet beds. I did the curbside pickup last week and when I called, a nice lady got my order fast and a gentleman brought it out quickly. Fast, professional service. I also ordered online again, did the curbside pickup and a nice Hispanic lady, I wish I knew these nice peoples names, she brought out the dog bed I purchased. Friendly, professional service again. Highly recommend this awesome store. They have something for everyone. 5 Stars.

I love this store. Such a relief to not have to shop at Apple Valley Feed Bin anymore! They have a great variety and always have new items rotating through! The staff is kind and very helpful. This is by far a breath of fresh air compared to the feed store shop where they are rude and act like you are a burden to them when you are in there. Tractor has fresh food without weavles, I always have problems from the feed store with that because they dont clean and maintain their store. But tractor is proactive on this matter. TSC is great, so glad it finally opened up for us

Overall a very nice store. Did not have the dog crate that your website said it did or else the stock in the shelves did not represent what was in the back in the warehouse. Needed one today so I had to shop at Walmart instead. From what I can tell a very well-stocked store for Farmers, Ranchers and general horse people. A very well-stocked store and good quality items.

Today was opening day for the Apple Valley Tractor Supply. Just pulling into the parking lot I was impressed by the parking spots available for trucks with trailers and also FRONT parking for Veterans!The store is laid out nicely and the shelves nicely stocked. Prices are great and they have some super cute home decor!After gathering our items for purchase we were greeted by a super friendly smile by the cashier named Christie. She was so polite and we engaged in a nice friendly chat. She offered us a Tractor Supply membership to ensure we always get the best deals! Christie really showed us what the great people of Apple Valley are all about. I would like to thank the Manager of this store for hiring such a helpful and happy person! It sure does make shopping more enjoyable!

This Tractor supply store is so nice and new I just love it. Store must be smaller than Hesperia’s Tractor Supply Store it seems to have a little less. Lots of helpful employees on staff. They have a parking lot market event at all their stores where you can find a large variety of crafts for sale you can’t find anywhere else. The vendors bring such neat crafts.

Went here on fathers day to walk around and check it out and ended up getting him a cowboy hat and a couple t-shirts. Offers a variety of farm animal supplies such as salt licks/ toys for horses and things for large dogs. Theres also a variety of large safes for guns and various kayaks. Id recommend to people with farm animals or for people in the area, its fun to look around.

Always friendly staff. They foster a family environment and it is very peaceful when we shop here.

The store in Apple Valley on Bear Valley is finally open! We went there for one of the grand opening saledays today. The store is fully stocked and clean and we found everything we were looking for. Very helpful and friendly employees. And to top it all off we received 10% off our complete purchase. 😃

We purchased the producers pride defender chicken coupe online & to our dismay after opening & removing all the pieces to build coupe it did not contain hardware or directions ! $1300 dollars down the drain ! We will be sure not to purchase anything else from tractor supply & not refer this store

There dog bath and dry room is great my dogs enjoyed us bathing them.They supply everything shampoo & conditioner, towels ,brushes and combs our doggies enjoy it .

Although it is a new store, employees need to be more attentive and a sense of awareness of customers that come in and out of the store.

They have a great aray of supplies, great location. But they are over priced in some of there products.Ex; a 20×30 tarp, $124.00, lowes price $70.00+tax. So hopefully they can adjust to the area in pricing

Denise, as well as Christi our cashier, made our trip to the high desert so spectacular I felt compelled to share those two names with the world!So my wife and I travel to diffrent areas looking for interesting items, and this past Tuesday we went to the High Desert...Apple Valley TSC and the TSC in Hesperia...specially!While the store in Hesperia was typical...Denise & Christi won the day!!So we walk into the Apple Valley store, of course my beautiful wife, has to go to the ladies room...she runs out immediately saying, OMG theres mess all over the floor, somebody must have not made it to the toilet...since the 2nd restroom was occupied, she stayed close by, and I went looking for help...bumped into Denise, who when I told what my wife had encountered, went straight for the bucket and mop and took care of that ungodly mess!Denise could have easily replied, well we have a 2nd one...but she didnt, nope not Denise, she handled it NOW!! In the moment, full responsibility for her storeNow about Christi, well Like I mentioned, we travel and purchase items...well $400 later...Christi had smiled the entire time she scanned our mini mountain of goodies and even reminded me about my rewards!Christi & Denise...TSC Apple Valley should be proud to have you represent them! My wife and I would like to thank you for a terrific Tuesday in Apple Valley!

What a nice new store in Apple Valley, Ca. Not only tractors and supplies, but a nice dog section with, beds, goods, etc. Even a dog wash station. Tools, boots, and workwear available. And dont forget to buy a decortive chicken or rooster for your yard. Open late on Fri/Sat.
