Pretty Disappointed with how many attempts it took me to finally reach the bakery department and place an order. Thought it was a bad day but then when I called a few days later to confirm my order and make sure everything was in line, I again had to make a few attempts to finally reach the bakery again. I can only assume its due to the economy and everyone being short staffed but it would have much less effort to put in an order elsewhere.

This cub is in apple valley pff cedar. This cub has an awesome selection and out door shopping for flowers and outdoor furniture. This cub also has a couple unique features. it. Has a shopping area on the inside for furniture and small appliance and chairs. They also have an extra large freezer section and a pretty nice gluten free option. They have large free parking lot and close to other shopping. Target is across the street there is also a planet fitness. Great shopping areA

Not only do they screw up transaction sometimes for me now they are not open when their hours say they are. If you are closed on Sundays put it on your website like any intelligent business should. If it says open 10-3 Sundays then be open 10 to 3.

New & FRESH. They even have FULL SIZE CARIBOU COFFEE shop inside the store! WOW!!

Why we were there everything was working out good got a covid-19 shots there about a year ago we ate in the restaurant and that was very nice

They have signs at the door that customers are required to wear masks in the store, but apparently those signs are just for decoration. I’ve shopped here weekly for the last 3 months and every time I come in I see anywhere from 3-10 people walking around maskless. Employees never say anything. The one time I mentioned it to an employee they said their store policy was “not to confront people not wearing masks.” For the safety of myself and my family I will no longer be shopping at the Apple Valley Cub, and I will be reporting the store to the MN Dept of Health.

Do not order anything for delivery! You will never get the items you perched, and you may find unwanted charges on your order. If you need anything from cub, go and get it in person.

Cub Foods is our favorite place to get birthday cakes! Their frosting is outstanding!!!

Urgent Care sent a rx to Walgreens at almost 3am. I called Cub to make sure they are open and asked if a pharmacist could call Walgreens for a transfer because I wanted to pick up the prescription at this Cub because its closer to home. I was told if I wanted a transfer I need to come in and do it myself. I guess they dont want my business.

Grsnd re-opening today with all sort of samples and specials and concert advertised from 3 to 7 pm. It is 6:30 pm, no concert and 90% of the vendor tables are closed. Employees not at all friendly or helpful. Not good.

I used to love shopping at this store but I would say over the past year this store has gotten quite depressing and sad, staff that used to greet me with smiles and ask how I am doing today and if I needed help don’t even pass a glance anymore and I overheard two male employees talk about how all the managers do is sit up in their office and complain while they do all the hard work and get paid nothing and when I went to the service desk to talk to a manager about my experience they said that they were busy in a meeting and it could be awhile, and I see you guys have disabled your survey system which is disappointing, it seems like cub has forgotten about the costumers happiness

Quality food and prices are good. Parking is great not many issues. Some staff are not available for checking out. Is the only issue I have. Overall good clean store and nice honest staff.

The pharmacy at this location has gone down hill fast. The tech barked at me because my provider did not write the amount on my refill. When I tried to look at the hard copy I provided she quickly grabbed it from my hands and loudly barked “I had to write this.” Wouldn’t recommend this location and will no longer be using cub’s pharmacy.

Michelle over at the food counter is fantastic every time we go in for lunch. Best service, best attitude, and best smile. You guys really should give her a raise and demote the guy who is the lead. He always is in a bad mood, never smiles, and does not care about customer service.

I have shopped here 22 yrs. I shop at other stores too, but overall, this is and will be my main store. Prices are fair, plus with coupons and weekly deals, I save more here than other places. Anytime I needed assistance or had questions, I was met with smiles and my needs were met. I see long term employees which speaks volumes. Working with customers myself, I know there are good hearted ones and there are scammers. I dont believe the review about the bad chicken, it comes frozen before its cooked. I know from my own child working in the deli at another store, hearing numerous stories, its common for people to eat it all, then return it, taking advantage of Cubs return policy. It makes me sad that people intentionally cause hurt for their own greed. I am writing this to say from a long time shopper, Cub is your home sweet home MN store. The new manager, Nate is amazing. He leads the store in a positive way, he is working in the front lines, doesnt hide away in office, he is out in the store, visible, working right along his staff. I respect that. I ♡ my Cub.

I ordered a cake a few days ago. I just ordered a ninja turtle character cake. The picture was cute online but the actual cake was 5x better and my son loved it. The colors were extremely vibrant and it tasted great. Thanks a lot for helping make his 4th Birthday wonderful!

The new renovations, has truly turned Apple Valley around. I love the new additions, such as the juciery, Caribou, and popcorn station. The wide variety of baked goods, produce, frozen/refrigerator and meal ready sections makes shopping easy. I now shop at Cub more frequently, than I ever have before.

Its nice enough. Like,anywhere watch some prices. They do have a Cub card to get discounted gas. I went to the bank there. And they had a 3 day Sale. I got a pineapple for a dollar. Good. Ect. Parking is free.

I had a wonderful experience today here at the Apple Valley Cub Foods!!! Store setup was great I was able to find everything I needed to very easily and efficiently, and the checkout lines went very quick and my cashier was very friendly!!! So overall my experience was excellent and thats why I continue to come back here to Cub Foods!!!

They had such great deals when I went. Rewards of course. Deli, hot and cold. A place for friend to sit while you shop. Yes, get a coffee. Has a Bank. Easy checkouts.

Overall a decent grocery store. I wish it had little more variety tho.

Have a bit of trouble finding items and often times items are not available. Need more gourmet foods in every department. Bakery items need to expand also. Thanks for listening.

I live in Apple Valley and choose cub for most of my groceries. The cost may be a bit higher than Walmart but the customer service is there. They have good sale prices. I take avantage of the rewards program that gives me money off gas. The meat in the case is a very good quality for the money. Remind them if needed to claim your rewards

Have shopped there for years . They have always been one of my favorite places to go for food.

I love the fresh fruits here. Today, red grapes were very delicious. We enjoy to visit deli almost every month.

Beware do not order from the Cub Food Caribou. I ordered sparkling green tea lemonade and it taste awful. Nothing close to the real Caribou drink. The barista here needs to trained on how make a REAL CARIBOU DRINK.

Great prices and deals, nice store and people. Problem is, when you get a receipt in the self-checkout it is hardly legible. I need legible receipts so as to turn them in for reimbursement each week.

This is an old Store that was recently renovated. For a Cub its wonderful. Rivals their other store in Oakdale. Cub is upping their game because of competition from Hivee. I highly recommend shopping at this store

I like this store as I am able to find anything Im looking for and more. A little confusing at the moment with re modeling. The employees are always kind and helpful.

Love how they updated their store. Everything looks modern. Guess since they have allot of competition from places like hyvee who could blame them. Love the bakery, the fact they have a popcorn section and a juicing section makes this place a better place to shop. They even added a Caribou coffee inside. Perfect stop after shopping. Produce is fresh meat fresh and the employees here are always smiling. Prices are comparable to other grocery shops around. Love the gas discount program but would suggest they do what kwiktrip and Hy-Vee are doing with adding additional discounts when purchasing version items.

Lets face it, grocery shopping is just not fun. Its time consuming and at the end your spending money, kind of a lose-lose if you ask me. Heres how this store is a bit different, and a little more enjoyable.They have plenty of inventory and choices. To my amazement they have a decently sized organic section as well. Not only will you find your classics here, but yiu may find your new favorite treat!

I went to cub foods today and bought some fried chicken from the deli. Upon arriving home I sat and ate some of the chicken only to notice maggots in it. I called the store talked with Nathan who said to come get a refund. When I arrived he must have thought I was really young because his whole demeanor changed towards me. Im actually 35 and very wise he had the cashier refund me and he just walked away. Its sad because Im a faithful shopper their and should have been treated differently. My next step contacting the cooperate office this is crazy and insane.

20-30% more on the exact same product over Target and Walmart. Nosa Yogurt standard price at cub $2.49. Target & Walmart : $1.99. Standard price for generic Mac and cheese at cub .99 cents target: .69 cents. Standard price on power aid at Cub is $1.29 while standard retail price at Walmart and Target is .68 and .72How much more does Cub charge an average customer over a year...? I bet its thousands each.Costco operates at no more than 14% margin. When you can buy a 2lbs of lettuce for $4 and you get a quarter of that from cub for $3.50.... well that means theres 300% markup on lettuce at cub. And somehow they claim they are not profitable. Someone is raking in the dough...

Easy to find things at cub very helpful

The service at the deli was ok, the chicken and potatoes wedges were old and dry. The cub in Rosemount had better service and the food in the deli was better.

Cub Foods advertises with RetailMeNot, a company that refuses to stop sending junk mail despite multiple requests made over several years. Any company that doesnt insure their advertising is ethical does not deserve my business.

The remodel definitely improved the store; however, the selection has been increased but the quantity is lower. They are out of things more often now which is frustrating.

I am sure the remodel will be great but today it is difficult to find what you need. Nice they keep it open but I will find a location NOT being reworked till they are done

The pharmacy at Cub in apple valley are the most helpfull & kind people to my 90 yr old Mom. She has no way to pick up her medication because she has to go to Dia 3 times a week. She knows that they can mail her meds. But dhe didnt want to do that the one pharmacy lady says, I can drop your Moms meds at her place. I know ware she lives. So this Lady could go home after work, but she decided to make my Moms life easier. THANK YOU. This is a Very Great Place to do your shopping.

Extremely poor service at the cash registers anytime after 10:00 pm. Also, a lot of their regular products are disappearing from the shelves. Probably to consolidate product and cut down cost. However, they will continue to lose money as I and Im sure countless others are shopping elsewhere now. There are new options in the area now.As of 12/29/2017 the Cub foods ownership at this location in Apple Valley has remodeled. Great. However the lady cashiering on duty after 9:30 or so daily for the last several years, MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES KNOW WHO IM TALKING ABOUT, still drives myself, my friends and countless others away. She makes me sick to my stomach when dealing with her. SHOP ELSEWHERE AFTER 9:30PM DAILY! The Lakeville and Rosemount locations have much better service. Not to mention Hy-Vee and Wal-Mart which are open late.

It was a mediocre visit for me. The aisles were poorly stocked and felt extremely cramped. The store layout since the last remodel isnt very intuitive, had to search around a lot to find what I needed. I was highly disappointed with the experience.
