Wonderful selection of Ladies wear, the grocery selection stocked well, the store was very clean and the manager/ supervisor was extraordinary. The lights went off in the store for about 2 mins and the manager and all her crew were helpful, efficient,and so courteous in checking us out as soon as the registers rebooted.

There were employees conversing, which is a good thing to some extent, but when they are complaining about work, thats not a good thing. Also, conversing, I feel, is acceptable, but when an employee sees a customer browsing it would be a good idea for them to ask the customer if they need help looking for something. These employees just kept chit chatting.

The pick up was fast and I love my applevalley Target Managers r very Nice and helpful

Quality products,reasonable prices,friendly associates,i feel i dont need to shop anywhere else,target has every thing i need to make life happier.love to get groceries there and chicken tenders at their deli,its a quick pick me up for a long drive home or if i need something on the go.having an indoor starbucks is also convienient when i need a cold drink on a hot day.loved that restrooms were at the front of the store,unlike some grocery stores or pharmacies where you have to go all the way to the back.cashiers also stand by their checkout areas asking if youre ready to check out,making themselves available for you.

The cashier, Abby R., was super friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to show me how to use the Target app. She was helpful and made my returns easy, showed me how to find my receipts on my circle Target app since I couldn’t find my paper receipts. Made it a welcoming and nice experience.

All employees were very helpful n friendly with a smile they greeted me with a hello and smile when I needed help they were there to help with a happy smile on there face the store is very clean and well maintained and fully stocked.

Okay so I’m at this Target in the bathroom trying to wash my hands and no soap comes out of the sodas dispenser. An employee named Dave, a tall guy in an orange vest and a red target shirt, goes to wash his hands in the sink next to me. I told him the soap dispenser wasn’t working, he didn’t say anything to me and just put his hand under the soap dispenser. A little soap came out, I said I guess it is working again, he again said nothing. When he put his head under the dispenser again it didn’t dispense soap, and I said I guess it doesn’t work well. He again totally ignored me. To make it clear, I was on his left side, where there was no headphone. I thought to myself maybe he is deaf, but then watched him walk up to the security guard and start talking to him. I guess he just did not care what customers say to him. I am giving them two stars because the restroom was not dirty.

I love the convenience of ordering online from home and picking it up while still in my vehicle.

I love shopping at Target, great selection of items and daily necessities. The Drive Up option is perfect for grabbing my online orders quick and staff is always so helpful.

Checked online for a PS4 Pro and it said it was in stock here, I called to verify, person from electronics was quick to say no, we dont have any. Sorry. Well, I was down the street so I decided to just stop by, there was one in the glass case. THE LAST ONE IN THE HIGH DESERT. He said no without even bothering to look on the shelf. I understand if he didnt want to search the backroom but it was on the floor where theyre supposed to be. Electronics isnt even big to not want to take 5 seconds to walk over a couple of isles and look in the glass.

Customer Service Representative Nico is the most awesome employee Ive ever come across and Im 58 years old. I went to customer service in search of a vacuum that another Target didnt have, but at least they directed me to Apple Valley Target. I told Nico that I needed this vacuum with the number that the lady at the other target wrote for me. First, Nico called other employees to look for the vacuum. Then he took me for a walk over to the vacuums. We did find the vacuum $20 cheaper than the other Target. As we were walking Nico greeted other customers and is just super awesome with everyone. He explained to me how the warranty worked and if the vacuum had any problems to bring it back for a full refund. Hes dedicated to Target and his customers. I dont get a chance to say this very often, but he seriously deserves a raise. I hope whoever is reading this will let him see it. I want him recognized for the awesome job he did for me today. I wont go to any other Target because they dont have Nico. Sincerely, Judith Thomas

It was ready way faster than the 2 hr.estimated time,which is really great,plus it took 2 minutes literally inside..they brought my bag after scanning my barcode and there was no checking out. That was it!

Went to Target last night, and I really like this store, but I have a concern to share. On a google search, my local Target listed that it stocked Hot Dog Relish by Heinz’s, so my mother and Zi went there specifically to pick some up, but there was no sign of the product when we searched the store shelves.The store has items throughout different departments on sale, but overall the prices seem higher than Walmart’s. Walmart seems to have a much better selection of products.The store itself has a much classier look, and they keep things much better organized adding to a much better shopping experience, but overall Walmart scores higher in price and selection.

TARGET, is very clean and organize. Cashiers, floor help are very nice, HelpfulAnd know what they are doing,( Most of them)?? Store is clean so are the restrooms. There is a shield when you checkout. There is a mandatory maskWhile in the store.

Bad route horrible driving instructions

Do you like bumpy parking lots? Then this is the target for you. One of the bumpiest parking lots i have ever encountered. Do not try roller blading in this parking lot, it will not be possible.

I’m always having trouble with the pharmacy getting my pills and just today I bought two 100$ cards that don’t work this isn’t the first time

First of all, who doesnt love Target? They offer fast and easy order pickup which is a game changer. The app is easy to use, checkout is fast, and you can pick up your order within 2 hours! You cant beat that! You also have the option to drive up and they bring your items out to the car for you, which is nice when you arent feeling well or dont want to hassle with taking the kids into the store. The order pick up does not include any refrigerated/ frozen grocery items like some competitors and is a hit and miss for dry goods/drinks. Still, it is very convenient and I will continue to make purchases.

There is a large variety of cleaning products with exceptional pricing. Their collection of baby clothes and a variety of useful baby furniture can not be beaten. Their selection of exercise equipment is as good and price-wise can not be beaten. They have a wide variety of electronic equipment to suit anyones needs with pricing as well as other department stores. They have a fantastic online shopping with delivery to store with easy pickup by Customer. Making this a valuable tool to use when a person is in a hurry and want to save time. Target has a unique grocery area and comparable pricing on items. I would highly recommend shopping at Target for food prices on items and their 5% discount is a great tool to help make shopping better.

Got to the store at 9:52pm and is already closed why they say 10:00pm if they will not keep doors open until 10:00pm..

The young man that assisted me at the Apple Valley Store (car-side delivery) was extremely courteous and friendly.

Cashier charge me &3.58 for 1 halls cough drop.Should have told me they were 2 for $1.79 l would have got one more not happy.And i recieved a $5,00 from pharmacy is this the way you get your money back.You know i can get my drugs at Rite Aid.We will see closer to my home

My reason is 100% based on the young man working at customer service/returns when I returned some defective curtains. He had a bright, happy personality and was sweet and friendly! I would steal him away to be my employee if it was possible. His name was Shane and he is a great asset to Target. I dont care for some of Targets politics but if all your employees were as awesome as Shane, Id only shop at Target!

The main reason it because I see Target is starting to become eco friendly and green with their products. Ive notice the store and values are changing along with peoples opinions of living a clean healthy lifestyle. I also like that the products target is selling is more plant based than harsh chemicals.

This store has a massive lack of management. They have no one monitoring the lines and they allow you to wait up to 30 minutes to an hour just to get basic service. I would go to any other retailer other than Target right now as Target apparently has decided to stop employing people to work in their store.

This store is ridiculous. They make you stand outside and wait in line where everybodys on top of each other in the strong winds. So its just blowing germs all over the place so you can can go inside and social distance. They are accomplishing absolutely nothing.

While shopping tonight i experience poor customer service. Rather than asked what am I looking for or what do I need help with your employees would just stand in the clearance section while loudly on the phone accusing me of stealing. This store needs proper training in the Loss prevention program. I left my group from feeling racially profiled. I never get this treatment in your other locations.

Never let your children bring toys to this target. After work I stop at the target on Sierra before coming up the Cajon pass & happen to buy my daughter a Star Wars yoda. I ended up having to go to the target on bear valley later that day to pick up a rug & my daughter took the toys with her. She dropped it at the store , I told an associate exactly where it should be.. they had found it but gave me the third degree like I stole it & wouldn’t give it back. Ridiculous

Today was a great experience, ordering online here for the first time. I found item, did order, and picked up at Apple Valley/Jess Ranch store in less than an hour. WOW!!

Brandon and Rye have horrible Customer Service skills. My family and I went in because online, it showed they had a TV in stock. We tried calling the store before hand with no answer at all. So we drove an hour to get there because online it showed they had them in. We show up, and ask Brandon for help. He claimed that even though their system said they had 3 in stock, they had none in the store. My wife asked to check the back, and he said he knew there was nothing back there because he had looked for another customer. We were upset, asked for a manager. Rye came over after Brandon told her the situation. She asked my wife for the item info, looked it up on her system and she claimed it showed none in stock. So why did Brandons system show 3, yet her system showed none? Do they have different systems? They both suggested coming back, but calling first. Since we told them they didnt pick up before I dont see what good that would do. In short, they had a Sucks to be you attitude. I asked if they would give us a discount on one of the TVs they had and I was told no. So we left. Went straight to Walmart and got a better TV there. I only give this store a 2 star, because 2 days ago my wife made the same drive to get a blender that no other store seemed to have, and they had it. Outside of that, it should be a 1 star.

It was well organized. The staff was really on it. I wasnt in the store 2 minutes. What an experience! Other big box stores need to learn a thing or two. I will never waste my time at the others again. A+

Love their clearance, but the cashiers always make my shopping experience awful I always check out at self checkout and if I happen to need assistance I always get the crappiest attitudes. ALWAYS! Very helpful and very quick pickup

Bad service, bad attitude, I was left standing in front og pharmacy for over 15 min. No employees acknowledged my presence, and then closed abruptly without helpunh me. Im so disappointed, I needed my allergy prescription filled and I could only get this pharmacy in time...even during this pandemic, I think customers should still be served correctly. I wiil not be returning to this location. I feel like this may have been a racial issue as well.

Target In Apple Valley is a nice store . Ice experience. Safe, cameras , no scumbags like At Walmart. But , that comes with a price tag . Target cost a little more than the other big box stores. You will enjoy your shopping experience.

So tried the curbside ordered at 702pm ended up going inside at 8pm instead. The lines inside are big so usually if this happens and I was the manager i would have more people at the cash registers or allow people to make purchases at the electronic area. I hope the Democrats stop holding things up with this dumb covid stuff.

Target has a great selection of many items - I love Universal Threads and a new day!! I love your groceries and always tell people how good your meat is! The employess are always helpful and pleasant, and if checkout lines build up, you are quick to open new registers. I LOVE Target!!!!

Its cleaner than most other department stores. they got rid of the double shopping carts which I loved. Family restroom by pharmacy usually needs cleaning. Staff is always helpful.

Not bad, fairly typical Target location. The store stays pretty clean as a whole but my biggest complaint is with the checkout Lanes. They are laid out in a fashion that really doesnt make sense and causes a lot of congestion and confusion.

Its easy to shop here. I always find what i need and great customer service.

My favorite department store! Nicest shopping area in the High Desert, lots of nice restaurants and small shops close by. Really love Target though its like a higher end store but not the prices. They have the best generic brand too, up and up its really great if you dont want to spend the higher prices of the other brands but want the same exact product. They also have a Starbucks when you first walk in. Who doesnt love a Frappuccino while shopping?

Some of the grocery items are affordable compared to a grocery store. Produce is better quality. My go to shopping place when on a tighter budget. Especially if you have cartwheel and the Target red card.

Way better than Walmart. Nicer environment and prices aren’t to different if you use your target RED Card. They offer a debt Red card and Credit Red card. I’ve been going to this target for 20 years. The best target in the high desert.

I came across approximately 6 associates during my visit, and all of them acknowledged me with a smile and asked if I needed any assistance. Most of them I was just walking by an isle and they looked up from what they were doing to greet me.

I cant remember the cashiers name on checkout #2 however she was so kind and patient with me during the cart wheel process.. This Target is located next to 2 large senior communities and her help was so appreciated.. Wife shops here all the time. Super friendly customer service help these days, great Target compared to the Orange Show Target. Order pickup is very easy and close to home. So much better service than Walmart.

Never had a problem here. There is a lot of garbage in front of the store blowing around. Lots of solicitors and musicians all the time. The store is pretty clean inside though. But I prefer to go to the super target on main street now because it seems the customers on that side of town arent so rude.
